The Ionisi

We booked our wedding here. We were renting the full hotel for 7 nights at an extortionate amount of money. Customer service has been terrible from the get go. 3 months before our June 23 wedding one of our guests called to pay their balance and was told the hotel was not opening in 2023. We were promised a full refund but this has not happened, we have lost thousands of pounds and now the hotel is refusing to take out call! Avoid at all costs!!

Στο Beach bar και στην παραλια ,τα παιδιά είναι υπέροχα, χαμογελαστά και εξυπηρετικά. Μας κάνανε να αγαπήσουμε το μέρος κατευθείαν και δεν ξαναπήγαμε σε άλλη παραλία. Μπράβο τους!!!! Η μουσική είναι ότι πρέπει για παραλία ,αν θέλεις να ηρεμήσεις .

What a stunning location. Situated right on its own private beach in a beautiful bay . Friendly staff. Perfect for those looking for peace and quiet . The photo doesn't do it justice Highly recommended

Deafness music all day long. Impossible to rest. I really do not advise to stay in this place were manager do not care about comments of clients regarding the bar. Rooms located between the busy road and the very noisy beach bar. Go somewhere else for relaxing skiathos holidays…

Already looking forward to going back. Great little hotel right on the beach with a gorgeous pool. Lovely restaurant and bar and the best staff you could ever wish for. A little slice of heaven in a lovely location.

Beautiful beach bar/restaurant that we visited whilst on the Mamma Mia excursion on Skopelos island. The staff were really friendly, food and drinks were amazing and it had a great a**osphere. Manwell our server was super helpful and recommended some great lunch items. We decided to both have the burger and it did not disappoint. Would highly recommend this cool lunch spot.

There were no reviews for this hotel but it looked and sounded so good we decided to take a chance. And we found a gem. We were surprised and delighted to be the first guests for this newly refurbished hotel on the Panormos Beach. This charming friendly hotel has been elegantly and thoughtfully taken over and refurbished. We spent a glorious week enjoying the beautiful beach and calm waters of the sheltered bay. There are many good tavernas to choose from right on the beach and the hotel was about to open its own restaurant just after our stay.. There are beautiful walks into the pine-clad hills if you can tear yourself away from the beach. Emma and her staff were most hospitable and helpful with the Ionisi Beach Bar being a wonderful focal point for the hotel. The free transfer between Skiathos airport to the hotel was a boon and extremely well organised.

We too took a chance on the Ionisi, with no reviews; we thought it was a sophisticated internet scam….how wrong could we be, this is a fantastic place. A simple description would be its like having your own villa on a very special beach with staff! The location is simply stunning. The staff are amazing. Emma, her team and Gavin the Pool Boy (sorry Gavin couldn’t resist it…!) have created a very special place with just 16 tastefully decorated, very comfortable rooms.To a standard that exceed some of the 4/5 star hotels we have stayed in, it is perfect. We were the 2 nd couple to stay in this marvelous place and enjoyed a very special afternoon on our 32 nd wedding anniversary with Emma and Gavin; who took us on trip to the Mumma Mia Chapel, the tiny beach below it, and a truly special restaurant in Glossa for some wine, bread and dips. A very memorable day followed by an exceptional meal at the Hotel….unforgettable. So good luck to the Ionisi, and in the short time we got to know Emma and her team we would be very surprised if the standards slipped, so go visit and enjoy we are sure you won’t be disappointed We never go back to previous hotel -there are so many to choose from but in this case we will be definitely returning and will re-book soon Sheila and David

Το καλύτερο beachbar και η καλύτερη παραλία της Σκοπέλου με διαφορά! Εξαιρετικός καφές και πολύ καλό φαγητό -ειδικά το Salmon Club Sandwich! Ευγενέστατο και πολύ εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό! Καθαρό περιβάλλον και ευχάριστη ατμόσφαιρα! Αξίζει σίγουρα να το επισκεφθείτε!
