Havelock Harmony Resort

The location was very good and the place just ok. People in charge were nice. I recommend if you want to have the best beach in havelock at walking distance with a good price.

My stay at the resort is nice. The owner helped us a lot regarding food, tour programme, etc. Room condition is excellent.

This room has never been cleaned... We've had the fan on and I've been sneezing and coughing, I thought it was because I was allergic to the cat, however, I think it's because the fan is THICK with dust! It hasn't been cleaned for a very long time, and neither has the bathroom... You can barely see yourself in the mirror.. I hate to complain, and I'm not expecting high standards in the middle of the Island... But we did expect it to be at least clean. We can't use the fan, the toilet was broken. There was thick dirt and dust behind the pillows, the pillows themselves were an indescribable colour 🤢 We tried to complain and leave that night but no-one answered our messages. We felt ill the next morning and got no sleep. This place is a health Hazzard! The toothbrush holder in the bathroom looked like it has never been cleaned and had a cm of other people's spit at the bottom, with old toothpaste hardened round the outside! We refused to pay (I've never done that) but they ruined our holiday!

The rooms were good and up to standard. However, the food was mediocre at best. Not worth the price. We had an early check-out the next day and hence asked to be included for the breakfast buffet the previous day. They denied the request and told us that we could have our breakfast packed for the next day. All we had to do was place an order. When we went to place our breakfast order, we realised that there was no choice. It was a standard veg sandwich, boiled egg and two bananas. This is definitely not what is expected from a 3 star resort with prices as high as they are. If the packed breakfast was so limited why couldn't the resort just have allowed us to eat the breakfast buffet the previous day? we paid for it! overall not happy with the place. Will not recommend to anyone.

This trip to have-lack and stay in harmony resort was fine. Thanks to team resort. It's very walkable distance to havelack, we enjoyed with family.

Nice experience. Room and toilet were clean. Close to radhanagar beach. Overall a value for money stay

1. Not good for me it's on average 2. As price is too much higher then the facilities 3. No area provided for drying the cloth after bath.

Excellent services and facilities provided by the owner of property. Moreover very gentle and harmonious behaviour of owner. Connects to the nature and very beautiful place to spend time.

Last time change the hodel and not provided the same property. The hotel which was provided by harmony resort, the room is very small. When i talked to harmony resort person regarding same property to another hotel, he told me i cancel your hotel booking and take your refund by rudely voice. This types of behave degrade the quality of hotel. At end i'm not satisfied.
