Avis : Hotel Regal Palace

It is a terrible hotel. They served me rotten food which caused food poisoning for both of us. They forcibly took tips from me. They never returned me the balance amount from the payment I made for food. Horrible service and very bad management.

Decent hotel at good location. the food was good and staff are helpful. recommended for family and solo travelers

Hotel Royal Palace is truly worthy of revisits. its marvelously comfortable with elegant wood paneled rooms and all creature comforts. its location has the privilege of being next to the best market ( Regency Road, Polo View) at the same time having the Jhelum flowing at the rear. A nice comfortable place with good food, reasonable charges and excellent location

It was my first hotel in Srinagar Kashmir and I loved this hotel. It's located in a residential area and the famous Lal Chowk is very close to this hotel. Also we found the Sunday market surprisingly on our second day morning which is a 5 min walking distance from this hotel. We enjoyed our night walks from this hotel to local residential area, shops and the Clock Tower in Lal Chowk. The room service, buffet breakfast & dinner everything was very good. Bathroom was neat & clean. Their staffs are also very courteous. But if you want a great view from the hotel room, you'll not find it here for its location. I would definitely love to stay in this hotel again during my next Kashmir trip in shaa Allah.

The room was clean and good to stay. It was very close to the lal chalk market in srinagar. Easy transportation too.

The place was peaceful and nice. It’s nearby all eateries and market. We had a great experience. We recommend the same.

Very small and dirty rooms. We stayed here 2 nights in this hotel because it was showing 3star hotel. We found the rooms are very small and dirty. Staff is also not experienced. Check in time was very long due to staff quality. Food and breakfast quality was also bad.

I had a beautiful stay in Srinagar... The place is located in market area of Srinagar which makes shopping easy.. the security was good.. the staff was super helpful and the receiptionist was more friendly.. he gave better suggestions that made our trip more wonderful... When food is in consideration it was a little lousy and imperfect but the stay and the place was clean and perfect and the rooms were spacious good wifi services.

I and my wife recently stayed at the Hotel Regal Palace, Srinagar and were thoroughly impressed by the impeccable service. We were really pleased with our stay as it's a very nice, modern hotel and with all the facilities needed. It is ideally situated right in the heart of Srinagar and the location makes it great for sight-seeing the whole city while taking evening walks enjoying the charm of Kashmir. This is the place to stay if you want a real feel for the warmth & charm of Srinagar & its people instead of a cold impersonal hotel. The GM, Mr. Aquib & all staff make you feel like part of their family and give wonderful support in every need of your visit. Their breakfast variety & especially the cardamom tea are an excellent way to start the mornings. We would also like to thank Mr. Aquib for organizing our entire Kashmir tour and providing us with the best guide anyone could ever ask for: Mr. Nasir. Nasir Bhai is a gem of a person who made sure we make memories to last a lifetime in Kashmir. He surely deserves all the happiness in life as his honesty reflects in his humble nature. Thank u very very much Nasir bhai for everything. Someone once said "Kashmir is heaven on earth"... We totally agree with this and to actually be here was a dream come true and the icing on the cake was the people we met on this journey... Thank you very much Kashmir... 🙏

Its raining in srinagar temperatures below 0 still not heating in the room. Throughout night the centralised heating was on from 10pm to 2pm after which me and my pregnant wife are shivering in cold conditions with her having fever. Blanket is stinking. Toilet is stinking worse experience please check the rating and refund us asap

Property location is good exactly at the market, which gives ease to romeo around.

Hotel has really good food, near by all market and it's very near to ganta ghar. Room was neat and clean.
