We had a very pleasant stay at Artemis Apartments. The location is wonderful - just a short walk to the beach, and many shops and restaurants nearby. We loved how close everything was, yet the place feels quiet and peaceful. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful (many thanks to Nikos) -always ready to assist with anything we needed. Breakfast was good, though fairly simple and similar from day to day. But I suspect this is because it’s off-season. Some things stood out: the WiFi worked well most of the time, the pool area is lovely and well-maintained, and the value for money is excellent.

Ich hatte das Hotel ganz spontan spät abends gebucht. Die Rezeption war bereits geschlossen, als ich anrief, aber der Manager kam innerhalb von weniger als 10 Minuten persönlich vorbei. Ich hatte ein schlechtes Gewissen, da ich nicht wusste, dass es seine Handynummer war und ich so spät anrief, als er bereits zu Hause war. Aber er war total sympathisch und humorvoll. Wir hatten eines der modernen Zimmer gebucht, die blitzblank sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet waren und wirklich sehr geräumig waren. Die Ausstattung war top, sogar ein Diffusor für den Föhn für lockiges Haar, was nicht viele Hotels bieten. Das Meer mit klarem Wasser lag direkt auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite, die Lage war super, nur ein Katzensprung von der Innenstadt von Chania entfernt, und man konnte direkt vor dem Hotel parken. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Renovated, spacious, clean. Downside you need to check-in to the sister hotel, which was not communicated well in advance. Good thing I have data to call locally, so they sent someone to guide me where to check-in. No elevator, has a restaurant directly below so it can be bothersome if you're a light sleeper. Over all it was a nice place to stay.
