Hôtels 4 étoiles à La Canée

Nous avons eu un séjour magnifique, à commencer par la chaleureuse bienvenue du propriétaire, avec beaucoup de conseils pour notre visite à Chania. Nous avons une chambre spacieuse et bien équipée avec un lit très confortable, un vin de complément, d'autres boissons au réfrigérateur, ainsi que des fruits et des chocolats. La chambre a une petite balconie privée, mais nous avons aussi accès à la magnifique terrasse de toit - une oasis verte avec vue sur la ville.

Our stay at Selected Suite was simply perfect! The location is amazing, and the room itself is unbelievable, everything brand new, with stunning design and incredible comfort. The space is large, with a beautiful terrace, a huge shower, and modern detail, the steam room was a big bonus after a long day.  Honestly, the decoration is so impressive I could happily live here. Everything was spotless every single day, it’s honestly one of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed. I felt so comfortable that I never wanted to leave. The team even prepared a wonderful birthday surprise for my partner, which made our stay extra special. Parking was very easy, the reception is available at all times and always helpful, and the cleaning ladies are just fantastic, smiling, kind, and doing an excellent job. A very special thank you to Ayu, who was absolutely adorable and made our stay unforgettable with her kindness and warmth. I recommend this place 100%! I cannot wait to come back. Honestly, I couldn’t find a single thing to improve everything was truly perfect.

Absolutely stunning place in a perfect location just a short stroll along the sea front to the historic old town of Chania and the Venetian Harbour. In the other direction an even shorter stroll to the harbour and Nea Chora beach - which has a ton of bars shops and restaurants. Property is directly on the seafront in a real tranquil location - with a beautiful pool and incredible sea views everywhere you stood. The staff were fantastic and even contacted me on WhatsApp prior to my stay to arrange my check in. Had my room ready early - which was fabulous. I was incredibly lucky to have a suite with a hot tub right on the sea front - beautifully decorated, fresh, clean and the views from the balcony were incredible. I believe breakfast is included for all guests, which was lovely with a wide variety of hot and cold food drinks and pastries. The only criticism is of myself that I didn’t stay longer. I would come back in a heartbeat!

La chambre était parfaite exactement comme nous l'avions attendu. Nous sommes arrivés par voiture et Christina était très utile. Elle nous a expliqué où nous pouvons partager. La chambre était vraiment jolie. Je suis vraiment content qu'ils aient changé ces petits endroits en très jolies et confortables chambres. Le petit déjeuner était bon. Les gens sont vraiment bienvenus dans la Location est parfait. Il est juste comme quelques pas au port principal.

I normally don't do this but this hotel is so impressive, absolutely one of the best in the area with great service. Bathroom in the petite room is real petite but you can choose to see it as bring cozy. We had a lovely stay and will definitely come back when next we're in town. Highly recommend.

Reception staff were super friendly and helpful. Room was good, we got a free upgrade, which moved us to another one of their other hotels (Corissia Princess Hotel) which was nice. Housekeeping could have been more thorough, we left the towels on the bathroom floor and they were not replaced. They also did not replenish tea bags. However reception is quick to rectify. Hot water went out one of the days which was annoying but maintenance was quick to fix it. Pools, beach chairs, private beach area looked great, however we did not get the chance to use them as the weather was not great and the indoor pool closed around 7pm. Breakfast was good and the location was nice (not connected to hotel)

Epas and the team at Elizabeth Suites are amazing. Highly recommend staying at this immaculate property when in Chania. You will have ample parking and only a short 5 min drive to city centre. Apartments are spacious and very clean and comfortable. Do youself a favour and stay here it's a top choice in a maze of options!

Room was very clean and spacious. The facilities are modern and the pool overlooking the sea is amazing with stunning views. The hotel is a little out of town which is great to avoid the hustle and bustle but does require a taxi or a short walk from the end of the bus line. We would stay here again.

Très satisfait. Bien que ce n'est pas un hôtel très nouveau, il est propre. La position est très bonne et il y a un parking tarifaire à l'autre côté, mais nous sommes pas mal garés à la route. La zone de la chambre est également possible, et le personnel de service de l'hôtel est très patient et très enthousiaste. L'hôtel a envoyé des gâteaus et des boissons sèches dans la chambre, et il y a d'autres boissons chaudes à utiliser dans le restaurant. Le petit déjeuner est également très bon, le prix de la maison est raisonnable et le prix est élevé.

Très belle expérience, l’accueil a été parfait, les chambres se trouvent à 2-3min de la réception j’ai été accompagné jusqu’à ma chambre. Le Monsieur de l’accueil a même proposé de porter ma valise la chambre n’est pas de toute jeunesse mais elle est très grande et joliment décoré. La salle de bain est un peu humide mais très bien équipé, il y’a même un bidet. La chambre à la climatisation qui fonctionne au top et un déshumidificateur d’air. Les prises sont en suffisance et à des endroits stratégiques. Les frigos ne refroidit pas bien mais c’est un détails. Le petit déjeuner est correct et avec des produit locaux et les serveuses sont vraiment gentilles et serviable. Le plus c’est très clairement l’accueil et le personnel les gens sont absolument adorable, à l’écoute, on m’a recommandé les restaurant alentour à privilégier et ceux à éviter et l’emplacement est top la rue est calme mais à proximité de tout!
