Great place to stay while in Shreveport for a week-long seminar. Clean, comfortable rooms. I enjoyed the mini-suite setup and kitchenette. Breakfast was delicious every morning. Shout out to Reyna for her kindness and hospitality.

Perfect service and visit! All around great individual. Very kind and full of energy. Very intelligent and informing. Also training another employee to be just as great as she is. Kia and Laura are the two individuals I’ve had to interact with.

Let's start with saying Yes, I would stay again. Would it be to first choice, NO. It is close amd convenient to the airport, freeway, a general Dollar and Waffle house. It is located across from a vacant hotel which makes it a little creepy, poor street/area lighting. The staff are all super friendly, super helpful and full of smiles. I stayed 3 nights and never received housekeeping. On the 2nd day, I asked why housekeeping hadn't cleaned my room. I was informed it was every other day. The next day, still no housekeeping. Everything that the room was missing, needed to be replaced or repaired was handled by me walking to the front desk for everything. On the first night I walked back and forth so much the front desk lady felt bad and said, I will bring it to you. There are 3 floors and an ice maker on the first floor only. The pillows are flimsy and there was not even linen for the sofa bed. The kit hette is nice to have, again none of the amenities were replenished. There is a daily complimentary breakfast which is a great added touch, there was a good variety as well. When booking, remember it is no luxury hotel, but a good stopping point for a quick break.

The entire staff were extremely helpful. My husband was at LSU Hospital for one week. Reyna, who worked in the breakfast area was very helpful and kind . Thank you, Julie Norton. & Glenda Dellacroce

Welcoming hotel that was very well kept and decorated festive for the holidays. I was impressed with the room size that included a separate bedroom, a kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and stove, and additionally a family room area with a TV. The bathroom was clean and updated. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Reyna, who works the breakfast area in the mornings, is so polite and kind. She always greeted me each morning with a smile and made me feel right at home.

Yes the pillows and the mattresses does it for me every time, but the breakfast lady was the best/her name is Reyna/she made sure the meal was hot and plentiful…she was so friendly and attentive to us..

I was there for work for 3 months, and the whole staff was great. I have no complaints, and when I go back that’s where I’ll be staying. Very clean, great breakfast. Not one rude person on the whole staff. Shout out to Tremel, Taurus, Kia’s, Reyna, Allison, Leslee, Bri, Laura and the rest.

I had a wonderful visit because Kia made me feel welcomed from the beginning. She was also helpful with all my needs throughout the whole process Kia was very kind and accommodating. I advised everyone who comes to visit ask for her.

This shout out goes to Laura (and the team working with her, of course): thank you so much for always being there to help me! Laura is, and always was, profoundly courteous and professional. Without any hesitation at all, she always assisted me with anything I needed - washing materials, advice, friendly conversation.. the list goes on! During my time here it did not feel like a hotel, but simply a home away from home. I need not get into details regarding the property. There is a roof, bed with clean sheets, and somewhere to make and enjoy a meal. There are ongoing attempts and improvements to bring the standard up. Thanks again to the team and to Laura!
