Ils sont prêts pour notre arrivée, ont fait de leur mieux pour répondre à nos questions même lorsque je ne parle pas couramment le mandarin, j'adore la chambre, le séjour confortable. Cependant, la propreté peut être améliorée. L'emplacement était génial à explorer. Les nécessités sont satisfaites car de nombreux magasins aux alentours. Super expérience ici. J'adorerais revenir dans un avenir proche.

They came to clean everyday and 2pm, which is much better than most other places that come at 9AM. The room has a washing machine and is very modern.

Pros: a convenient store on ground floor. Clean. 10 min. walking distance from guangtou subway c1 exit.
Cons: toilet in shower stall. A bit of smell from toilet/shower stall at night.
A sex blind box is placed in the room.... An unfinished construction site next to it but good thing around the corner is a big main Street with restaurants

I stayed there between Sept 8~11 2023 and again between Sept 16~22. I am very satisfied on the location (very close to No. 10 metro line's stations, friendliness of the staffs, facility, ability to have the food and other delivered up to the room, etc. Is great for business stay or the family stay for holidays. The only thing, if you have car, the only thing I shall suggest is for the improvement on the parking area. The cars are parked on the two-way driveway of the parking which makes it very dangerous to go into and get out of the underground parking very dangerous. Parking area need to be better organized.
Apart from that I only have good things to say about the place and will definitely choose this place again if I visit Shenzhen again.

Shower pressure very low
Shower had a toilet in it, hard to move around
Room was not cleaned in detail, told to mop several times, never got to the clean level I was expecting
