Cependant, Toddler avait une mauvaise chute dans le terrain de jeu intérieur et l'équipe était si réfléchie à nous envoyer à l'hôpital pour des contrôles et le gestionnaire, Bryant nous a conduit et est resté avec nous tout le chemin pour s'assurer que tout est bien. Après avoir vérifié, un autre gestionnaire est venu nous examiner et a préparé quelques médicaments et des snacks pour notre toddler. Très incapable service. We come to this resort often . We love the architecture and interior design . On this trip , I wanted a hamburger from the restaurant for lunch so after checking-in we went to the restaurant to eat . My wife ordered her meal and I ordered my hamburger . Her food came first but my food never came . After waiting 30 minutes I asked the waitress (Chinese only ) where my burger was and she said she never placed the order. I was so confused how she could make that mistake and told her to start making the burger . I had to wait another 35 minutes for a decent burger . After complaining the management team did all they could to make it right and in the end we left with a positive impression of the staff . They honestly did all they could to make the mistake right and we were grateful for their sincere attempt at making things right. Room and hot springs clean and I would recommend a visit here .

The hotel is kept very clean, there’s a washing machine who can be used for free which is very convenient when you spend a long time on the road and the staff is incredibly polite.
The Ac can’t be turned off and is a bit loud, and the bed is a bit too soft for my taste but the rest was great.

IInvitéWhat an amazing place with amazing staff who made the experience that much better. The rooms were everything we could ask for, modern and very clean with great amenities. The private hot spring alone is absolutely worth visiting too. The surrounding area is beautiful too with lots to see and do but would definitely need to rent a car as some things are far away. The staff were incredible in every way. Before our stay I asked one of the staff members called Min if she could order flowers for a special occasion and she did so without hesitation and placed them in the room upon our arrival.She was so helpful and kind throughout the whole stay, telling us the best places to visit and restaurant to go out. She even went as far as helping us order dinner at the local restaurant when we were struggling too due to our lack of speaking Chinese. The breakfast was also delicious as well and the coffee shop where it is served has great coffee and lovely pastries. I couldn’t recommend this place more for a nice weekend away in nature.

IInvité房間裝修很漂亮，非常乾淨！牆上的畫居然是油畫實在太漂亮，看得出商家花了不少心思。暑假帶孩子去清遠長隆玩就住這裏（開車幾分鐘很方便）第二天睡醒去了蝴蝶灣玩水（也就幾分鐘路程）總的來説體驗感超好，性價比很高，一定會再來。

IInvité酒店幫忙升級了湖景房，還送水果，服務周到，陽台風景很好，可以看到湖邊城堡，空氣非常清新！由於上午去到比較晚，沒來得及吃早餐，老闆招呼我們免費吃了個早餐，還親自下廚幫忙煎了幾個蛋，一個大老闆能做到這樣真的好感動！中國難得的好老闆👍👍👍

茶園距離英德西高鐵站1個小時多 地理位置不太方便 去程叫車沒問題 回程完全叫不到車 需要工作人員介紹司機才叫到車 （回程車費價格貴差不過一倍）
景色優美，大致滿意，不過本次認為最大的問題出在本質的設計。作為園區裡面最貴，也應該是最獨立的「雲華小院」，旁邊竟然有另外的「小院」，之間完全沒有任何距離，隱私度極低。沿途看到山下的帳篷都是獨立的，卻只有最貴的「雲華小院」旁有另外一個帳篷。我住的晚上旁邊剛好住著一對情侶，凌晨三點還在說話，在我的帳篷裏可以聽得一清二楚，完全沒有隔音效果，非常影響睡眠。如果你本身比較難入睡或者易醒，這個體驗可能不太適合你。畢竟旁邊住著什麼人是我們控制不了的。另外，明明叫做「小院」，卻要跟別人分享，這個設計我實在很不理解，也是這個旅程最不滿意的地方，尤其付了比其他小院貴一倍的價錢，確實不應該出現這種情況，希望茶園可以改善一下情況。

IInvitéThis was the first time we were staying at this hotel, and we will definitely be coming back. The rooms are big and clean, the staff is extremely cooperative and friendly. A special mention to the manager Zhu Haojin who was always very helpful whenever we were faced with difficulty and ensuring we had an amazing experience overall. The hot springs and water park were around 500m away from this hotel and there were feeder cars to and from the springs, they were very enjoyable and kid friendly. We are definitely looking forward to coming here regularly.
