Avis : Shiraz Arg Hotel

L'hôtel est très beau et brillant, les meubles sont neufs, l'emplacement est bon, même si j'avais spécifiquement demandé une chambre non-fumeur, la chambre sentait très mauvais la cigarette. Le lit était très dur, le petit déjeuner était médiocre, mais je le recommande quand même.

The man in reception is unprofessional and not smart . i asked for a bigger bedroom, and he asked me to change, and after I took my laugage, he said, "Not available Location near industrial noisy area Staff is aggressive and not welcome. Tourists only give good rooms for iran people, although we pay the same money Bed very small i was not comfortable sleeping

The hotel was clean , staff is friendly even reciption was friendly and helpful

Arg Shiraz had the best location & amenities. The only downside is the matress is too hard and there is only two front desk staff that can speak English. We had difficulty of explaining our requirement.

I was stuck at the border and couldn't get to the hotel. I notified them two days before to cancel my reservations and they didn't grant it to me.

這家酒店在市中心，到粉紅清真寺和燈王墓步行可到達。酒店房間寬敞整潔舒適，二百多元人民幣的房費含早餐，屬於經濟實惠類型。早餐比較豐富。到設拉子旅行，這家酒店可供選擇。

房間比較大，尤其是衞生間比較大，熱水供應很好，房間設施設備很好，很乾凈，很安靜，離古堡景區、瓦基爾清真寺和瓦基爾大巴扎都比較近。房間還有小冰箱。 不足的地方，床墊下面有藍色的圍着一圈的布，顯得不是很乾凈。

街の中心部から歩いて15分くらいで、歩いても行けます。また、朝ご飯もイラン料理があり、よかったです。

交通很方便

Service client absolument épouvantable ! Le personnel de la réception était totalement inutile, à l'exception de la dame et d'un autre monsieur. le seul repas que j'ai pris pour le dîner était dégoûtant et froid. La douche était ce qu'il y avait de mieux.
