Hôtel spa à Chengde

I don't normally bother to write reviews, but this place is truly deserving of one. Our stay at Anaya was amazing to say the least. The place was so beautiful and serene, rivaling many of the luxury ryokans in Japan but with their own modern twist. We stayed in the queen room, and it’s fairly simple but more than adequate and comfortable. The in-room drinks and snacks were delicious, and they provided an additional special treat each day, which was an experience on its own. There wasn't a television, but we never felt that there was a need for one. It was a place where you can truly focus on unwinding and take things slow, but when needed, the Wi-Fi speed is sufficient for streaming on your own devices. The hotel is unique where you can just do everything within their compounds without needing to travel anywhere else. We really loved the Japanese bookstore, which is a must-visit, and spend some time admiring the garden next to it. They provide activities as well, so you will never feel like there is nothing to do. The spas are also highly recommended, which in fact warrants a trip all on its own even if you do not stay at the hotel. One of the spas is a re-purposed factory, and it's a truly unique experience which will appeal to architecture enthusiasts. Food was a little pricey, but you have a lot of options, and the ones we had were great. They even had their own provision shop for you to stock up on snacks and drinks. One of the main factors that truly elevated our experience was the exceptional service from Zhi Hui. She went above and beyond to share her personal contact in order to make sure we were well taken care of, answering our questions promptly and making arrangements for us. She even followed up with us after our departure to make sure we arrived at our next destination safely. The other staff around the hotel, including the restaurants, were also very friendly and helpful. There was even a sweet young lady selling what they harvested from the mountains as well as small snack stores, one of which was operated by a very friendly lady selling Japanese-style desserts. Our interactions with the people all felt really genuine and sincere. The experience wouldn't have been so wonderful if it weren't for our very pleasant experience with the people working in and around the hotel. They normally use a multi-seater buggy to ferry guests around, but when we were caught in the rain, they actually arranged a car to pick us up instead. Anaya Lanya Hotel is simply extraordinary, and we cannot recommend it enough.

入住體驗超出預期！全屋衞生保持良好，乾淨清爽。基礎設施完善好用，服務人員耐心負責，貼心周到，值得推薦給大家。 房間打掃得乾乾淨淨，衞浴、家電等設施完好。服務響應及時，態度親和，從衞生、設施到服務各個方面都挑不出毛病。

La position est bonne, le parking est beaucoup, le montage est calme, la zone de la chambre est assez grande, les installations sont complètes, le service est très enthousiaste. La défaillance de la Chine est que le climatisation central ne peut pas chauffer, mais ajoute de l'électricité à la chaleur, le châssis est clair, le marché ne peut pas monter. D'autres sont bons.

Les installations sont plus anciennes, le prix n'est pas bon marché, le rapport coût-efficacité global n'est pas élevé

Une bonne expérience de séjour, d'abord, entrer dans la salle d'hôtel est très haut de gamme, le personnel de service est enthousiaste, la chambre est propre et propre, le petit déjeuner est très riche et il est recommandé, super 👍

La chambre est très bonne, il y a une piscine sudée en dessous, le petit déjeuner est également très bon, c'est que le réchauffement soudain n'a pas été concentré sur le chauffage, donc le sommeil est froid la nuit, la réception a donné à la chambre d'hôtes un couvercle, le sommeil est toujours confortable

這次在北方的森林體驗感很特別，先後遇上陰天下雪與天氣放晴，兩種天氣都有不一樣的美。雪天山林雲霧繚繞，彷彿置身仙境；晴天視野開闊通透，陽光灑在林間格外治癒，隨手一拍都是大片。還幸運參與了青團手作。服務態度與品質都很不錯，需要的物品及時送到，早餐很不錯👍 管家周姐更是本次入住的一大亮點，貼心熱情，服務細緻周到，有任何需求都能及時幫忙解決，讓人住得非常安心。 美中不足的地方也有幾點：一是私湯升温速度偏慢，等待時間稍長，建議提前公示泡湯注意事項，例如泡湯的時間，酒後不宜泡湯等提示；二是紙巾質量一般，體驗感有待提升；三是民宿限定活動沒有提前告知，在園區偶遇服務人員才得知有音樂會，對於行程安排來説有些倉促。另外，民宿位於村裡，周邊沒有便利店，晚上完全無處購買所需用品與簡餐食品，建議在每層公共區域或前台增設自助商品售賣區方便客人應急。園區面積不算大，建議多增加一些互動性活動，提升遊玩趣味性。同時，目前沒有專業規範的停車場，地面硬化不足，遇到雨雪天停車和行走都不太方便，希望後續能儘快優化。整體而言，環境和服務都很加分，瑕不掩瑜，值得推薦！

La chambre est grande, propre et bien rangée, la nourriture du restaurant chinois le soir est délicieuse et le parking est grand, donc le stationnement se fait sans souci. Entouré de la Place Culturelle Citoyenne, il est très animé et pratique pour faire de l'exercice. L'hôtel est bien.

Les sœurs de la réception sont très bonnes. Il n'y a pas beaucoup de personnes à partir, ils sont améliorés dans la chambre de la famille, la chambre est large, il y a une projection, les produits de lit sont confortables. La salle est placée avec des fleurs de coton, très parfumée. Le petit déjeuner est simple mais pas difficile à manger et il est possible de manger du riz. Il y a un petit riz à riz vert. L'hôtel est dans la forêt de pin, avec des lits de bébé et des lits de bébé. Il y a un petit feu de nuit dans le jardin, un sentiment d'atmosphère et des étoiles peuvent être vues la nuit. L'unique défaut de la beauté est que le tube de toilette est très éloigné de l'eau. Le personnel ne pense pas que cela ne soit pas particulièrement intéressant, il est recommandé d'en général!
