Top hotel, has a very good interior. The rooms are furnished very nice. Has a very good outdoor pool. The actual hotel is huge and has many many rooms. Overall I recommend it. If you consider whether to visit or not, do not hesitate. That's all from me!

One of the prime things a hotel should do is give you a good night's sleep. A seriously firm bed that gives you back ache, thin pillows and bedding that doesn't cover the mattress do not deliver. On our second night I was dreading going to bed and had to find an array of garments to use s bedding to stay warm. Had a much better night in a basic hotel the following evening.

Large rooms, big windows and balconies, excellent service and clean hotel. The pool is brilliant, the garden was nice. Anyone can reach the beach just in 15 seconds. Yes, it’s not the cheapest, but it worth!

The perfect place to unwind, which is exactly what we had wanted to achieve. Absolutely immaculate in cleanliness. The pools were also extremely clean and the towel service invaluable. The hotels beach area could have been smartened up to match the quality of the rest of the hotel, but as it was always so windy there we opted to spend most of our relaxation time by the pools. We had no problem getting a sun lounger as we went out of school holiday season, but still in time to enjoy the sun. Breakfast was incredible! So much choice of good quality food to meet everyone's taste. Very well located near to the bus and train stations, with taxis running directly to and from the hotel. The hotel receptionist arranged for our luggage to be kept after checking out at midday as our flight was late on that day and organised our taxi to the airport that evening, leaving us to enjoy our last day by the pool. What a bonus. Plenty of places to eat nearby for all tastes and budgets. The park was fun to visit on the Sunday as there were lots of people out with their families enjoying music, ice creams, a park run and more. The Spa looked incredible, but we didn't have time to use it.

Beautiful hotel, massif comfortable bed, I didn't like the breakfast, the bread wasn't nice it made horrible toast, the ham and salami could of been better, it was a misserable atmosphere in the breakfast room, the waiters stood about like door men, the best part of our stay was the room maid on the 3rd floor, she was always happy and cleaned the room very well. it was my husbands 60th birthday, I thought they would of give him a bottle of cava in such an expensive hotel.

We (three couples) stayed at this hotel for two nights in April. We all very much enjoyed our stay. All of the employes were very friendly and helpful. The BREAKFAST was AWESOME! Plenty of variety of hot and cold and local dishes. The hotel grounds were immaculate. Rooms were large and so were the balconies. The location was perfect - right on the water and easy walking distance to the old town and restaurants. The check out was a noon which is very generous. The only complaint I have is that there is a very strong odor of perfume or cologne throughout the main areas including the bar/restaurant. The scent overpowered the food which was unfortunate. I would recommend they scale back on the strong scent and let the smell of the fresh sea air in. I guess I also would recommend giving guests at least one or two bottles of water instead of charging $. Overall a great stay and we would come back if we are in the area again.

Spa Day Pass! We wanted to spend a wet rainy day at the spa and paid for a day pass. We weren't given any instructions apart from how to use the lockers. The spa itself was lovely and one of the best I have visited all over the world. The pool was lovely and warm, very nice jacuzzi great sauna and steam room and a salt bath (unsure about this). We were not given any towels and had configure out ourselves we're to get these from. After 3 hours we were hungry but couldn't see any directions for a restaurant. So back to the lockers and got changed. When a receptionist did appear we were told we could only use the hotel restaurant or we wouldn't be allowed back only problem was this was back through the spa. Not ideal since we hadn't been given any robes or footwear, so we decided to go elsewhere and not return. Such a shame as it could have been a nice day had the receptionist taken a bit of time to explain everything to us at the start.

Turned up without a booking and was warmly welcomed by the happy staff,had room 320 and huge room was well furnished, mini bar bath robes and slippers were found, we even extended our stay by a further 3 days, breakfast was good, bar staff were very friendly also, we are planning to return early next year, cannot wait
