Hôtel spa à Quanzhou

« The location is superb, and they give you souvenirs for your stay if you book through trip. but that was it. The facilities are old, which is pretty much expected. Hotel Service was soso. One of their staff was rude, while the others were nice. So I cant say its excellent service. Given the miscommunication between Trip.com and the hotel, the room type i booked actually only has internal view or no view at all. The details on trip said it's city view, so I was expecting to see some nice views of Quanzhou when i went into the room. Much to my dismay, all i see are blocks (picture attached). As the hotel is old, their lighting system is dark. Additionally, the views are blocked, so the room is even darker. I managed to change to another room, but still, no nice view. With all disappointment, I reflected my situation to Trip com CS and they are very responsive and helpful. They changed the description for this room type in just a few days. »

« La dernière nuit de la route de Pyongyang, un ami a dit que je devais manger un petit déjeuner de vacances. J'ai choisi la mer d'Est. Je ne me sentais pas mal choisi après avoir séjourné. J'ai bien aimé aller à la mer d'Est l'année dernière à la mer d'Est. Je suis également venu à la mer d'Est cette fois. Installations: installationsOK Santé: l'hygiène est également OK, les amis ont noté que d'autres hôtels étaient facilement ignorés dans les coins habituels, ils étaient propres, ils méritaient un compliment 👍 Service: le service est parfaitement OK, le jour avant l'hébergement, le gestionnaire de l'hôtel Visan m'a contacté à l'avance, m'a demandé à quelle heure je suis allé au magasin, préparez la chambre précocement et aidez à la mise à jour. La chambre est très satisfaisante. Tout le personnel de l'hôtel est très poli et il a un sentiment de retour. Environnement: Comme la nouvelle zone est entourée d'un site, il n'y a pas d'effet sur la résidence. Les bus de visite gratuits pour les attractions sont disponibles pendant quatre périodes. Les gestionnaires d'hôtel Visan ont tous dit qu'il était bon de monter en avance. Le restaurant de l'hôtel est absolument OK. Le restaurant est très bon à la dîner, le petit déjeuner est très varié, il y a aussi des fruits frais, pourquoi ne pas mettre des chaussures. Il y aura une chance de revenir. »
