房間很大 還有小廚房 電磁爐 鍋 甚至連葱蒜鹽糖都有 民宿距離石炮台公園和海濱路都很近 10分鐘左右 出門就有公交站 去南澳島超級方便公交車直達

真心不錯，乾淨衞生，重要的是空間足夠大，還有個小小廚房。大大滿足了我的需求。房東婆熱情大方，像自家姐姐。一口氣住了半個月。床單圖案和我家的圖案一樣，更增加了住在自家的感覺。贊贊贊贊贊贊贊

這個就是紅領巾路附近的一家家庭旅館，就在漢庭旁邊，汕頭酒店太貴了這家衹要一百多簡直不要太划算。
房間很大而且有廚具，床鋪都很乾凈，萬全超過預期了，太超值了。老闆娘人特別好，還給我們推薦周圍的好吃好玩的，退房的時候還送給我們一盒花生酥，後面從汕頭去了馬來西亞，這盒花生酥簡直太及時了，馬來飲食不習慣，餓的時候就靠這個，太感謝老闆娘了!

沒有吹風機，隔音太差了，隔壁一直打呼嚕，兩天晚上都沒睡着，也有點臟，不過位置不錯

這個價位的房間真的挺大的，物超所值，其次衞生真的還可以，非常難得了，還可以做飯就離譜，在巷子裏晚上特別安靜，睡覺還是很舒服的，性價比比較高，就是有些設備損壞老闆應該也沒發現，還好不影響，真的挺好。

設施較為陳舊，老闆娘熱情，房間大，有廚房，被套不是太乾淨跟老闆要了兩套自己換，wifi不給力晚上難連。交通方便，炮台公園旁，去小公園那塊步行半小時。附近的鹵鵝和豬腳飯很好吃，對面有菜場。公寓在弄堂裏，比較安靜，如果隔壁鄰居不吵的話。以前衹遇過升房，這次降房了，雖然精緻房和舒適房差距不大。
