Hôtel spa à Quanzhou

Spacious and clean room. Love how they have fruit platters. A bit disappointed with the service tho. I have high standards with this hotel as I have been to this hotel several times. I love this hotel. There used to be a bellboy to open the car door and help me with my luggage. This time none. Didnt see anyone helping me during the 4 days i stayed. They dont serve tea to guests anymore. All these services were something that I like about this hotel. Now they dont have it. it was disappointing, but I guess i had to accept it since they changed the way they served the guests. Wifi is very unstable. Affecting my work greatly. Aside from that, all remain good.

Cet hôtel de positionnement est important, le choix des lieux est très important, il y a des échecs autour de lui, il est possible de voir des bâtiments hauts dans le jardin de l'hôtel, l'hôtel est un grand classement. Très influencé le sentiment d'atmosphère. Les installations matérielles sont bonnes, l'environnement chaud est très bon, le service de la réception est général. À Hangzhou, les enfants veulent certainement porter des vêtements de fleurs de coton, et les résultats sont maintenant à cette température, et ils sont tous fournis en robes. Il n'y a pas de boissons et de manteaux recevables après leur arrivée. Le service de lit de nuit a envoyé la soupe de la soupçon, mais il n'a pas dit quand elle l'a envoyée à l'avance, et il est revenu. Dégagez de la soupçon. La soupçon est dans la maison même si la mission est terminée? Le serveur est venu à la maison, et le bébé a fait une chose: en plus de minibar, il est facturé, il est pratique de 10 yuan, il y a une noix, je ne me souviens pas combien de choses. Qui veut manger ce bébé pratique... Je suis plus déserte pour le repas, et je me souviens toujours de la position de la réservation. J'ai réservé la position de la réservation à l'avance, j'ai commandé plus de moitié d'heure à l'avance. Après avoir arrivée, deux plats ont été déchargés après dix minutes pour dire un peu. Après avoir relié, le riz a été préparé en cinq minutes. Je n'ai jamais vu l'hôtel aller au repas principal et faire le repas principal. Le reste du repas (y compris un repas de nettoyage) a pris dix minutes. Il ne devrait pas être préfabriqué, il peut être fait lavage. L'accent est sur le fait que tout le restaurant était là pour manger, il n'y avait rien à faire. Le goût des plats est bon. Mais cet hôtel dans cet environnement est vraiment trop nombreux, le service ne peut pas suivre et il n'y a aucune caractéristique. Le design global, outre les bâtiments de la pâte, est très semblable à la pâte, la piscine, les oeufs, les pommes, sont très semblables. Mais le service n'est pas un peu plus que le bon. Je ne reviendrai pas.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout my visit. I would especially like to thank Ms. Joy for her kindness and excellent service. She arranged a room upgrade for me, which made my stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel facilities were great, the room was clean and well maintained, and the overall experience was smooth and relaxing. I truly appreciate the hospitality I received. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, and I will definitely consider staying here again in the future.

L'hôtel a été rénové. La chambre d'adresse a été entièrement changée en bois. La salubrité de la chambre est très propre. L'adresse du couloir est également complètement nouvelle. Il semble très bon, la réception est bonne, l'hôtel vaut la peine de recommander, je l'approuve, je reviens la prochaine fois!

It's an old hotel but with very big and nice rooms. There are not restaurants nearby. It's in a Government Area. The hotel has a swimming pool and spa. Also old but good enough

was a nice experience to stay for two night in this Hotel. The front desk lady was very helpful and she was able to speak English which is the best thing as we speak zero chinese. Very clean and the lobby smells just so beautiful

The hotel is very quiet excellent breakfast and among most excellent staff. The staff at tge reception Oscar was helpful in arranging our transportation. Definitely I will visit again.

I had a wonderful stay at Winlong International Hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. One of the staff (Xiao Yang) was very attentive and helpful, which made my stay even better. I would definitely come back.

The smoke issue through the air-conditioning must be unbearable, and the excessive noise from neighboring rooms is definitely disruptive when I am trying to rest. I’d recommend speaking with the hotel reception immediately. I firmly request a room change, highlighting that my booking was for a non-smoking room and that the current conditions are affecting my comfort. For the noise issue, bringing it to their attention may encourage them to remind guests to keep their volume down. Hotels typically have quiet hours, so they should address disturbances that affect other guests' experience. If the hotel does not resolve the issue, you might consider leaving a review or escalating it to management. Hopefully, they can fix the situation soon.
