Бутик-Отель превзошел все ожидания. Номерной фонд оказался продуманным до мелочей, немного устаревший, но это не помешало никак. Отличное постельное белье, чистое. Прекрасная косметика в душевых. Система питания на ужине - высший пилотаж по кухне, сервировке и обслуживанию. Белоснежные скатерти и прекрасная посуда. Завтрак абсолютно одинаковый день за днем, сыры, колбасы, овощи, фрукты, соленая рыба, джемы, масло, хлебные изделия, выпечка. Горячая еда на завтраке по заказу у персонала. Принесут все, что попросите. Таким образом еда не выбрасывается лишняя, потребление разумное. Персонал знает свое дело на все 5+. Бассейн с морской водой удивил и восхитил. В Турции такая роскошь не во многих местах есть, поэтому за данную опцию огромный +. Местные жители, в частности милые котики и черепашка, забавляли все время пребывания в отеле. Лежаки можно устанавливать ровно так, как желаете, в тени граната или под пальмами. Сад заслужил свои 5+, садовник огромный молодец. Красивые закатные виды. Расположение рядом с пакетными отелями, никак не помешало нашему отдыху. Музыку или криков людей мы не слышали. Гости отеля - особая радость, все вежливые, культурные, приветливые. Атмосфера дружелюбная. Помогли с трансфером до аэропорта. Есть гостиная с уютной мебелью, барной зоной и библиотекой на разных языках. С огромным удовольствием приедем снова. L'hôtel est très confortable et confortable. Toutes les besoins de la chambre sont un réfrigérateur, un pot de thé. Chaque jour, nettoyage avec de l'eau. L'hôtel lui-même est propre. Il y a un bar sur la plage. L'hôtel est une animation décente, parfois de la musique en direct. La position de l'hôtel est également bonne, il est à 1 km du centre d'Alania. L'hôtel recommande.

Были в отеле с июне с 25 по 30 число. В целом все понравилось, чистый комфортный семейный номер с хорошим видом, отличный вход в море, все вкусно и разнообразно, замечательная развлекательная программа, коктейли понравились только в нашем отеле, в соседнем Royale в Buddha bar бармен увидев наши браслеты обслуживал пренебрежительно и намешал какую-то дрянь, вылили даже пить не стали, больше туда возвращаться не хотелось. А так кроме этого случая, остальной персонал понравился, отзывчивый и приветливый.

I need to redeem myself and the hotel from my earlier posting. The hotel redeemed itself by giving me a better room and service upon my return  after the following experience with them. I was booked for 3 days initially. I then sought through this site to book for a further consecutive 5 days but either I or Trip made an error in the booking and we missed booking the first 2 days of the 5.  On the day which the hotel had me checking out I was off venturing not realizing the error. When I returned post check out time the male Receptionist was very upset, yelling at me and could not give me another room being fully booked.  His only concern was seeing this 79 year old Canadian male tourist travelling alone in a foreign country not knowing the language put out on to the street. Just as a thunder storm was brewing. Together we realized the error which of course was not of the hotel’s making.  I asked him if he could recommend another hotel. His response was “just down there” as if it was almost next door. I walked down the steep hill some distance but couldn’t see it because it turned out to be about 500 meters away. Returning, I asked him if he would call the hotel to see if they had a room. He said that he did and they did. I asked him to call me a taxi. He said “push the button”. I had to ask him “What button ?”  There is a taxi  call button on the outside of the gate unknown to me. When the taxi took me to this Atlas Hotel they had NOT  received any phone call from him nor did they have a room for me !!  I was distraught. In Canada the hotelier would take steps to ensure that their client was safe and able to find alternative accommodation which this person did not in any way. The taxi driver was able to find me a suitable hotel. Thanks to him.  SOME cautions to older patrons. This hotel is a considerable distance UP QUITE A STEEP HILL so if you are a walker take that into account. A laundry service was quoted at 15 Euros, in town it was 4 Euros. A 19 TRY bottle of water was 60 TRY at the hotel. They never did get the TV to work.  Finally, upon being treated so disrespectfully, upon discovery of the booking error,  I sought to cancel the further 5 days and obtain a refund. That was refused which was their right so I did return and was treated hospitably.

Отель и выбраный номер очень понравился. Вид шикарный - горы, море, пальмы, проспект. Питание хорошее, мясо, красная рыба, гриль каждый день. Пожелание - иметь в аптечке на ресепшен медицинский термометр. У ребенка поднялась температура, а в аптечке нет термометра. Убока номера каждый день (лебедей не делают, был веер). Рядом остановка, недалеко автовокзал. Приехали бы еще раз.

Nice hotel, location a bit away from Alanya was clean and friendly staff, actually the staff were excellent, beach was rocky slippery but still ok, travellers make sure to take light swimming shoes with you, swimming pool was good too.

Mon deuxième arrivée, ma femme, est la quatrième arrivée à cet hôtel. Avec le voyage, deux personnes ont pris la nuit à seulement 5000 TL. Comme personne ne consommait pas d'alcool, ces prix sont si bons. La réception a donné une des plus belles chambres, merci. Il y a des moyens de transport privés gratuits pour tout le monde, et la mer est comme une piscine. La nature est parfaite, la sauna est active, les aliments sont illimités, divers, mais ne vous attendez pas à la vision et à la cobaye, et ils sont aussi après les vacances. Certains disent qu'ils sont vieux, mais qu'ils sont propres et soignés.

За свои деньги (100 долларов на пятерых) отлично. Есть 2 небольшие горки в бассейне. Еда на любителя. Есть свой пляж с лежаками и зонтами. Просите номер с окнами во двор, рядом с отелем кафешка, в которой были завывания под бубен до часу ночи! Персонал ничего с этим не может поделать, говорит, что якобы закон позволяет. Но предложили поменять номер

HELPFULL STAFF 10/10 cleanliness 10/10 food 2/10 they need to really improve on food , its fine having plain food but some sauces to maybe add extra flavour, was really bland and menu was repetitive , it can be boring the same menu, we arrived late at night and there should be service for late night for customers who arrive late at the resort . everyone tries to sell things to you SPA, or excursions as well , it can be a bit over kill. Apart from that lovely place, location, service.
