公寓式酒店性價比很不錯，宅人和旅行者都適合。二十層的景觀房爆滿，所以老闆給升級了十樓的投影大床房，五十多平米，實木床和桌椅板凳，比床還大的投影電視很震撼。酒店在地鐵二號線青年公園站C口出，走二百米吧。坐電梯注意選北側的公寓B樓，電梯分為低層中層高層，按你的樓層選。去了大帥府和遼寧博物館，地鐵很方便。瀋陽變化很大啊。

非常好，樓下有免費櫃子，叫餐非常方便。老闆急性子，但是人非常不錯，講究人！值得推薦！

還行，畢竟才150一晚，洗澡要快一點，免得水冷了，空調等一下就暖了，洗衣機脱水有問題，脱水很久，但脱完還是濕的。床上也還有電熱毯。忘了強調想看風景，住的23樓，感覺房間沒有40多平呢！樓下有早市夜市，出行還是很方便的。

位置四通八達，出了地鐵青年公園站走幾步就到了，樓下就是著名的彩虹塔夜市，晚上相當熱鬧。房間樓層高視野好，晚上還能欣賞一下瀋陽的夜景。老闆特別給力微信永遠秒回覆，熱情周到，有求必應，這個性價比真是感人，非常滿意！

設施：設備齊全房間也很大很舒服，暖氣24小時供應。
衞生：不錯，挺乾淨。
環境：樓下就是地鐵站，出行方便，樓下還有網紅夜市，晚上一條街都是吃，窗外就是電視塔風景。
服務：不錯，住兩晚會諮詢我需不需要搞衞生。

非常不滿意的一次住宿體會。1.剛入住趴在床上看手機，一衹小蟲子爬到手臂上。2.本人知道酒店毛巾臟都是自帶，這次孩子洗澡弄到地上都是水，用浴巾墊在地上沾沾腳，打開就看到了頭髮。3.掀開被子也發現一根細軟短髮絲。4.空調別開很大的風很臟，裏面灰塵快堵滿了。

地理位置很好，住的房間很舒服，老闆服務態度非常好非常熱情，早晚都有集市，買東西也方便，交通便利，晚上夜景也很好看

價格便宜，交通方便，出地鐵站後過去很方便。樓下就是夜市，也有早市，出行方便。
缺點是不一定定的是你看到的那個房間，感覺整棟樓是一個民宿集合酒店。
