Personnel pas très accueillant, ménage pas fait dans les chambres

J'ai séjourné une nouvelle fois dans cet hôtel, cette fois-ci pour une seule nuit. J'ai particulièrement apprécié le service bien-être !

Les murs étaient noirs… L’accueil laissait à désirer, surtout en ce qui concerne les relations avec les clients (à l’exception des femmes, qui étaient très respectueuses et aimables, contrairement à un homme qui a été d’une impolitesse insupportable avec moi)… L’état général de la chambre était inférieur à 1/5… Le restaurant était excellent… Le service en chambre était également très bon. L’ambiance générale était correcte.

Hôtel/Casino à la périphérie de Sofia. Pas mal de passer 2 nuits. Pour moi, la catégorie devrait être 3 étoiles. Nettoyage passable et vieilles chambres…

Le nettoyage des chambres pourrait être meilleur, surtout la salle de bain a été rénovée de fond en comble, mais elle n'était pas bien entretenue. Il manquait des objets tels que des serviettes, des pantoufles, etc. Nous nous sommes arrêtés à l'hôtel en allant de l'Allemagne à la Turquie et avons séjourné dans différentes chambres pour nous reposer. Les lits dans toutes les chambres sont horribles, comme si vous dormiez sur du fer. Leurs lits doivent être renouvelés de toute urgence !!

Les installations de l'hôtel sont relativement anciennes, mais entièrement équipées, notamment bar, casino, etc. Très proche de la gare centrale.

La chambre était propre et le service était très bon. Le chasseur était très enthousiaste pour aider avec les bagages. Le lendemain, il a aidé un collègue à se rendre au garage souterrain pour charger les bagages. Les installations de soutien de l'hôtel sont très complètes.

La vue était banale, mais la chambre était propre et sans odeur. Un collègue me l'avait recommandée, alors j'ai voulu tester. Les équipements étaient assez complets, mais il n'y avait pas de chaussons, sans doute pour des raisons environnementales.

Je suppose qu'ils s'en fichent car c'est un hôtel-casino, les matériaux des chambres sont vieux mais propres.

Strategically located near the main transport hubs. • The metro station (coming from the airport) is very close.  • Tram stops are on the corner, and the main bus/train station is just a couple of blocks away.  • The city center is about 1.5 km away.  • Price Range: 79€/d. 🛏️ The Room Experience • Room Type: Twin room on the 11th floor.  • Size & Cleanliness: Adequate size and clean.  • Bed: 110cm firm mattress, reported to be very comfortable, with two soft pillows.  • Amenities: Flat-screen TV, coffee maker, fridge, and hairdryer included.  • Drawbacks: No major issues mentioned. 🚽 Bathroom Details • Cleanliness & Setup: The bathroom was clean.  • Shower/Bath: High and slippery bathtub. Water pressure was very good.  • Products & Towels: Basic amenities were provided. Some towels showed signs of wear with frayed edges.  🍳 Food & Beverage • Included: Yes, breakfast was included.  • Variety & Quality: A very complete breakfast buffet, offering both hot and cold, sweet and savory options, including some local specialties.  • Negative Point: The only drawback was the juice, which tasted artificial, like a powdered mix.  🏊 Common Areas & Facilities • Facilities: The hotel features a spa, sauna, indoor pool, a restaurant, a cocktail bar, and a casino.  👨💼 Service Evaluation • Reception: Morning staff was serious. Evening staff seemed bothered by questions regarding the spa.  • Cocktail Bar: Staff here was very kind and friendly.  • Spa Staff: Described as serious, speaking only the bare minimum of words.  • Daily Housekeeping: Room cleaning was minimal; they only straightened the duvet, leaving the pillows as they were. Coffee and tea amenities were not replenished.  🚗 Transport & Access • Public Transport: Excellent connection. Very close to the metro line from the airport, with tram stops nearby and the main stations within walking distance.  🔐 Security • Access Control: Access is managed via a key card.  • Safe: There is no safe deposit box in the room.  Final Verdict: ✔ Top Strength: The super comfortable bed combined with the excellent location near major transport links (metro, bus, train). ❌ Main Drawback: The service was inconsistent, particularly the minimal housekeeping (no coffee/tea refill) and the unenthusiastic staff at reception and the spa.

So good and clean hotel, the room was great and has a beautiful view.
