Great place. Good location, a short walk to the office. I would return here, especially for the value. The breakfast is very Chinese though. Not a lot I felt comfortable eating.

Very nice service. Everyone in the hotel are very nice and lovely. They even provided me free breakfast.

電視可以收到的電視衛視台太少了…這次訂了間有露台的，但有點失望，沒有燈光，太暗…露台晚上基本是廢的…還有點不明白，就是酒店有機器人送外賣上房間，爲什麼是外賣員送上房間呢，還有個疑問，客人要刷房卡才能搭電梯，爲什麼外賣員可以隨便出入呢

Réponse de l'établissement: 看到客官的點評山水心中久久不能平復，山水一定命令小的對客官指出的問題一一作出整改。對於您提到的露枱燈光問題山水想跟您做一個小小的解釋，露台傘下方是有一個開關可以控制燈光的呢，正常開啟了燈光就會亮的。關於外賣送餐事宜，我們通過調取監控發現由於週末節假日點外賣的客人比較多，機器人同時衹能送取2個到房間，加上剛好是雨天，為了避免客人等待用餐的時間過長，外賣員是到前台登記了房間號確認無誤後前台才給了一張乘坐電梯卡授權給到外賣員，然後上去送餐的哈~抱歉沒有帶給您完美的入住體驗，在住期間有任何疑問可以隨時聯繫前台哈，24小時都有值班經理給您處理~對此，山水s酒店誠摯的邀請廣大客户做我們的監督員，隨時歡迎再次入住給我們一個彌補的機會，還您一次舒適的入住體驗！

貝爾路地鐵站出口直行步行5分鐘左右，酒店新淨，服務員熱情有禮，客人一到即奉上濕巾及茶水。房間寬敞，智能房間使用很方便，洗手間同淋浴間分開好用，細緻位連風筒也好用。晚間有免費糖水。附近有間零食店。

新裝飾後地方衛生，晚上外出回來已留了兩份冰粉糖水，很貼身，前台服務員有禮。惟獨是原來這房型沒有冰箱，有點失望，因為外出宵夜後吃剩的食物不能存放冰箱怕變壞，太浪費了。
