Hôtel spa à Santorin

Kima is an exceptionally warm, homey, and welcoming place to stay in Santorini. It is located in a beautiful area of Oia that is both convenient and peaceful. When we arrived near the suite from the airport, Aris, a very friendly gentleman, was already waiting to greet us after we dropped off the car and kindly helped carry our heavy luggage down the stairs to the suite. The reception staff member, Xeno, was incredibly friendly and provided detailed information about the suite, along with a helpful introduction to the map for exploring Oia. The suite was very clean and decorated in a cozy, homely Greek style. The sofa area, bedroom, and bathroom were all thoughtfully arranged and convenient to use. Aris also served us breakfast right outside our suite, allowing us to enjoy our meal by the pool in the sunshine with soft music, which was a lovely experience. Both the pool view and the classic Oia scenery, during the day and at night, were absolutely stunning from the suite. The housekeeping service was attentive and friendly, making our stay even more comfortable. Xeno was also very helpful in arranging different services for exploring Santorini whenever we needed. He helped us book a comfortable private car to the airport when we left, and Aris was once again there to assist us with our luggage. Overall, we had a truly wonderful stay at Kima, creating lovely memories of Santorini. I would strongly recommend Kima to travelers looking for a comfortable and relaxing holiday!

差不多11年前住過這酒店，這次二刷Oia小鎮還是首選這家酒店。這家地理位置很好，在Oia小鎮入口，每天出門逛逛，可以有效避開遊客。11年過去了酒店一切都不顯陳舊，酒店大堂很mini像一個小小的書屋，公共區域客房、泳池依舊很美，早餐廳的景觀很好，就是狹小一些。食物的味道還不錯，房間打掃做的也很不錯，員工很真誠！

L'hôtel est très confortable et vous pouvez vous rendre à l'hôtel.  Il est très bon et un petit hôtel (luxe) où vous pouvez vous détendre sans chaos.  Seul un petit plus aurait été si l'hôtel avait fourni un transbordeur horaire entre Fira et Oia (l'hôtel est entre) car le bus se déplace seulement d'une manière, ce qui signifie que vous devez aller d'abord à Oia, puis à Fira, et ensuite un autre bus pour aller à l'hôtel de Fira . (4Euro comme deux bus ou 20Euro par chemin). Le service était exceptionnel de la réception à la dîner, des kudos spéciaux à notre réceptionniste, dont le nom a commencé avec F... et Eleni à lunch. Le petit déjeuner est excellent, bien que limité, avec une vue sur l'océan avec une ombre, le service et la nourriture pour lui!  Nous avons été mis à niveau dans une suite et nous avons reçu une bouteille de rosé et d'eau lors de l'entrée et, le chocolat et plus d'eau à tour de tour.

L'hôtel parfait avec un service parfait! Nous avons été accueillis avec un verre de bienvenue et la suite junior était vraiment grande ! Il y avait une bouteille de vin blanc grec glacé et de l'eau et les équipements sont fabriqués par le designer français Mugler! La vue de notre balcon est superbe ! Vous pouvez voir jusqu'à l'autre bout de l'île ! Le petit déjeuner est servi à table au Crocus Restaurant au bord de la piscine et oui la carte est immense ! Il y'a quelque chose pour tout le monde! Cet hôtel est vraiment de première classe ! Je sais ce que je veux dire car j'ai travaillé en première classe pour une compagnie aérienne pendant de nombreuses années !

Very nice hotel and clean. They had everything you might need inside the room. The bed was super comfortable and the breakfast was ok. The only downside would be the plunge pool. It was a bit shallow and not so warm but that is a matter of preference.

房間設施還可以，床品舒適，泳池是恆温的，但很小，早餐是菜單式，味道和食材都不錯，每天會有細微的區別。有夜床服務，每天會送不同的睡前禮物，風景也很nice，正對火山。唯一不足的是提行李要收費，另外從停車場到酒店要走很遠，每天都是爬上爬下，腿腳不好的甚選

I stayed at May Seven Suites Hostel during my trip to Santorini, and it was the perfect base for exploring the island. The place was clean, stylish, and modern, with a peaceful vibe that made it easy to relax after a day of sightseeing. Located in Megalochori but you can take a bus to Fira (where it is so convenient to walk to restaurants, shops, and the famous caldera viewpoints). The staff were friendly, and the overall atmosphere felt safe and welcoming — great for solo travelers or anyone looking for an affordable yet boutique-style stay. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a budget-friendly but quality place in a great location!

At first we enjoyed staying at the suite as it has a great view and a private location. It is also next to the Castle of Oia. However they arranged rather expensive transfers at 70 euros for transfer to the port and 60 euros for transfer to the airport. We managed to find much cheaper transfers online. By this we are talking about 20 euros cheaper per trip. We had to share a cab with other people for their expensive transfer, whereas we managed to arrange a private car online. What was the last straw was that the staff never delivered breakfast by the requested time over the course of our 4-night stay. When we asked for breakfast at 8, breakfast came at 8.30 even they knew we had a flight to catch and we had scheduled checkout at 8:50. What frustrated us the most is that, when we told them that breakfast was late, they started giving excuses like there are other customers who had early checkouts and requested breakfast early. It shows that they have prioritised other customers over us, without explaining why. They tried arguing and giving excuses before even performing their service or apologising. I hesitate to call this customer service. The least they could do was to apologise at first opportunity and make up for it, but this did not happen. What's worse? We paid more than 500 euros per night! So think twice before you book this place.

Je recommande vivement Andromeda Villas à tous ceux qui recherchent un séjour luxueux, paisible et inoubliable à Santorin. L'un des points forts de mon séjour a été d'avoir une place au premier rang pour le plus beau coucher de soleil, directement depuis ma chambre. Me réveiller et me détendre avec de telles vues à couper le souffle a été une expérience vraiment spéciale. La chambre elle-même était charmante, avec le design blanc emblématique complété par des vues imprenables sur le ciel bleu qui capturaient parfaitement la beauté de Santorin. Le personnel était exceptionnellement amical, accueillant et toujours prêt à aider pour tout ce dont j'avais besoin. Leur chaleureuse hospitalité m'a fait me sentir à l'aise tout au long de mon séjour. J'ai absolument apprécié chaque instant passé à l'hôtel. Le petit-déjeuner était délicieux, et le savourer en contemplant la vue incroyable rendait chaque matin encore plus mémorable. Je reviendrais sans hésiter et je recommande vivement Andromeda Villas à tous ceux qui visitent Santorin.
