Avis : Hospitality Kalgoorlie, SureStay Collection by Best Western

After booking online, arrived to find out there were no rooms available, Kalgoorlie was booked out, either drive 700km back to Perth at 1830hr or sleep in car! Had to pay $499 at the ridges down the road. Very inconvenient to say the least and massively out of pocket. Poor lady on reception mentioned I was not the only one.

Hotel room and bathroom are aged need update. Especially shower head water pressure is very weak need to change for a better one. Price is reasonable that is the main reason to choose this Hotel.

Very happy. Very clean and spacious room. Excellent dining room for evening meal and breakfast. Efficient staff and meal service. Highly recommended.

The staff was great, and the room was clean. The rooms need a long overdue refurbish, painting and decorating. Where the air-conditioner is there is bubbling, and it looks like it leaks when used. The shower and the whole bathroom flooded after my shower, and the condensation was pretty bad. The mattress was too hard. There was only one biscuit for 2 people, where the coffee, etc, lucky I shared 😀. The breakfast was great, and there was a variety of choices. The dining room was clean. Overall, it was a great stay, but your rooms need to be upgraded.

Nice place with a central location. Very friendly and pactient staff. We extend directly another night. And in the morning we had a good breakfast.

This motel has obviously been here for several years but is well maintained and very neat and clean. The bed was very comfortable. We dined in on our second night and the food was superb. I will book again next time I head off to Kalgoorlie
