Hôtels 2 étoiles à Cologne

The price you displayed on the trip has nothing to do with what we paid. I attach the bill, you should stop taking people wrong.

The location is perfect, only few minutes walk from the central station. The staff was also nice and friendly, enough support. And there is dryer available, which was nice. But overall, the room and corridor looks really like a prison or hospital, not at all giving the vibe of holiday stay... Luggage storage was available for free! we can store luggage until 11pm on the day of check out. There was no kitchen. There is locker OUTSIDE the room, which is so weird. We need to use our own padlock to lock the locker but most of them were occupied or not working (broken). Even with the padlock, it could be open easily so I did not use the locker. It seemed there is not enough number of lockers available compared to the number of the rooms and beds, at least lockers that are not broken. There is no curtain no privacy, even is a mixed gender room. It really feeled like a jail or something. The bedside light is too bright so that if one of us turn it on, the whole room could be bright enough, which is ridiculous. Also the sound proof was terrible that we can hear people outside singing, screaming and DJ-ing midnight, even with our windows and curtains closed. The sound of closing the door was so loud and the door seemed half broken. Also we could hear people talking in the corridor. The shower and toilet were also outside the room and they smelled so bad. Did not feel clean.

Wir hatten eine Unterkunft gesucht für eine Nacht und gefunden. Lage war top und alles hat reibungslos funktioniert. Zu Fuß super zu erreichen die Laxess Arena da das unser Ziel war lag das Schlafwerk perfekt und ist von unserer Seite zu empfehlen. Bei anstehenden Konzert besuchen wie in unserem fall.

Le parking était très bon, propre et facile à accéder. Nous réserverons certainement à nouveau. Personnel elle est très bon et bienvenue.

Odeur de fumée de cigarette dans la chambre et dans les parties communes. Une femme dans la chambre voisine, travaillant apparemment dans cet hôtel, qui n'a cessé de parler fort au téléphone, claqué sa porte, et surtout on l'entendait tousser toutes les 30 secondes. Fenêtres qui laissaient passer tellement d'air avec manque de chauffage la nuit que j'en ai attrapé froid (oui, je suis tombée malade à cause de cela) ! Donc, bien évidemment, je déconseille cet hôtel.

Le lit est un peu petit, idéal pour les voyageurs d'affaires. L'hôtel est situé tout près du métro, ce qui est un excellent choix pour ceux qui se rendent à la conférence de Düsseldorf ; comptez environ 40 minutes en voiture. Un grand supermarché se trouve à proximité où le jarret de porc et le poulet rôti sont bon marché, surtout le poulet rôti : je vous le recommande vivement !

Personne ne travaille lors de l'enregistrement à 15 heures le dimanche. L'enregistrement automatique ne peut pas être effectué avec uniquement le numéro de commande et le numéro de confirmation de l'hôtel est requis. Ce n'est qu'à 17 heures que quelqu'un est venu travailler. La chambre n'est pas mal, mais le quatrième étage est en cours de rénovation, et l'odeur de la décoration est presque envahissante. Il n'y a que des magasins KFC et des stations-service à proximité.

Overall, it was okay, though it’s not the best hotel imaginable. The location is excellent—it’s a quick and easy walk to the cathedral or the train station. Keep in mind that there is no elevator. There is a narrow staircase, so you’ll have to carry your luggage up to the higher floors. The room is very small; it is genuinely difficult to fit and open two suitcases at the same time. We visited during a very hot spell, so staying in the room without air conditioning was tough. We had to keep the window and doors open to create a cross-breeze. One unpleasant surprise was the complete lack of breakfast; it turned out they had decided not to prepare it due to the heat. However, there was a nice café right across the street. Still, if you just need a place to sleep and the weather isn't too hot, this place works fine.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were amazing – very friendly and helpful. The place was quiet, clean, and had everything I needed. The location was also convenient, close to the airport with restaurants and shops nearby. The only thing to keep in mind is that there’s no fan or AC, so it might get a bit warm during summer, but for me, it was perfect. Overall, a very good experience and I’d definitely recommend it.
