I stayed for 2 days with my family. Overall worst service. The bathroom door, kettle and lift was not working propoerly. In this 2 days the key card deactivated automatically more than 6 times. So i have to keep visiting front desk to reactivate it. The service in restaurant, front office and house keeping is pathetic. One guy from house keeping opened the door and entered my room directly without even knocking, I was almost naked and changing my clothes when he entered my room and he apolozised. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Pathetic service. The food is worst. In this 2 days i had more than 10 issues in this hotel. Last but not the list, the AC was not working as well

Dear all if you are business traveler be care full you will be given not good service .My locker was not working ,Tv was having problem fridge was having problem after many complains no body has come to repair .Only breakfast was good .Attitude and behavior of staff is good until you check In.After that forget about if any one can come to solve your problem of listen to you.You send messages to duty manager they will always ignore your problem but free to talk and chat with beauties in hotel .So think

They have the worst rooms ever. Furniture is legit old and no maintenance whatsoever. It should actually be demoted to a 4 star. They showed me 5 rooms, all with terrible views and worst housekeeping services. Spoiled the stay. Much better to stay at Taj Vivanta and ITC Welcom nearby.

I would like to Share Something it’s apart from all above
We have Stayed there for two Nights service cleaning other things all good but I forgot my laptop charger and power bank in room
I called them about as they confirmed with me yes They received lost and Found from room
now I sent My Friend to collect but problem is Here reception staff saying they Didn’t receive anything I could possible
Why hotel doesn’t have any Lost and Found policy

Hii we are 2 person who stayed in redison blu hotel dwarka.. there are soo many problems in there room tv is not working . Water in all taps not working . Beds are extremely dirty. Carpet and floor are soo dirty.
