Washroom tap is very bad condition, fun-gas in tap, bedsheet blanket pillow cover is not clean, room isn't hygienic. Break fast isn't ready before 9 pm in summer time.

Room not ok breakfast buffet also not there, my stay was breakfast included but they charged for 2nd cup of tea.

Rooms are very small, hygiene is not maintain properly, ser, vice is ok, location wise is good nearby railway station and bus stand

Hotel is just good in images but in reality there is no proper cleanliness in bathroom and rooms. Television is not working and switches are not in proper condition. Wall of that hotel is made up of plywood and there is smell coming from room

Totally poor. Room conditions were bad. There is a problem with water leakage from the wall
excuitive room is very small, like hell they don't have kitchen facilities. They will provide you food from the local market and the water bottle is not sealed.

Bed was too small and they have charged miney for extra bed. Not even a single water bottle served in the room.

I booked classic room but i was provided standard room measuring 9'x9. Luggage was placed on the floor. No space was left to move. Especially during night it became a project for this old couple to go wash room. With difficulty. I got classic room next day. But that was in the basement. No day light, no fresh air. Full of suffocation. When power went off. Generator was not started. We took our breakfast in mobile light. With power off they don't start generator immediately and easily. In basement it becomes hell. Pitch darkness, not able to see each other. Interco was out of order. Tv was out of order. No proper cleanliness. Breafast time is from 9am to 10 am. If u want to leave early. No breakfast will be served. Only staff behaviour is good and location is good. Worst experience through u for the first time. U should remove this type of hotels from your list. I am thinking to try another agency next time
