Hôtels 4 étoiles à La Canée

Our stay at Selected Suite was simply perfect! The location is amazing, and the room itself is unbelievable, everything brand new, with stunning design and incredible comfort. The space is large, with a beautiful terrace, a huge shower, and modern detail, the steam room was a big bonus after a long day.  Honestly, the decoration is so impressive I could happily live here. Everything was spotless every single day, it’s honestly one of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed. I felt so comfortable that I never wanted to leave. The team even prepared a wonderful birthday surprise for my partner, which made our stay extra special. Parking was very easy, the reception is available at all times and always helpful, and the cleaning ladies are just fantastic, smiling, kind, and doing an excellent job. A very special thank you to Ayu, who was absolutely adorable and made our stay unforgettable with her kindness and warmth. I recommend this place 100%! I cannot wait to come back. Honestly, I couldn’t find a single thing to improve everything was truly perfect.

The apartment was a 15-minute walk from the main city centre, the Old Venetian Harbour, the mosque, the lighthouse, cafes, and restaurants. It was also a 7–10-minute walk from Chania Central Bus Station. The rooms were a good size, and the bed mattresses were comfortable. The open-plan kitchen and living room were spacious and well-equipped. What I really liked about the apartment was the washing machine, microwave, and clothes drying rack on the balcony. Anna was very kind and helpful. She assisted us during check-in and whenever we had any other issues. We also had a nice chat about tours. The only things missing were toothbrushes and slippers. The apartment was cleaned every three days. Overall, it was a clean and comfortable apartment.

Fabulous experience at this hotel. Impeccable service throughout my 4 days here, and the room was spacious and lovely ! Breakfast was filling , everything was amazing. Wished I could stay a few more days here. Will definitely come back if I visit Crete

The hotel was new, clean and at a very good location 5-10 mins walk from the old harbour. The hotel had magnificent views overlooking the sea of sunrise and sunset from the infinity pool at the roof. Breakfast was fine and all of the staff were so friendly anf helpful. The staff also went above and beyond to assist me and make calls for me when I had issues with my booked tour. They even gave us a free Cretan bottle of wine to celebrate our stay and daily housekeeping was conducted to ensure cleanliness. I am very satisfied with my stay here!

Le personnel était très bien situé, mais ils nous ont mis dans la seule chambre avec vue. (Salle V (5) Nous devrions en avoir conseillé, avec un rabais offert!) Cependant, le personnel était aussi magnifique que la situation. Il est conseillé ....a taxi ne peut pas descendre/recueillir ... de sorte que vous soyez prêt à marcher avec des bagages d'environ 300 mètres. De plus, comme c'est une structure historique .... il n'y a pas d'ascenseur. Le petit déjeuner exceptionnel est offert dans une vue très scénique de l'ancien port.

La chambre était parfaite exactement comme nous l'avions attendu. Nous sommes arrivés par voiture et Christina était très utile. Elle nous a expliqué où nous pouvons partager. La chambre était vraiment jolie. Je suis vraiment content qu'ils aient changé ces petits endroits en très jolies et confortables chambres. Le petit déjeuner était bon. Les gens sont vraiment bienvenus dans la Location est parfait. Il est juste comme quelques pas au port principal.

I normally don't do this but this hotel is so impressive, absolutely one of the best in the area with great service. Bathroom in the petite room is real petite but you can choose to see it as bring cozy. We had a lovely stay and will definitely come back when next we're in town. Highly recommend.

Reception staff were super friendly and helpful. Room was good, we got a free upgrade, which moved us to another one of their other hotels (Corissia Princess Hotel) which was nice. Housekeeping could have been more thorough, we left the towels on the bathroom floor and they were not replaced. They also did not replenish tea bags. However reception is quick to rectify. Hot water went out one of the days which was annoying but maintenance was quick to fix it. Pools, beach chairs, private beach area looked great, however we did not get the chance to use them as the weather was not great and the indoor pool closed around 7pm. Breakfast was good and the location was nice (not connected to hotel)

En tant qu'hôtel quatre étoiles, il est à la hauteur de sa réputation. Le hall et le restaurant du premier étage sont magnifiques, avec une décoration élégante et des chambres spacieuses. Ces dernières sont également agréables, et leurs 22 mètres carrés sont généralement satisfaisants. La literie et les couettes sont très confortables. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent, avec un large choix et un service impeccable. Chaque convive dispose de sa propre théière et d'un service de tasses, et le thé lui est apporté à table. Le café est également servi à table. Les tables sont nappées de doubles nappes, impeccablement repassées. Ce niveau de service est généralement réservé aux hôtels cinq étoiles, et l'hôtel Cacardon l'offre, ce qui est remarquable. La consigne à bagages après une arrivée anticipée et un départ anticipé est également très pratique. Le personnel de la réception est très attentif et enthousiaste, répondant patiemment à toutes les questions. L'emplacement est idéal, juste en face de l'entrée d'un ancien bâtiment de La Canée (actuellement en rénovation et susceptible d'être transformé en boutique de souvenirs). Il se trouve à seulement 200-300 mètres de la vieille ville, ce qui est très pratique. Un séjour de deux nuits valait largement son prix. Le seul point à améliorer concerne l'emplacement des boîtes de mouchoirs : elles sont placées sous l'évier, ce qui les rend difficiles à trouver sans chercher attentivement. Il serait préférable de les poser directement sur la table de la chambre. (Voir figure 11.) Installations : Bonnes Hygiène : Bonne Environnement : Bon Service : Excellent

Great location, great rooms great stuff, Nice bar and bar tenders  Awesome pools (2!) Great beach.  They switched us a room after air conditioning wasn’t working at all.  Stream in shower is too low.  Suggestion: the sun-beds could have been free…
