Nice stay and Mr. Imtiyaz is very good in giving hospitality features and restro staff is also very good and rooms are properly cleaned

The best part of the hotel is the services .The staff are very helpful and immediate response is taken. The rooms are too good , lobby area is so pretty and specious and also the restaurant is too good and food is top notch ,every new dish which I try is soo delicious . I would like to specially mentioned one ***ager"Dawar" he is phenomenal and the way he talk and smile on his face makes my family happy too. I have booked through makemytrip for deluxe room he upgraded my room deluxe to lake facing suite room. Thanks again

Welcome hotel, Srinagar is ideally situated on the bank of Dal Lake with adjoining busy market area. Priced reasonably to suit the budget of Middle Class / Upper Middle Class families. Tariff includes buffet breakfast and dinner and well suited for families who come on a tourist spree. Front desk is very helpful and respond immediately. I would like to mention Imtiyaz, Syed Farooq who have been very helpful. ***ager & Staff of Dawat Restauarant have been very helpful in making us feel comfortable. Because of Power Supply disruptions ( which is there throughout in J & K ), intermittently lifts, heaters, hot water may not be available. But the house keeping staff walk that extra mile in providing hot water in a bucket. Very cosy interiors and rooms are spacious. Bathing tubs in some rooms need replacements. Overall our experience was very good.

Had the best stay . Staff was friendly and attentive. Hospitality, kindness, cleanliness and service were exemplary. The food was excellent, the chef ensured that our pallet needs were met. The hotel ambience was lovely. A special thanks to Imtiyaz, syed Farooq & younis for the hospitality(reception staff )for the hospitality and warm behaviour. House *** Faisal khan was extremely accommodating and tended to every little request . We look forward to coming back.

Good staff behaviour & Great location, beautiful surrounding a**osphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Hotel is located at the most beautiful site of Srinagar. Great experience.All the staff members are very polite and helpful. They never say no to any service any time. Special thanks to Imtiyaz and Farooq. I will always prefer to stay in this hotel during my visit to Srinagar.

The stay was excellent, staff was helping n cordial. Food was superb. Got excellent support from Mr.Imtiaz. Hotel is primely located at Dal Lake giving excellent view from Hotel itself. Overall an overwhelming stay at welcome hotel. Highly recommended for families.

Best hotel in Srinagar near dal lake. Service is very good Staff are very cooperative. Rooms are neat and clean. Food is very good,tasty and healthy. Location of hotel is also very good. Parking is also available in the hotel. ***ager name Imtiaz is very nice person and give all service in a good way. Overall experience is very good.

Great location with great ambience with spacious and cleaned rooms super fast service by housekeeping which I had ever witnessed in in any 5 star property .i appreciate mr kaisir who always follow up for care to their guests .i recommend this property to everyone come and feel the diffrence at dal lake .we were served kehwa in the restaurant which was very tasty and Mr syid farook who has always smiling face during our in out session .
