The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to ensure a great stay, despite limited English proficiency. They helped me get around the city, find an adapter for my European plugs, and did everything they could to accommodate my needs. The only downside was the hotel's location, which felt a bit removed from the main attractions. However, the exceptional service more than made up for the not-so-ideal location, so I would highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding customer care.

如果打算在六星街、喀贊其、漢人街看看的話強烈推薦這家民宿！！這裏離喀贊其和漢人街不超過5公里，打個車十幾分鍾就到了特方便，六星街直走右轉幾分鐘就到了，六星街非常熱鬧載歌載舞的，但民宿附近很安靜，離馬路有段距離晚上睡覺也不吵特別好！外部和房間內部設施都很新沒異味，房間內物品一有盡有，有需要也可以和前台提，開車來的話可以提前聯繫民宿會給留好停車位置的，真是讓人非常滿意的一次住宿體驗！！

8月來 rmb 600/晚 ，唔平但值得。
特別喜歡地下的家庭房，無論設計還是用料都講究，睇得出設計者有要求。
如果自駕遊非常推薦住宿這裏，尤其是大環遊的更加要在這裏睡覺好吃個素早點。
但如果不是自駕遊（例如我們）來的時候最好叫網約車，火車站的士超難排，打尖不斷，有拼車文化都唔緊要，最慘係司機未必識去。所以checkout 時強哥送我們去火車站真的好感動，住左兩晚都仲唔想走 🥺

來住了兩次，房間都很乾凈衞生，晚上也很安靜，沒有蚊子，温度也很涼爽，都不需要空調。老闆家的小院子裏有很多果樹，打理的很好，院子裏葡萄還沒有成熟，但是我們品嚐了很多櫻桃🍒。院子裏還有小貓和偶爾來串門的小狗，都想來常住啦。

Le chef est très très gentil de réserver un petit ménage à Trip.com!
La chambre est également très large, nous sommes trois personnes qui partent. Il y a un lit unique dans la chambre, il y a un grand lit, deux chambres ont des fenêtres, très calme!
Il y a beaucoup de fruits plantés dans le jardin du patron. Il est très frais. Le patron est une personne très agréable dès qu'il voit! Les fruits sont très frais
Enfin, il faut mentionner! Pour faire le bilan de notre venue sur le terrain est très sale et nous a aidé à courir. Merci au patron pour nous aider à courir très calme et très attentif! La prochaine fois, il sera là! Je souhaite au patron beaucoup de visiteurs dynamiques!!

IInvitéLe propriétaire du magasin est un résident local, fidèle à la bonne, pendant la période de réparation de la route autour du peuple, nous appelle à nous quitter. Ce bien nous a décidé de ne pas quitter le logement, pour sentir le vent de la population réel et prouver le goût de la nouvelle noix la plus primitive. ❤ L'hôtel est super, plus que je ne pense que j'aime cet hôtel. Vous aurez l'occasion de choisir de rester plus tard.

IInvité沒有生活氣息的小院，很喜歡這種院子，住着很舒服，感覺這裏的人們生活的很愜意，早上在院子裏曬太陽，聽聽鳥叫，下午喝喝茶，聊聊天，民宿也非常方便，附近吃飯的地方也很多，比起刻意去找的網紅餐廳要很符合我的口味，小院後門也有一間餐廳，很不錯，還可以送到民宿來，服務很熱情，也沒得説，問什麼都很認真的回答，非常的贊，雖然天氣有點下雨，但是雨後竟然看到彩虹了，推薦推薦

SShanyangchicao大約五年前幸運地發現了老闆在廣州的民宿，住着很温馨，設計很貼心，真正意義的分享空間、民宿。後面發現老闆在伊犁也做了一家，剛好我們全家要去新疆旅行，就定了她家。果然一如既往的整潔、乾淨、有特色。院子裏有好多果樹，都結了果，還有兩衹可愛的小貓咪，一黑一白，黑的活潑，白的有點膽怯。民宿外觀是蒂芙尼藍綠色和白色，配色不錯～ 因為帶着爸媽，我就定了三人間。簡單大方，帶着一點異域風情。我媽説挺乾淨，有家的感覺，老説這個也不錯，那個也不錯問問老闆在哪裡買的：） 她把新疆也遊遍了，給了我們很多很棒的出行建議！（其實不出門，在院子裏吃水果擼貓待幾日也不錯哈哈）

環境：好，有樹有貓有伊犁河在旁邊
服務：好，給很多出行建議以及飲食建議，去街上撿梅子，實現梅子自由

Mmarat1First day in China, arrived late, but was very welcomed! Very hospitable employees, new and clean spaces, room and toilets. Provided with the towel, toothbrush and toothpaste with no additional cost. Stable wifi. The room is very warm( outside -3-5). Nan(bread) can be bought on the corner. Access to the kitchen with microwave and hot water. There is a place to cook as well( local sauces on the table). The central Luxing street is 20 min by foot.

IInvitéJe n'y suis resté qu'une nuit. L'endroit semblait propre. Très grand, avec beaucoup de gens à rencontrer. La plupart étaient de jeunes étudiants. J'en ai rencontré quelques-uns, ils étaient très accueillants. Je reviendrai et y passerai plus de temps. Il y a un hall d'accueil/réception où il y a une table de billard et où vous pouvez jouer à des jeux récréatifs avec des amis et socialiser. Il y a aussi de la nourriture instantanée, comme des nouilles, disponible à l'achat. Je recommanderais cette auberge - un endroit idéal pour rencontrer des gens. J'y retournerai un jour quand je reviendrai à Yining

IInvitéInstallations: la décoration du jardin est très littéraire. Les installations autour du peuple sont très complètes. Il y a beaucoup de lieux de plaisance à proximité. Le centre de lavage. Le salon littéraire. Ne sont pas loin de la gare. Il est très pratique de voyager. Le stationnement est également pratique. Vous pouvez sortir la nuit pour sortir et se rendre à la place.
Santé: l'assainissement dans le jardin est très propre. Le patron nettoie tous les jours très rapidement. Il n'y a pas de goût dans la chambre. Les lits sont très propres. Il semble que la chambre est très nettoyée. Le cornet est très propre.
Environnement: l'environnement est particulièrement bon. Parce que le style de la décoration est très littéraire, il y a un silence et une sensation de la lune de la lune de la pierre de la pluie de la pluie
Service: Le service de la bosse est enthousiaste et attentif. Tout besoin peut être résolu en temps utile. Le bosse clé est très beau et très satisfait d'une expérience!

VVSTOverall the hotel room is clean, spacious and comfortable to sleep in. It's walking distance to the popular 六星街。The older lady staff who helped us checked in was friendly and gave us free breakfast.
However, the other younger staff didn't help much because we called up earlier to make arrangements for the hotel pick up at the bus station. We agreed to contact each other by Wechat. Unfortunately, the girls didn't accept my request on Wechat and hence we couldn't contact the hotel by the time we arrived at Yining bus station. As foreigners, we are only able to use Wechat to communicate with the locals in China. Then after staying for two nights, we needed transport to go to the railway station at 8.30am, however again the staff told us that the transport services start only at 9.00am - 9.00pm.
There are washing machines available, too.
Breakfast is good.
