La publicité sur les équipements (bar piscine, BBQ et Spa) totalement absents. Le restaurant ouvert propose très peu de choix

Giving 3 star for location since its 20 minutes walk to pub street where all the restaurants and shopping centers are.
The hotel has potential. But, due to no tourist, it is deserted. It is a huge hotel with less than 10% occupancy, so there's cutting corners in everything.
Our secondary lock, shower and toilet seats were broken. There's cockroaches in the toilet every day and flies in the fruits. I suggest to use lids for all the fruit spreads.

Nice hotel, great attitude.
Pros:
Good location:
Clean;
Nice pool;
Early check in without additional charges.
Cons:
Only one bath towel for person, no face towels;
Unable to use smart TV functions despite it has it;
No sockets near bed;
A/C is a little weak, but maybe because of extreme hot weather outside (around +43).

It is apparent that the hotel is a little old. When you first walk in you are greeted by the grand staircase. We checked in without any issues. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Once we were taken to our room we noticed a moldy smell but nothing too bad. We did find however the room wasn’t as clean as it looked. We found roaches in the bathroom so that was a big negative for us. We were only there for one night so we didn’t make a big deal about it. The breakfast was pretty good overall. It is a great distance from Angkor Wat. We also want to thank the lady at the reception that allowed us to take a shower in their facilities after we had already checked out and toured Angkor Wat so that was amazing. We probably wouldn’t stay there again because the roaches and cleanliness was a huge negative for us. But over it’s a just an ok stay.

I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. This hotel is quite away from the city centre.
Breakfast was not good, the table doesn't get wiped after people leave.
The man at pool bar was staring at me, asked me if I was single, that was very uncomfortable.
But the biggest problem was that swimming pool - as it was set in the centre of the building,
I was waken up at 6am by the children's screaming and shouting. Same noise was going on until 10PM.
After that I heard people by the pool talking loudly untill 1AM ! I was at the 4th floor but still it was heard well.
I will not come back to this hotel.

Great Hotel! Great rooms and service at the lobby. A very nice and helpful staff. Beautiful swimming pool and good cocktails next to the swimming pool. The gym is good. In my opinion it needs a bit of maintenance. (my feedback). The Breakfast was superb 💯👌🍳.Great attention! I would definitely come back again & I recommend it! :)

It was super nice place to stay. Calm, relaxing stay I had. Breakfast was good and many choices. Staff were amazing, they always ready to help and so welcoming. I felt their natural hospitality from the reception. Nice pool by the way. Thanks and highly recommend this place to say.
