I stayed in maurya residency for 3 nights in pune during mid november 2024. I had a great time staying there. Very affordable place, close to fc road, the happening area in pune. The owner rajesh shetty was very cordial and hospitable. He helped me with suggestions regarding the places to eat & visit in pune. He even arranged for an economical cab at the last minute when i was trying to go to simhagadh. The staff at maurya residency were very nice & helpful too. Even though the hotel is there from many years, the rooms & bathrooms were kept very neat & clean. The hotel staff cleans them every day. Overall a great place to stay if you are looking for a very economical place near ferguson college. Great location too as many hotels are close by too.

L'hôtel est typiquement doté d'un budget pour un séjour de nuit. Il est une vieille propriété et ils ont rénové la même. L'entrée et le départ du séjour dure plus longtemps que prévu, donc gardez un peu de temps pour cela. N'a pas essayé la nourriture. Hôtel situé dans un endroit calme. Beaucoup de budget et de bonnes options de nourriture disponibles à proximité. L'hôtel dispose de deux chambres, des chambres de chambre et des chambres de chambre.

One of the best hotels considering the price. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the services provided were more than satisfactory for the rate. The staff members were polite and helpful throughout our stay. Special mention to the owner, who was extremely friendly and made sure we felt at home. Overall, a pleasant experience — highly recommended for budget travelers!

every thing is ok ,my suggestion is that if we book the hotel and room then room no also been given in that bill so It may easy otherwise they take 30 min or more for room settlement cleaning was best ,
