L'hôtel était propre et le personnel était sympathique. Le petit déjeuner était également bon.

Le service était bon. Malheureusement, il y avait une tache dangereuse sur la literie. Ce à quoi l'hôtel a annoncé qu'elle rembourserait 30 % du séjour.

My 2nd time visiting this place this month and both times the pool was closed. The 1st time had a room on the 2nd floor and the receptionist was nice enough to accommodate me and move me to another room due to the carpet smelling moldy and just not pleasant. They explained to me that its the floor they usually allow pets on so its possible the previous guest had a dog and probably soiled the carpet. The 2nd time I rented there they once again put me on the 2nd floor and this time by the fire exit and the rooms door was literally touching the fire door which kept opening and closing all night long. As soon as I got there I noticed this was going to be a problem as I went to go to my room and saw somebody walking from where my room was and it was from that fire exit. Explained to the receptionist this time which was a different receptionist and she kind of blew me off and told me nobody had ever mentioned anything about that door opening and closing and being disturbed by it. She promptly told me o im sorry and the only other room available the a/c isn't working but there was a gentleman that arrived as I was leaving and he was checking in so there were rooms available and it was still early only 5pm. I also asked her about the ice bucket in my room which I had in hand and asked her if there should be a bag in there or we should just fill up the dirty bucket which my girlfriend had to wash and it had water already in it which she them said o im sorry there wasnt any In there and supplied me with 2 bags. Decent place just lil minor things and that 2nd receptionist was not really helpful at all. I definitely felt stero typed as she was real pleasant with the woman before me and very talkative but which me it was a real quick do you need help with something which really wasnt a nice way to start off. Besides that the place is nice and the breakfast was simple but pretty decent.

This stay was not what I would call good... It was in fact a poor experience. By this I mean. I arrived at 3.50pm to get checked into a room that I was informed would be ready for check in at 3pm... The room was not ready, and i was told they would try to have it ready in 20-25 mins. I explained that that was not acceptable. I was told I could wait in the lobby area...I again explained that that was not acceptable. Another employee jumped in to say, I could sit in the lobby. Now I am irritated. I explained in more detail that I could not very well change in the lobby, being that I had to change and get to a wedding in Yonkers for 5.30...He then started to challenge me. Started telling me how he didn't like the tone of my voice. I then dismissed him and suggested he move away and let me deal with the situation with the desk clerk...who by the way was VERY, VERY, helpful, and whom I had no issues with, because she was doing everything she could to accommodate. The real problem was with the cleaning crew and their supervisor , who kept telling her the wrong things. I even offered for them to allow me to change, and then they could have the room to complete getting it ready. They told her to tell me that it wasn't protocol for me to do that. To which I responded that it wasn't protocol to not have the room ready. At this time the desk associate, Aaliyah, who as I said was very helpful, and who I had NO ISSUES with, and she knew that, suggested that I would be reimbursed 50% for all the stress that I encountered, and gave me the room key to allow me and my wife to change and be on our way. This is where I say common sense made more sense than "protocol". So my review will be....Great job handling a difficult situation by the desk associate, Aaliyah... Poor job by the room ready crew. And a terrible job by the associate who decided to challenge me in what was a difficult situation, instead of finding a way to help. 5 STARS for Aaliyah 1 STAR for Cleaning Crew (-0) for associate.
