Heritage Collection on Seah -A Digital Hotel

It's our second time to booked at Heritage Collection and it always provide us the good service, amenities, greeted and well taken care of by their well experienced manager, Mr. John. He is very polite, accomodating and well mannered. They always live up to our expectation providing efficient and basic needs and amenities. The fact that the price is not costly and reasonable to get a loft room, its a very great deal! Will definitely come back and visit your other branch. Thank you so much.

Had a great experience staying at the heritage collection. Apartment is great and the location is very convenient too. Walking distance to Suntec City and Bugis. Will definitely be back here again : )

Service was pretty good as we get to check in at 130pm. Loft room was small but cosy and unique. A good exercise using the stairs to walk up and down to our bedroom lol. Overall our 3 days 2 night staycation was a comfortable and a memorable one.

Really great experience. The bed is on the second lvl and the ceiling is very low so we had to constantly bend our body which was pretty troublesome. But other than that, really good.

The hotel is great. Just that they don't provide toothbrushes and toothpaste. So please do remember to bring your own, or for the hotel a feedback. Maybe you could provide a disposable toothbrush and tooth paste set. Other than that, everything was great and the bed was so cozy.

Room is neat and cosy. Can message them with anything you need via WhatsApp. Washing machine and dryer was a good help. Good customer service.

Good location easily accessible in Singapore. Some issues though which I’m not sure was worth the ease of the location. My room had a damp smell and was evidently the case given sheets on the bed were equally damp. Contacted the what’s app virtual reception team and was met with a really unhelpful response to pay for an upgrade (as they did not have a room of similar type for me). Having traveled around and stayed in a few hotels (of varying price range), I don’t feel like this was an adequate response for the issue given one would not expect to have this problem with a room in the first place. How about just allowing your guest to move to a spare room you had given the inconvenience already caused by the issue instead of trying to squeeze extra $ out of them? They also had laundry next to the room (so a bit noisy at times) and it’s unclear whether the dryer contributed to the dampness issue. Digital key was also not always reliable so best ask for a key card if you choose to stay here.

Good location and environment. Friendly stuffs. Definitely come back.
