I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything exceeded my expectations — from the warm and welcoming staff to the spotless and comfortable rooms. The atmosphere was relaxing and elegant, making it easy to feel at home right away. The service was outstanding; every detail was carefully thought through, and the team was always ready to help with a smile. The location was perfect, and all facilities were modern and well maintained. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, hospitality, and high-quality service. I would definitely love to come back again.

Travel along the way for Lay concert after my first stay on year 2019, this time the hotel provides good service such as free shuttle van to fetch us to te stadium & assist to order food delivery for we foreigner.

Friendly front desk staff. Go to extra mile to help us source for souvenir. Knowing that we have to leave early for airport the next day and most of the shops already close after 10pm, the staff help us explore and transact through the local online purchase. Happy to receive our souvenir deliver to our room by the hotel robot at 1100pm. Excellent service!

I am from France, During my recent visit to Shenzhen for a conference, I stayed one night at Coli Hotel. I was truly impressed by the exceptional service, especially from Manoj, upon my check-in, Manoj went above and beyond very warmly welcoming me, explaining the hotel’s facilities, and sharing helpful local tips. His attention to detail was remarkable—he remembered my preferences and even shared stories of past guests like Paris Saint-Germain (PSG), Borussia Dortmund, and FC Bayern Munich Knowing that the hotel has hosted such iconic teams added a unique touch to my stay, Manoj exemplifies top-tier international hospitality, combining professionalism with a warm, personal approach. Though Coli is a local brand, the service feels world-class. For future business trips, I’ll be sure to book at Coli Hotel.

"I stayed at the Coli Hotel last night and had a wonderful experience! The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with every detail thoughtfully prepared. The service was exceptional—Mika at the front desk was welcoming and made check-in effortless, while Lucas at the concierge desk provided fantastic recommendations and ensured we had everything we needed. The amenities were top-notch, especially the gym 。which made the stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. I highly recommend the Coli Hotel for anyone looking for comfort, excellent service, and great value. I look forward to staying here again!"

Beautiful hotel but need urgent update! The TV was like from the 1900s and the mattresses need to be changed immediately. Service was excellent! The Le Meridien in Bao'an which cost double the price should learn a thing or two about customer service from the staff of this hotel!

The Coli Hotel in Longang, Shenzhen China is outstanding! The rooms are large and the amenities are very good. The front desk staff is very pleasant and accomodating. The breakfast and dinner buffets are sumptuous! Everything from a traditional western style to asian foods are well prepared and nicely presented. Absolutely beautiful lobby. The gym is well appointed.  I was really surprised when I entered my room and found a very spacious and luxury room,The bed was perfectly firm and the pillows perfect,I will definitely stay here the next time I’m in the neighborhood.

Chose this hotel due to location - 10mins walking distance to the Universiade Shenzhen Gymnasium stadium (for JacksonWang’s amazing concert!) but ended very impressed by hotel service - they helped with taxi booking (as I was unfamiliar with the DiDi app at first), very helpful to make sure I was clear how to find location to book cab wherever I went, ensured I had taxi ready for airport, housekeeping always making sure our amenities supplied are refilled and sufficient - truly lived up to hospitality standards!! Staff were always friendly and served with a smile. I will surely stay again. Room was clean, bed was super comfortable and I enjoyed the bathtub much. Love that their shower area, WC and bathtub are all clearly nicely separated too. Hygienic!
