Avis : Days Inn by Wyndham Sherman

This was far less than expected. I should have read the reviews before ever going. Blood or feces on the toilet seat, ceiling had stains from leaks, smoke filled hallways, gym was 3 machines, pool was closed and overall filthy and drug laden.

Worst condition of rooms I’ve ever experienced. Ceiling falling onto the beds and flooring. No phone in the room. So they moved us to another room, with bugs crawling around the carpet and bathroom floor and in the toilet. Sheets looked unwashed with hairs and mysterious brown specs and smudges. If it hadn’t been so late at night and traveling with children, I would have left for a different hotel but I was exhausted and needed to sleep. It was disgusting. When I showed pictures of the conditions at check out, no refund was given. The hotel is also partially smoking and it smelled very bad.

Worst service and experience! I was put in a room that was filthy. The dirty covers and sheets from previous guest were thrown on the floor in bathroom. I was moved to another room which didn’t look much better. Then they kept my $30 deposit stating I caused damage to a tv stand. This is 100% not true. I spoke to the manager George and he was very unprofessional and rude. He would not refund money. I called Wyndham corporate line and was told they could not help me and that I needed to talk to the motel. I have never experienced anything like this. The fact that they can lie and keep customers money is unbelievable. I will never stay at another Wyndham motel.

Mold in room, heater didn’t work, internet was in and out every five minutes, rooms weren’t cleaned properly and cleaning crew kept coming in my room while I was sleeping even when I asked them not to! When I spoke to staff, they showed no care or emotion about the issues and laughed.

Old dirty broken worn out rooms. Horrible dirty dangerously looking exterior. Creepy creepy creepy creepy creepy creepy creepy creepy creepy creepy creepy creepy creepy creepy creepy creepy creepy creepy creepy creepy creepy creepy creepy creepy creepy creepy STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

The staff was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable, the rooms were clean and well appointed, awesome bar with good drinks and music opens around 8 pm, the breakfast was fresh. Every time we stay, we are welcomed and feel at home from everyone

Not sure how anyone could rate this Days Inn as excellent. Even in the lobby we could hear very loud music coming from the bar. The room itself smelled like smoke. There was no bag for dirty clothes, no paper or pen to write with, and no microwave oven. There was an ironing board, but no iron. The carpet felt damp and sticky. The bed had no blanket or quilt – just two thin sheets. As for the bathroom, there was no shampoo or conditioner, and the one small soap broke apart when opened. The water was too soft, soap would not rinse off. The towels were small, old, and scratchy. The toilet seat would not stay up. And there were roaches. Breakfast was very limited: one kind of cereal, pastry, and yogurt.

Staff is friendly and helpful. The price was great. The location was great. The room was clean and I slept great

Cockroaches!!!!! They wer everywhere. Hotel must be aware of the situations and resolve these matters as soon as possible!!!!’

Pitiful place, other than having a workout area if you want that. I was put on second floor and never found the elevator. Bathroom was gross and toilet shaky when you sat on it. Breakfast might as well have been non-existent. Spend a few extra dollars and go down the road a couple of miles to another place.

The outside door was not monitored at night or day. Anybody could come in the building and not be accounted for. The water in the shower would stand in the tub while showering. The overall cleanliness was less than satisfactory.

Check in was easy and smooth. The young gentleman that was working was fantastic. Pretty quiet property...Conveniently located to everything but major freeway construction made it a bit difficult to come and go. Overall not too bad.

This place is beyond disgusting. The wallpaper is coming down and it has so much roach eggs behind it. The roaches are everywhere they’re smoke detectors in the hall or the room I was in did not work. There was holes in the wall. The TV did not work and the bed Sheets were very dirty Please warn everyone about this horrible place before they spend their money to stay here
