BBharat61I stayed at The St. Regis Mumbai for two nights last week and had an excellent experience. The check-in process was efficient, and the staff maintained a high level of professionalism throughout my stay. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered an impressive city view. Housekeeping was consistent and attentive, ensuring everything was in order without needing to request anything.
Although I did not try the breakfast service, I did visit the bar on the 37th floor, which was a highlight of the stay. The night views from the top were outstanding, and the atmosphere was refined yet vibrant. The service team at the bar was attentive, and the overall experience made for an enjoyable evening.
Overall, The St. Regis Mumbai delivered a high-quality stay with strong service standards and a well-maintained property. I would highly recommend it for both business and leisure travel.

So this thing never happened in any of hotel. They will give bill even if hotel is booked by trip.com

KKusalka HerathMy stay at the Radisson Mumbai had its ups and downs. The room was comfortable, but the ongoing construction was a major issue. The noise was persistent, and on one day, the hammering was so loud, it was right next to my room, making it impossible to rest or sleep properly.
A particularly frustrating experience was at the GOMA restaurant. We ordered a course meal and specifically asked about portion sizes beforehand, being told that each portion would be suitable for one person. However, when the food arrived, the portions were large enough for more than two people. We had to cancel the main course and other dishes as we couldn’t finish the earlier ones. Despite this, we were charged for the entire course. It's the restaurant’s duty to accurately inform guests about portion sizes, and this miscommunication led to an unfortunate dining experience.
That said, the staff in other areas truly stood out. Shivam and Vijay from the restaurant were incredibly attentive, always remembering my regular orders and ensuring I had my coffee packed when I was rushing to work. Jaytin from Musafar Restaurant was a big help with packed lunches, always providing us with delicious food and paying close attention to our preferences. Arjun from in-room dining was consistently polite and friendly, making every meal delivery a pleasant experience.
While the hotel had its challenges, the efforts of these staff members helped improve my stay.

IInvitéTrès grand hôtel, situé à proximité de l'aéroport. Il dispose d'un toit-terrasse avec restaurant et piscine extérieure. On peut y observer clairement les avions au décollage et à l'atterrissage.
Le terminal 1, avec ses nombreux restaurants, est accessible à pied. Attention : la nourriture extérieure est interdite dans l'hôtel.
Les chambres étaient agréables et propres, avec une décoration un peu vieillotte, mais rien de délabré ni de vétuste.

IInvitéEn fait , c'était vraiment une mauvaise expérience , j' ai réservé pour mon ami , c'était sale , avec des cochons et des cheveux tout entier . Mon ami a fait un accord avec eux sur le remboursement , il devait aller à mon compte comme je l' ai payé pour ça , et ils n' ont jamais fait . Je sais que 200$ c' est beaucoup pour quelqu' un en Inde , mais en enfer , faites ce que vous avez promis !

I’m a backpacker from USA & took me a while to find a good hotel in Mumbai, since it was my first time visiting this amazing city. Every hotel had bad reviews or highly expensive.
So I decided to pick this one and hired a taxi service, (which you could do on this website.) The hotel is a drive down south from the airport in Colaba. The location is perfect. It’s down the street from the famous Taj Mahal hotel so how could it get any better. A short walk from all the touristy spots. It’s perfect.
The hotel felt very safe. There’s security that watches over you and the rooms are on the second floor. There’s a front desk and everyone there is kind and helpful.
The room is very clean, no bugs, no dust, good ac, little candies and a perfect shower. Perfect pressure, perfect hot water. They have tea, coffee and unlimited water bottles.
The breakfast is the best part. Don’t skip out on it! They have a lot of options from Indian to western & everything is made with care and love. The breakfast might be the best part :) idk who the chef is but he/she did a wonderful job.
Okay, so no more searching and stressing! Book this hotel, it’s a winner!

IInvitéIts just 5 min walking from sakinaka metro station. My stay was for 2 days. Rooms are small & but okay for solo person. For normal drinking bottle, they charged rs 30, when i asked person, he told- on this rate only they can provide. Nothing great to tell.
