Worst experience ever, and I suggest do not book this hotel. Rooms are extremely dirty and smelly. Room's main door can't be locked from inside and accessible from lobby. The hotel mix-up girl n guys together in the room, IN ONLINE BOOKING NEVER INFORMED THAT ITS ALSO MIX WITH BOYS and GIRLS. no safety precautions for girls and the staff in the hotel also don't do anything if one complain for it, because its from their management. and Super dirty as in , do not ever stay here, I don't even know why Singapore , the most said to be one of the cleanest country have hostels like this. They also ask tourist over the app to give a good review and refund their $20SGD payment if reviewed the hotel very nice. Lucky that SHAHED AND EDWAR, this two receptionist are very accomodating and arrange well the rooms .Thumbs up to them. They are very nice to customers and guest. One Cleaner / Housekeeping named Selvi listened to the rants of the guest inside and made sure to clean up and change the pillow and blankets as per request. Over-all , hope that this will improve. 😔😔😔😔

The bath room door was kinda hard to open like to the point that we had to bang on the door to open it forcefully but other than that everything was great and the view was great too

I was so disappointed with the room that they provided for us. I booked it for 3 people over two nights. The rooms used to advertise are new, clean, tidy, and look good. But the room we got was old, untidy, the bed mattress and pillow had mold on them look like it was a storage room before. We had got two beds and one couch sofa. I asked the hotel through via trip.com to change the room and they refused it. I went down stairs to ask the receptionist to changed the room she said she didn’t authorize to do that her duty was just checking in and out then she gave me a hotel customer number card to call to request what I need. I was frustrated about it cuz the room was not comfortable for three of us to sleep over. We decided to changed a new hotel for another night and we checked out this hotel early following morning. It was so bad experience here in K HOTEL ALIWAL (NOT PREMIER). If you do not want to have a bad nightmare here, I recommend for any you guys to NOT stay here. Look at the pics below how bad it was. I was not appreciated in this hotel.

Incredibly dirty and dingy. This wouldn't be a problem but for the inflated price they charged for the Grand Prix weekend. It is shocking how much they charged and they couldn't even clean the room. The bottom bed didn't even have a bed sheet and there were hairs everywhere. Also, the shower was permanently cold and there were flies coming from the drain.

The manager was sooo nice and generous. I arrived 2 hrs earlier and I asked early check-in. He tried his best for my request and I could check in 1 hr early so that I could go look around early hahaha thank u :)

This ‘hotel’ was awful from the get go. The outside doors don’t lock so anyone can get in from the streets. The rooms were dirty, our bunk beds had so much rubbish down the side of the bottom bunk. There were loads of bugs, not sure how considering no window and on the 3rd floor. The bathrooms were filthy and small. There was wet soggy toilet roll lines on the floors near the pipes. The staff weren’t very helpful at all. Had a hard time checking in despite showing my name 3 times. Went down the day before we needed a taxi booking to the airport, to see if they could help. One man said to just come down in the morning and someone would do it.. went to reception at 5:30 and the lady on reception ‘called’ a taxi, without even giving it time to ring just said there weren’t any. Didn’t try to call any others, I found the list and managed to get through to a company using their phone in the end. I honestly wouldn’t stay here ever again, it was vile, we’re travelling and using budget hotels constantly but this was something else

Nice Good quality room. Location is good. Near bus stops. Quite place. Worth it. Want to come

Please avoid this place! This is unsanitary and a danger to your health! Mold is everywhere, it is impossible to breathe. We were not allowed to cancel the reservation. It was the worst hotel in our life. I do not understand why such unsanitary conditions still exist.
