Cet appart'hôtel offre un excellent rapport qualité-prix. Je l'ai réservé pour me reposer quelques heures avant de partir à la campagne. Le prix était très raisonnable. Il est situé en centre-ville, propre et dispose d'une cuisine et de douches. C'est un excellent rapport qualité-prix.

L'hôtel était très agréable, x4 moins cher via Trip que le prix sur place! Les chambres sont spacieuses avec baignoire, frigo,TV et sèche-cheveux. J'ai adoré mon séjour à Buuenos Aires. Le petit-déjeuner est en supplément au prix de 10USD, un peu excessif... On peut trouver moins cher dans le quartier.

I had the pleasure of staying at Palacio Hotel, and it was a delightful experience . The staff were welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. Receptionists Lourdes and Camila made my stay at a Palacio Hotel a memorable experience. Their dedication to providing outstanding service is a testament to their hard work and passion for their roles. I highly recommend this hotel, thanks in large part to the exceptional service provided by these two remarkable receptionists. The room and bathroom were modern, spacious, clean, and, with stunning views of the San Martin Square and Palace . I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, hotel restaurant is reasonably priced, with high quality of food and with a good service The hotel's location is. perfect, just on a San Martin square, near the subway station and bus tourist stop .Overall, I highly recommend Palacio Hotel for anyone looking for Central, , convenient location to explore Buenos Aires .

Really good experience. Beautiful apartment, modern, luminous, clean (except one drawer where we found basura). Extremely good value for money imo. Loved the location. Cannot understand the negative reviews about the service, in our case everything was super smooth, and the guys very helpful, available and flexible. Top. Will come back.

la chambre est très fatiguée très vieux, la conception n'est pas grand, elle est seulement pour la photo et l'unité réelle n'est pas bien entretenue, surtout l'éclairage de la chambre est très bleue elle n'est même pas cool, il faut rassembler toutes les bougies de lumière 5000k à 2700k

The room is equipped with kitchen appliances and all necessary tools for cooking. Overall the stay is wonderful, the location is perfect, easy access to tour buses, uber, train station and walking distance to few local attractions. The area is touristy with numbers of restaurants and bars nearby. You can also find many groceries stores nearby if you plan to cook. The check in and check out was easy with codes. The room also equipped with bathtub and bidet. I could say the best if you are travelling in group or looking for the best of value. They don’t have room clean up daily but they do come daily to check on you if you need anything such as toilet paper etc, alternatively it is quite easy to ask them for it if you need anything. Highly recommended hotel here. They don’t speak fluent English but overall I am able to communicate with them. Also to mention, the view from balcony is excellent. However, it is very important to ask in advance the requirements and your expectations because it is not considered a hotel, but more on apartment style.

Despite on my booking request for a quiet room, especially no low frequency noise, first I got a room with a very loud outside part of the Aircon. I asked to change, they called the floor staff, and she knew exactly which rooms are not noisy and she confirmed the problem in my first room. I'd be happy if they were more considerate from the beginning. The staff is very nice and helpful though. The curtains are not blackout. The bed is comfortable even for a person with back issues. Clean. I needed this particular location close to the port, but San Nicolas, which is in a walking distance, is nicer and a bit less touristy. Porto Madeira barrio is still not noisy at all during the night, at least you can't hear anything from the hotel room. Just the streets are much more crowded and less clean than in San Nicolas. Good security at the lobby. The elevators which close the inner door automatically. Generally, take your own shower cup etc with you when travelling in Argentina and Brazil.

I'm always so happy to stay in the Top Rentals Downtown hotel in Buenos Aires. Very good location in the heart of Buenos Aires. Very clean and comfortable rooms with so beautiful views of the city in the high floors. I really would like to say my thankfulness for Nelson, Rocio, Agostina, Indra and all of other Team of the hotel. They are all very warmly, friendly and such a helpful and strong team. The breakfast in the Saint Moritz Restaurant is so fantastic. One of my favourite hotels in the Buenos. Strongly recommended

Emplacement idéal ! Un excellent café Punto juste en face, une agence Western Union au coin de la rue, un commissariat à deux ou trois rues de là, de nombreuses épiceries à proximité, et le marché San Telmo accessible à pied : l'emplacement est le principal atout du Babel Studio. Le seul bémol, c'est la vie nocturne animée d'Argentine ; vous risquez de ne pas bien dormir. Chambre propre et spacieuse, climatisation efficace, eau chaude et pression au rendez-vous : tout ce qu'on attend d'un séjour réussi. Seul bémol : le support du pommeau de douche. Je mesure 1,83 m et je l'atteins sans problème, mais pour une personne plus petite, ce sera peut-être plus compliqué. Le design monochrome est moderne et attrayant, mais l'éclairage blanc est agressif pour les yeux. Un éclairage plus chaleureux serait bienvenu. Notre arrivée a été compliquée : nous sommes restés bloqués dehors pendant 15 minutes avant qu'un autre client nous ouvre en partant. Il serait judicieux de recevoir les informations concernant l'arrivée avant le séjour, car la réception n'est pas ouverte 24 h/24. Dans l'ensemble, un séjour agréable que je recommande vivement.
