Relais Correale Rooms & Garden

Nous avons séjourné ici pendant 6 nuits. L'endroit est impeccable. Le personnel est très sympathique, accueillant et serviable. L'hôtel se trouve à quelques pas des places principales, près de la gare. Le restaurant est situé dans la citronnière, tout simplement charmant. Je recommande vraiment cet hôtel. Le personnel fait vraiment ressortir cet endroit.

A great find, the hotel is within a lemon grove. It is a short (flat) walk about 10mins to Piazza Tasso which for us was ideal as the hotel is away from the areas that were busy at night. The rooms were very clean and a good size, with high ceilings and tiled floors (and AC if needed) all of which helped on the humid days to keep to room cool. A couple of days there were storms in the area the rooms were very well sound proofed and we didnt hear them. The staff were fantastic, the day we arrived we took a wrong turn from the station and turned a 5minute walk in to 30mins in midday sun, when we arrived the first thing we were offered were a place in the shade and some cold lemon infused water. Then on the last day we were given bottles of water for of onward journey. At other times the staff were available to offer ideas for places to go, things to see, book taxi’s arrange day trips etc.

Entering this lemon oasis was magical! As we left the chaos of Sorrento we were greeted with a bottle of Prosecco, fresh fruit and a large bright room! Eating at the restaurant is a must! Eddie and his crew are pure italien love! Our nightly meal was so delicious- enjoying every course and finishing with limoncello and espresso - perfecto! When do you ever get the chance to sleep among the lemon trees - only here❤️

We spent 11 days here and were very satisfied with everything. the rooms are spacious, clean and nicely furnished. they treated us to fruit, coffee, and snacks every day. the breakfast is fantastic in a lemon grove environment, with good choices. Vanessa and Eddie were the best!. they were very nice, kindly and their service was professional. We could have luch and dinner. Fantastic ambient with lemon tree, farm es fantastic italien kitchen. 10 minutes to the center and the beach. great , perfect, super place!

We stayed here for 3 nights whilst in Sorrento. A great find, located on a citrus grove. Sorrento is all about lemons so it felt right. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The breakfast was varied - they offered fresh coffee, pastries and cereal etc and also eggs with bacon if we wanted. It is located in a quieter area which is 10min walk from the centre. A special mention for Vincenzo who was super helpful and helped make our stay a great one.

Arrived in pouring rain Shown to our room Happy with room- no welcome drink or nibbles. Internet didn’t work but they fixed it. Drain smell in room every day No clean towels given for 4 night stay Weather let us down but there is no where to sit in a dry comfy lounge area only metal chairs and it’s really set up for warm weather. So had to lay on our bed. Wasn’t anybody’s fault can’t help the weather. Good base to explore Sorrento. The place has lemon/ cooking trips but didn’t get free one or discount offered. Breakfast good

FRIENDLY STAFF! GREAT VALUE. My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights and wished that we booked a longer stay. The room was very clean and the bathroom was huge! Breakfast was delicious and it was served in the lemon orchard with the freshest ingredients. Staff were extremely helpful and attentive. It was one of the most relaxing holiday stays that we have experienced. It only took us about 5 mins to walk to the main square. Lots of places to eat within walking distance. We would definitely return back to this hotel again.

We booked this place for 4 nights. Lots of upselling done by them to make extra money. Unfortunately last min we had to cancel due to a personal emergency. Other places were helpful, respectful and tried to support us in a tight situation. Not this one! Because there was a cancellation charge we requested to move the booking forward to dates convenient to them in off season. Point blank refused and did not help but just blanked all emails, calls, WhatsApp messages. Also tried to con us out of extra money. First they confirmed a day trip booking for capri island and then conveniently said it’s not done and asked us to pay more money for a tour with lesser activity. When we cancelled the new tour booking along with our stay booking they tried to tel me to pay for the tour as well - thankfully I had on msg that there was free 24 hour cancellation. So unethical. They were in their rights to not refund the stay keeping the cancellation policy in mind. But an adjustment could have been made for a future date ( also allowed in the booking which they conveniently chose to ignore and just blanked out all messages after that). We had a wonderful 15 days in Italy and this was the most disappointing experience we had with any B&B there.
