Avis : Ta Prohm Hotel & Spa

L’hôtel a du être bien à une époque.Aujourd’hui il a un côté abandonné fréquenté par des groupes.L’air conditionné ne fonctionne plus dans un certain nombre de parties communes comme les couloirs.L’eau chaude est coupée un certain nombre  d’heures dans la journée.je n’ai pris aucun repas.

Had the good fortune of having a room with bed-bugs. Fantastic location, and staff assisted very quickly with said problem. Upgraded room as well. Still, never ideal having your arms and legs covered in bite when waking up on a first night in any city. Recommend, just make sure the room is fumegated first.

The best place located in central point . Just walk down to pub street , night market and chill 🍾🥂🎉

Lots of mosquitoes (killed one that had black and white striped legs - aedes mosquito that spreads dengue!), also a small roach crawled across the bed one morning, even though I didn't eat in my room. The sound insulation is very poor, whenever someone wheels a luggage in the floor above you, it sounds like rumbling thunder. The rooms smell funky as well and are not that well maintained. There is major construction going on just a few units beside the hotel, after the pharmacy. The service is okay and the staff are generally helpful. I only booked this hotel as its location is very close to the nightlife and has a small gym. However, I'm sure you can find better value elsewhere if you don't mind just taking the tuktuk to get to the attractions (I prefer walking).

The staff was very friendly and tried to help, even though their English wasn’t perfect — when we asked for soap foam (as labeled on the bottle), we received a shower cap instead 🙂. The hotel is very clean and perfectly located right in front of the night market, which was super convenient. A couple of things to note: at checkout, we were asked to pay for a bottle of water, but they didn’t provide change which was surprising in a country that mostly operates with cash. Also, the bed and pillows were extremely hard, and when we asked for a softer pillow, they just brought another one exactly the same. We ended up giving up on that. All in all, good location and service, but the comfort level wasn’t right for us.

Hotel was conveniently located to many sites including the night market and lots of food places. Lots of amenities. The only draw back was that there were many cockroaches… each time we returned we guessed how many we would see when we open the door!

The hotel is extremely well located with easy access to the local markets and pub street. Lots of tuktuks are available directly outside to go anywhere that you don't want to walk to. Hotel staff is very nice and speak good enough English to communicate. Only issue is that although some rooms have "windows" they face the inside of the building and don't get any natural light. I would definitely recommend staying there, but next time I would make sure my room faces the outside.

Service is excellent, staffs are super friendly and helpful every where in the hotel, breakfast is good.

The location is good however it gets really noisy in evening. So if you like a peaceful sleep, I suggest maybe rooms inside further away from balcony. Staff is good and attentive. The elevator is dark and really needs to brighten. Needs Abit of soft music or some sort. It feels like the charm is missing.

The best place except there are cockroaches. The best breakfast.

Nice view hotel outside water fight and the location is amazing
