From the first moment, i had such an excellent time at Blue Dove. I chose the place for the incredible design of the place, the location within Kazankh ancient town, and the reference to Doves... I left with so much more! The owner and her husband were so helpful and brought ice coffees for me and my dad when we arrived, which was so welcome. They had local treats and fruit to try and a wonderful sense of community. They helped us arrange a driver to Qionkushtai and packed us a breakfast to go, with coffee :) Every detail has been carefully considered and it was a joy to stay at Blue Dove. I consider owner Wen to be my friend and look forward to visiting again. I highly recommend!

Cette expérience de séjour est vraiment plus que prévu, avec beaucoup de compliment! Le service de magasin est particulièrement intime, il a organisé le pick-up, le patron a aidé le port de bagages avec enthousiasme et soin et chaud. La cour est pleine de fleurs, l'environnement est élégant et est extrêmement confortable et a séjourné deux jours. Je peux également manger gratuitement glace manuel, goût superbe et manger particulièrement heureux. Avant de partir, le patron a pris soin de prendre soin de ses préoccupations sur la route, il a également envoyé des billets de réfrigérateur raffinés et bons comme petits cadeau, les détails sont remplis et honnêtes. Le patron est enthousiaste et hospitalier, l'atmosphère globale est chaude et relaxée, la prochaine fois, vous choisirez ici, fortement recommandé!

Firstly, this guesthouse is extremely beautiful 😍 And someone we feel Soo peaceful. The whole vibe is just Soo nice. It's like a perfect hideout from the bustling city. Secondly, the location was amazing! It's within the Kazanqi tourism area where you can see all the blues but it's towards the end so it's not as chaotic. This makes it perfect since the main gate is less than 10mins walk, the busy area is 5mins walk! So everything is Soo nearby and yet you can come home and rest peacefully since it's not in the middle of it all. Also, halal food options is around 1Km away so it's great! Thirdly, but NOT the last reason is the owners of this beautiful guesthouse!:) They are extremely friendly and welcoming! We arrived so late, around 1130pm, they waited patiently for us, guided our Didi to their location and help Carried our luggage. They even went above and beyond to help us find 1 day tour to Salimu/Sayram Lake and even help us contact our next guesthouse in Nalati to figure out how we can get there. Highly recommend and will definitely come back if we head back here 😍🩷

Je suis venue ici après avoir vu des recommandations sur Xiaohongshu (un réseau social chinois) et j'ai été agréablement surprise par la qualité de l'établissement. Malgré des travaux routiers devant l'auberge, j'avais contacté la réception à l'avance pour savoir si on pouvait m'aider avec mes bagages, et le personnel s'est montré très serviable et aimable. La cour était grande et confortable ; elle était également très calme la nuit, et les matelas étaient épais et confortables. J'y retournerai sans hésiter lors de mon prochain séjour !

J'ai séjourné ici plus d'une semaine et j'ai adoré ! Le personnel était incroyablement sympathique et charmant ; nous avons fait les courses ensemble et avons fait des brochettes au barbecue le soir. Le restaurant est magnifiquement décoré et le quartier est habité par des minorités ethniques locales, ce qui permet de s'immerger pleinement dans leurs coutumes. C'est vraiment fantastique !

The location is a little bit hidden in an alley, however I love how it is nestled among the local restaurants and houses, you get to see how the people live on the daily basis. Otherwise the room is clean, amenities are great too. If you are a light-sleeper, it can be a little bit noisy since it is located near houses. But overall, it is a great guesthouse if you would like a place near town as a base for your travel. The owner’s daugther though..despite my limited Mandarin, she went away and beyond to help me with literally everything from booking a bus, and communicating with a DiDi driver to mail my AirPod which I had left in the car at a different city!  She arranged for it to be sent to my next location which I had book prior, ensured that the postman gave the mail to me personally by phonecall. She is one of the sweetest person I have met during my solo travel to China.

Room was spacious, friendly owner. There are 2 cute puppies in the homestay. Room was spacious. The air conditioning was not very cold but can open windows for ventilation. Towels were one time use towels. Soundproofing was not very good, can hear sounds from other guests and the corridor. Bed was hard. There are restaurants 5 minutes walk away. Price was low and the room was good for the price.

This accommodation was in an excellent location at the edge of Liuxing street area, near many restaurants and shops. It is near public transport and a main road. The host was super nice and helpful. We chatted quite a bit using translate apps since I did not speak Chinese and he didn't speak English. I booked a single room with a shared bathroom, which was very small and simple, but the host kindly upgraded me to a room with an ensuite for no extra charge. The building is old and could benefit from some renovations, but is clean and well-kept, and it has an old-fashioned charm to it with large, lovely arched windows. The rooms were very basic but sufficient, and the room with the ensuite has a good amount of space. There were nice large windows (although my view was blocked by some signs on the awning). There were curtains but light came through so I recommend bringing a sleep mask, and sound can come from outside so ear plugs also recommended. I also extended my stay for a few nights and the host was very accommodating. I was allowed to use the washing machined which the host helped me with. He also allowed me to leave my bags in the reception area after I checked out. There was wifi. There was tea/water at reception. It is great for someone on a budget. I included photos of the reception as I forgot to take photos of the other rooms. I am very grateful to the host and would stay here again.

L'amarrage m'a été recommandé par un ami et je me suis senti plutôt bien après mon séjour là-bas. L'essentiel est d'éviter les soucis. Informez les filles de la réception de votre itinéraire et elles vous aideront à former une équipe qui vous suivra là-bas et des amis vous aideront à prendre des photos. Lorsque vous avez du temps libre, vous pouvez boire du café dans le jardin et vous enregistrer auprès du commis Xiao Hei. De plus, je dois dire que le Xinjiang est vraiment magnifique.

It is a good hostel. However, they have to take care of the daily validating room keys. People go out to the washroom in the middle of the night, and even if they paid for the following day, they get locked, and they can't get in. Regardless of how many days you pay for, you need to get your room key validated, which is a redundant and unnecessary thing to do.it is very frustrating, too. Last night, a girl from the dorm went to the washroom at 3 a.m., and she got locked out until morning when other people in the room woke up to get her in. Also, for these unfortunate circumstances, there is nobody in the reception area to take care of it. I stayed 6 nights, and every day, I had to reactivate the room key. That is something the hostel must pay attention to it or fix it. Otherwise, it is a clean please to stay at.
