Hôtel spa à Albufeira

This was a wonderful honeymoon holiday in the Algarve. Thanks to the wonderful hospitality of the W Algarve staff. They were all so friendly and sharing recommendations on where to visit across the Algarve. The breakfast was delicious too. The hotel gave us a few surprises upon arrival (decorating bed with rose petals, congratulatory messages / writings on the walls and a portugese red wine front Duoro valley. What a great way to start the holiday. Furthermore, the W Algarve were extremely helpful on making lunch/dinner bookings in restaurants across Algarve. It felt like a private Concierge and we were very grateful for it. Hip and Portuguese design. Certainly would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Algarve. MUST have a rental car, there isn't much around within walking distance.

Lovely  new large hotel in a quiet area, not far from the W Algarve. The hotel was super clean, with large rooms, and the continental breakfast was decent with a good variety of options.I didn’t opt for the buffet dinner, as it was easier to order a nice burger from the bar, which was really tasty. I also tried the Portuguese steak sandwich, which just wasn’t to my liking, but the staff kindly changed it for the burger instead.The pool and spa areas were also spacious and well maintained.You do need an Uber or a car to get around, as there are very few shops nearby. There is one nice restaurant next door and a sports bar close by.The staff could have been a bit more enthusiastic or forthcoming with hotel information, although the manager Andrea, was especially helpful and lovely to talk to. As it was off-season, the hotel was very quiet, and the weather was a bit chilly, so the pools were not really in use. I would definitely visit again if the price was good.

Great location. 15min walk from the strip and 10 mins drive from old town. Everything was great in the hotel, rooms look great. Although we did have strong smoking smell come into our room a few nights even though balcony doors shut. The only problem I had was with the breakfast. Having allergies and dietary requirements were not really accommodated. Majority of the foods had egg in them. I emailed in about this before the stay but nothing was sorted out. I emailed a list of foods i can eat. I was also told halal food will be provided for me from the 3rd day with more variety for me. However I received no halal food/meat, and got hummus every morning out of the list I provided. Not the best but I gave up and stuck to just having potatoes and beans on bread every morning. They did bring everything from the back every morning which is a plus I guess. A couple of wrong recommendations about money exchange from reception too. Otherwise really good hotel.

Would recommend this hotel - superb location, lovely staff, great service and very clean environment. The room we stayed in could do with modernisation - especially the decor and lighting in the bathroom - and the mattress was uncomfortable The pool area is superb, the breakfast was very good and we will definitely return again - mainly because of the location and the excellent staff!

Au mieux, c'est une propriété 4 étoiles. Pendant notre séjour, l'hôtel n'était pas à son meilleur, donc je mets 3,5 étoiles. L'entrée de l'hôtel ressemble à une salle d'attente de gare. Pendant un moment, nous avons cru que nous étions sous terre car il faisait sombre partout à l'intérieur de l'hôtel. Les toilettes sentaient mauvais au rez-de-chaussée, les fenêtres ont été nettoyées à Noël l'année dernière, je pense. Planchers sales. Les chambres sont crasseuses, mais spacieuses. Beaucoup d'espace de rangement. vous ne pouvez pas utiliser les miroirs dans la salle de bain car il fait trop sombre. L'eau dans la cuvette des toilettes continue de couler à moins que vous ne jouiez avec les boutons-poussoirs. La télécommande du téléviseur était sale. Les serviettes datent du 10ème siècle, à utiliser avec précaution ! Les articles de toilette sont des marques basiques, rien oo la la ! Le petit déjeuner est bon, mais pas excellent. Il y a une station en direct pour les omelettes et les crêpes. Café des machines Nescafé avec dosettes, encore une fois pas très standard 5 étoiles. Restez ici si vous avez un bon prix mais pas de grandes attentes. NE VOUS ATTENDEZ PAS À UN SERVICE 5 ÉTOILES ! Tu étais prévenu.

Le charmant hôtel sera de retour, absolument impeccable, les lits très sympathiques très confortables reviendront certainement dans cet hôtel

J'ai vraiment aimé cet hôtel et le personnel! Absolutement merveilleux. Le dîner et le petit déjeuner inclus avec ma chambre est un bonus supplémentaire. Chambres très propres et lits confortables. Il faut rester si vous êtes à Faro! Lynn Ray

Defo n'est pas un hôtel 5 étoiles très daté et tout scellé à la forme ronde. Tous les aliments inclus ne sont pas grands. Nous avons dû laisser une copie de carte de crédit à l'enregistrement et nous avons dit que nous ne serions pas facturés - mais nous avons été facturés £100 après rentrer chez nous, donc il a dû appeler trip.com pour le sortir

It was a bit difficult to find at first, Very clean, nice furniture, I meet the manageress she’s a nice polite lady and gives time for you as valued client, (this pays off) I tried to get an extra day a the special rate however she explained very well why it wasn’t possible at that monument, very quiet place this was one of my, only prob kitchen area light and a power outlet wasn’t working . I complained about no air flow at the gym and was offered to have a fan there which done., i

Un cool jet avec quelques Quirks Le centre de la ville est très bien situé, mais il est très bien situé, très bien situé, très bien situé, très bien situé, très proche de la plage. Cependant, il y avait quelques quirques qui nous ont laissé un peu ennuyés. Le localisation du signe pour l'établissement s'est avéré être un petit défi, mais elle a ajouté un sens d'aventure à notre expérience. La chambre est très confortable et très confortable. Il serait bon que cet aspect puisse être amélioré pour assurer un séjour plus confortable. Le balcon a été un accueil confortable et relaxé, l'atmosphère a été invitée et prête à se dégager après un jour d'exploration. Le jardin et l'environnement environnant ont été ajoutés au charme général, et nous avons vraiment apprécié l'environnement agréable. Le voyage semble être pressé, car il y a beaucoup à explorer et à profiter. Je suis reconnaissante de l'occasion de rester ici et je reviendrai heureusement pour une autre visite.
