Hôtel spa à Mumbai

Cet établissement se targue de 120 ans d'histoire, mais en réalité, c'est plutôt 120 ans de bureaucratie. J'ai eu droit à deux interventions du technicien : la première fois, la porte des toilettes s'est verrouillée toute seule. Après avoir appelé, ils ont envoyé une assistance 15 minutes plus tard. Lorsque j'ai relancé le service, la réceptionniste m'a sèchement répondu que cela prenait du temps. Le technicien est arrivé et a déclaré que les portes étaient anciennes et que c'était normal. Super, donc pas de réparation. Le lendemain, à 5h50 du matin, nous avons constaté une panne de courant dans notre chambre. Après avoir rappelé, le technicien est de nouveau arrivé 15 minutes plus tard. Tout en s'excusant poliment du désagrément, il a passé 20 minutes à chercher la panne et finalement, le jeune homme a crié : « Monsieur, c'est le même driver LED dans l'armoire ! » Une fois de plus, nous nous sommes retrouvés face à un problème connu qui a perturbé notre sommeil et notre séjour. Le service de chambre pour un simple remplissage d'eau a pris 10 minutes. Il se peut que les Indiens soient mal traités dans cet établissement emblématique, mais j'ai eu une meilleure expérience à Paharganj. Au moment du départ, on m'a redemandé mon adresse e-mail alors que je l'avais déjà fournie à mon arrivée. On m'a dit que nous avions peut-être rencontré des problèmes techniques. Pris individuellement, ces problèmes sont mineurs, mais leur succession d'incidents aussi négligents en une seule journée, et l'attitude déplorable de cet hôtel face aux retards, me poussent à écrire ce long coup de gueule. Voilà qui est bien loin de la réputation de cette chaîne hôtelière indienne. À éviter absolument ! Préférez ITC, bien meilleur et beaucoup plus efficace.

Forcément on est ici dans le sublime. Tout est parfait. L'ambiance, l'accueil, le petit dej. Pour avoir fait plusieurs hôtels de ce type à MUMBAI le grand intérêt du st Régis est son emplacement. Juste au dessus d'un centre commerciale plutôt haut de gamme où vous trouverez de nombreux restaurants sans avoir à affronter l'enfer des rues. Ma nouvelle adresse à MUMBAI.

What to write ? Everything is perfect about this property. Location perfect, Hotel perfect, Service perfect, Staff perfect, Hospitality perfect and moreover accepting and accommodating all your requests…perfect too. During this stay I did not booked breakfast but went through the offerings and I can say that is great and perfect too. Will definitely book breakfast during my next visit. Great Work Team Courtyard by Marriott and thank you for making our stay comfortable. Will keep visiting you always…☺️

We recently stayed at The Westin to celebrate my wife Ritika’s birthday, and I must say – the entire experience was wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and attention to detail were impressive. A special thanks to Jasmina, who took care of every arrangement perfectly. Her efforts truly made the occasion memorable for us. The decor, the room setup, and the overall vibe reflected warmth and elegance. The entire staff was courteous, well-behaved, and extremely professional. Everyone made sure we felt welcomed and comfortable throughout our stay. Highly recommend The Westin for anyone looking to celebrate a special occasion. Thank you once again for making Ritika’s birthday so special!

The yoga courses and Zimbabwe courses are not there but they will pretend that they are there. I asked 4 times to get the schedules through email but that email never came . Be careful cause the security at swimming pool is just like a decoration cause everyone can enter without having the room card to the swimming pool area by just jumping in while some clients are entering. And maybe there is a collaboration with the staff because actually in such beggars clothes how can they pass unobservant even the main door of the reception of the hotel! They have strict policies about cancellation which normally all the other marriotts of the world have..specially with clients who have diamond and travel genius highest level as vip clients .they dont consider that they stayed the entire week 7 days and it can happen that the last day some unpredictable work thing can happen. The 24 /7 service is just a fake thing cause if you call at a normal 10 pm the person's who ll pick up the phone after a LONG wait they still make you wait for the next morning for the concerned person to come and ask. They say ”we ll call you back but that call never comes” .

Équipements : Très bonne. L'insonorisation de cet hôtel est également très bonne. Hygiène : Très propre, pas pire que les autres vacances. Il y a beaucoup de choix pour le petit déjeuner. Environnement : OK. Très proche de l'aéroport. Très adapté aux hommes d'affaires prenant l'avion. Prestations : Très bien

J'ai séjourné au Hilton Mumbai récemment et j'ai passé un séjour fantastique ! Les chambres étaient spacieuses, propres et bien entretenues. Le personnel s'est mis en quatre pour rendre notre séjour confortable, toujours sympathique et prêt à vous aider. La variété des options de restauration offrait une cuisine délicieuse et le service global était de premier ordre. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal, ce qui facilite l'exploration de la ville. Je le recommande vivement pour un séjour mémorable et agréable.”

My stay at the Radisson Mumbai had its ups and downs. The room was comfortable, but the ongoing construction was a major issue. The noise was persistent, and on one day, the hammering was so loud, it was right next to my room, making it impossible to rest or sleep properly. A particularly frustrating experience was at the GOMA restaurant. We ordered a course meal and specifically asked about portion sizes beforehand, being told that each portion would be suitable for one person. However, when the food arrived, the portions were large enough for more than two people. We had to cancel the main course and other dishes as we couldn’t finish the earlier ones. Despite this, we were charged for the entire course. It's the restaurant’s duty to accurately inform guests about portion sizes, and this miscommunication led to an unfortunate dining experience. That said, the staff in other areas truly stood out. Shivam and Vijay from the restaurant were incredibly attentive, always remembering my regular orders and ensuring I had my coffee packed when I was rushing to work. Jaytin from Musafar Restaurant was a big help with packed lunches, always providing us with delicious food and paying close attention to our preferences. Arjun from in-room dining was consistently polite and friendly, making every meal delivery a pleasant experience. While the hotel had its challenges, the efforts of these staff members helped improve my stay.

Good hotel with all facilities. Not the best for solo female travellers as there is a club on the top floor. Can be a bit noisy, especially on the weekends. But the staff is quite supportive and caring. They do their best to make you feel safe. Food is good. Overall satisfactory.

The hotel boasts several dining options, including an all-day dining restaurant that offers a delicious array of international and local dishes. The breakfast buffet is varied and satisfying.
