we had booked 4 rooms . thinking the whole group would be together. The crooks till we reached the boat did not tell us that they have only 3 rooms & the 4th one is elsewhere.
After lot of deliberations , they asked us to adjust with extra beds if we have to be together as a group. The room charges was also adjusted only after reducing the commission charges that they had to pay to trip.com. This was unfair and ridiculous. Nor did they help us with luggages loading & unloading.

1) Excellent decor. 2) Wonderful Staff. 3) Delicious Meals. 4) Amazing Services. It’s an amazing place Feels like home . Would recommend everyone to visit this place. It is like heaven. 100 percent will come here again. Loved soo muchh. View is just soo mesmerizing can sit for hours Loved everything about this houseboat.

An extremely beautiful houseboat with serene ambience, luxurious interiors & very helpful & courteous staff. The help extended by Mr Maqbool during a medical emergency of a family member deserves special mention. The housekeeping staff actually drove us to a nearby hospital in his car and ensured we were taken care off. Little personal requests like bananas or curd were responded with so much care & compassion. While we were apologetic about the sheets due to vomiting the staff never made us feel they were uncomfortable with that. Its not the mountains or rivers or the snow that makes this valley a paradise on earth, it is the hearts of such generous & kind people who make it a heaven. Felt absolutely welcomed, inspiringly cared & thoroughly comforted. Thanks to Mr Arshad for all the hospitality and help.

The houseboat is situated just at the point where entire lake is accessible you can witness sunrising from the deck of the houseboat the staff is very good and fond of doing work whether it's any time just ring the bell they will care to attend you About the food which was quite authentic and delightful delicious meals they provide Bedrooms are very good with king sized beds where 3 people can comfortably quilt inn and the washroom is very hygiene you will not even complain about anything because they will not give you chance they're perfect in each and every way Lake is very clean and quite just the sound of peace will wake you up in the morning once done from waking up the continental breakfast is right on the table with many items and guess what you will stunned for a moment from where to start Mr Arshid the manager is very professional person ........ Food ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Location ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hygiene ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Property ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I stayed at triumph houseboat for three nights in February 2023. What an amazing experience. I was greeted with such kindness and this continued throughout my stay. I booked the super delux category. The room was fantastic Clean, modern, and heritage and had a fantastic view over lake . I can't complain about this houseboat. dined here for breakfast n dinner. Amazing food. Hospitality was commendable. would highly recommend this property. and the staff was super helpful. 5 stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The location is very nice.. Calm and serene. If you want to be away from hustle and bustle of dal lake than this the place you should be.. Very generous staff and owner ( Mr Arshad) ... Very helpful...also Neat and nicely done rooms... And large and clean washrooms were cherry on the cake.... Highly recommend!

Beautiful Location! Absolute bliss, good hospitality. Worth the experience. The place has a scenic view. The places gives shows a good time in peace away from all the crowded areas. The food was good.

We stayed for 2 nights. Mr. Arshid was kind enough to give us the single houseboat with our own private living and dining rooms. We had complete privacy and an entire boat to ourselves. The pictures do not misrepresent. The rooms are actually decorated beautifully. Akram and Uzair really took care of us, and Arshid diligently checked on us and arranged local transport for us. The food was delicious too. Heating is taken care of in winter, but will surely revisit in spring or summer. Nigeen Lake is a place for those wishing for peace and quiet.

The location is highly recommended as it was awesome experience and their service/food was good. The rooms were clean, except that at night A/c couldn't keep the room warm at night🥵 and winter was at it's peak 😔 ..... But 😅 they provided enough blankets. Staffs were so genuine and humble. our trip was successful👍. I would love to go back there again in summer 🌞 ⛱️
