Hôtel spa à Lombok

This was a treat as it’s a birthday celebration but it soon turned into a series of unfortunate events. The service and staff are amazing but their rooms have a serious bug problem. We woke up in the middle of the night to find our pillows covered with winged bugs that looked like ants, they were in the pillow and on the pillow, upon inspection there were more on the headboard and on the sofa by the window. We started to also notice dust piles on the floor in the room too, so we suspect they are eating at the wood. It was pretty alarming to find and have bugs crawling on your bed and we soon found out it was on our bags too. A staff member was quick to come to our room to inspect but the main team have already gone home. They allowed us to switch rooms but it looks like the problem is in the other room too. By the bed, more dust piles and on the sofa more bugs. It’s midnight so we sprayed the bed with bug spray and hope no more will crawl on us. As well as this their sink was blocked. We are both adventurous people, slept in the rainforest before, camped etc so we are not scared of bugs but when these could be termites or carpenter ants, our biggest worry is bringing them home. It’s not a nice situation for them either given their buildings are 200 years old. The next morning comes and the situation was not handled like a luxury hotel would. No one came to speak to us about it and no apology until I mentioned it at reception. The room they moved us to was also a smaller one so we effectively paid for a bigger room that we couldn’t stay in, this also wasn’t mentioned. There were positives like free bike usage, good cocktails, board games in lobby and a clean pool but I wouldn’t say this is a luxury hotel but more like a 3 star hotel with a 5 star mask. All in all, a birthday that wasn’t a treat.

L'hôtel se trouve sur la petite île de Gilit et est très paisible. Environnement du restaurant de l'hôtel La chambre et le service ne nous ont pas laissés insatisfaits, le personnel était super hospitalier. Le petit déjeuner était très varié chaque jour et nous avons été pris en charge à tous points de vue pendant les jours où nous y étions. La chambre 11 en particulier, avec sa belle piscine et sa pelouse, était le seul dommage que nous ne puissions pas y rester plus longtemps.

A cozy paradise with turtles by the shore and kind hearts💕🏝️ Our vacation in Gili exceeded all expectations, and this amazing hotel is a great credit for this. We found exactly what we were looking for: a quiet, cozy corner where every detail is created for relaxation. The premier room was made with comfort. The bed is incredibly comfortable and soft. The cleanliness was perfect, which was monitored daily, and the snow-white linen added a sense of homely comfort. A special delight is the bathroom with an open roof — taking a shower under the stars was magical.🛁 The hotel is surrounded by greenery and bright colors, 🌸 behind which you can see the tremulous care of the staff. And right across the street, literally 30 seconds away, begins the best beach with giant sea turtles! Seeing them every day by the shore is priceless.🐢 Furry residents: Cute red cats live on the territory, which create a special atmosphere of home warmth. Be sure to feed them when you stop here! And just behind the hotel there is a local shelter for cats. If you have the opportunity, take some food there or make a small donation. It's a small thing for you, but it's a huge help for them.🐈 Special thanks to manager Sam! This man has a big heart. 💖He was incredibly attentive, helped us solve any issues, and told stories about the island and local life with such love that we got into this place even more. Sam, we sincerely wish you a speedy recovery and good health! It is thanks to such sympathetic and kind people like you that such places become truly special.🫶 This hotel and the entire island of Gili gave us not just a vacation, but a feeling of harmony and warmth. We left with the feeling that we would definitely come back. Мы нашли именно то, что искали: тихий, уютный уголок, где каждая деталь создана для расслабления. Номер премьер был выполнен с комфортом. Кровать невероятно удобная и мягкая. Чистота идеальная за которой следили ежедневно, а белоснежное бельё добавляло ощущение домашнего уюта. Особый восторг это ванная с открытой крышей — принимать душ под звёздами было волшебно. Отель утопает в зелени и ярких цветах, за которыми виден трепетный уход персонала. А прямо напротив, буквально в 30 секундах ходьбы, начинается лучший пляж с гигантскими морскими черепахами! Видеть их каждый день у самого берега — бесценно. Пушистые жители: На территории живут милые рыжие котики, которые создают особую атмосферу домашнего тепла. Обязательно покормите их когда остановитесь здесь! А сразу за отелем находится местный приют для кошек. Если у вас будет возможность, отнесите туда немного корма или сделайте небольшой donation. Для вас это мелочь, а для них — огромная помощь. Отдельная благодарность — менеджеру Сэму! Этот человек с большим сердцем. Он был невероятно внимателен, помогал решать любые вопросы и с такой любовью рассказывал истории об острове и жизни местных, что мы проникались этим местом ещё больше. Сэм, мы всей душой желаем вам скорейшего восстановления и крепкого здоровья! Именно благодаря таким отзывчивым и добрым людям, как вы, такие места становятся по-настоящему особенными. Этот отель и весь остров Гили подарили нам не просто отдых, а ощущение гармонии и душевного тепла. Мы уезжали с чувством, что обязательно вернёмся. С теплом, Ваши гости из России.

C'est un bel hôtel, dommage qu'il ne soit pas aussi animé. Nous l'avons trouvé assez calme. La chambre était belle et propre. Le restaurant était bon, avec des plats à environ 125 000 €. Le Wi-Fi était bon. Il est situé sur la plage et la mer est magnifique. Il est à 1,8 km du centre, où se trouvent des restaurants. C'est donc une bonne marche ; il vous faudra un taxi ou un scooter. C'était vraiment dommage que, sur la plage, des enfants passent toutes les deux ou trois minutes pour vendre des bracelets. Une fois, ce n'est pas grave, mais presque toutes les 15 minutes, c'est agaçant. Dommage que l'hôtel n'ait rien fait pour remédier à cela.

- Cadre magnifique avec une belle vue. - Petit déjeuner à la carte (quantités limité) - chambre parfaite, - pour sortir en ville il faut absolument prendre un taxi car il n’y a rien autour.

La chose la plus embêtante :le bar restaurant fonctionne séparément de l hôtel et il n y a pas moyen de faire une empreinte carte bancaire, résultat on ne fait que payer : petit déjeuner , déjeuner, after work, repas du soir ….. impossible de sortir sans argent,  Personnel de l hôtel pas très efficace: on a demandé de l eau, on l a jamais eu; on a demandé de changer une serviette, la femme de ménage ne l a pas fait et pour partir on a demandé a réservé une calèche pour nous emmener au débarcadère : ils ont oublié ,….

J'ai réservé un séjour d'une nuit pour explorer la région et l'hôtel. L'extérieur est bien entretenu et le personnel de la réception nous a réservé un accueil chaleureux. Les chambres étaient modernes et propres, bien qu'un peu petites pour deux personnes. La climatisation peinait à rafraîchir l'atmosphère, même à 18 °C. Nous avons envisagé de prolonger notre séjour, mais avons été déçus par le petit-déjeuner, qui proposait plus de desserts et de gâteaux que d'options saines, et avons donc décidé de partir. L'espace piscine était agréable, avec un choix de deux bassins. La salle de sport était correcte et permettait une bonne séance d'entraînement, même si elle était limitée à des haltères de 20 kg. Dans l'ensemble, c'est un hôtel agréable, situé dans un endroit central mais calme.

Un hôtel très charmant et bien entretenu, avec un personnel adorable et toujours prêt à aider. La plage en face de l'hôtel n'a rien à envier à des plages plus réputées ; nous l'avons même trouvée l'une des plus belles. La nourriture était délicieuse, aussi bien le petit-déjeuner que le service d'étage. On nous a offert un surclassement gratuit dans une superbe suite avec piscine partagée. Il y a une petite salle de sport, mais suffisante pour faire un peu d'exercice. Par contre, l'hôtel est loin de tout, une moto ou une voiture est indispensable.

”J'ai eu un séjour agréable à l'hôtel Lombok Plaza avec une chambre propre et spacieuse, mais le climatisation était moins que idéal. Ceci peut être en raison de son emplacement. C'est quelque chose qui pourrait certainement être amélioré.

C'est l'hôtel le plus charmant et le plus accueillant que j'aie jamais connu ; tout le personnel est aux petits soins. J'ai eu un accident, et sans exception, chacun des employés, d'une gentillesse exceptionnelle, m'a aidé à réparer ma moto et m'a apporté son soutien. Les chambres sont impeccables. Le ménage est fait quotidiennement, et le petit-déjeuner, tantôt buffet, tantôt à la carte, était délicieux. L'emplacement est magnifique. Mais ce dont je me souviens le plus, c'est de la gentillesse et de l'attention de tous.
