Hôtels 4 étoiles à Buenos Aires

L'hôtel Fierro est un vrai bijoux! La situation est bonne, mais nous avons pris un taxi presque partout. Les personnes du bureau se sont excédés en donnant le meilleur service possible. Nous attendions dans leur salle de repas où ils nous servaient leur étonnant petit déjeuner qui vient avec la salle. Nous mangeons beaucoup de nos repas ici parce que la nourriture est étonnante, préparée à la cuisine. Les chambres sont grandes avec un réfrigérateur avec champagne si vous le souhaitez. Les gens du bureau ont de grandes suggestions pour faire des choses, ainsi que pour appeler un taxi, parler anglais si vous voulez. Nous avons demandé un spectacle dîner avec tango. Ils ont fait nos réserves, nous avons été recueillis et pris au lieu et c'était super! Nous avons besoin d'un check-out tardif et ils nous ont permis de rester jusqu'à 14 h. Les chambres sont très confortables et sont très confortables, mais elles sont très confortables et très confortables. Je ne peux pas dire assez de choses positives sur cet hôtel.

Super easy check in, lovely welcome from Micaela and great apartment on 8th floor, with a cute terrrace and swing seat. Comfortable bed, good shower and a good laundry room in the basement. It is a great choice in staying in Palermo. We have booked our next stay.

직원분들 모두 친절하고 고객 응대를 잘 하십니다. 객실에 전자레인지가 있어 좋았고 방은 깨끗하고 넑직했습니다. 조식도 훌륭했고 관광지로의. 이동도 용이했습니다. 적극 추천합니다.

Avantages : Il y a eu quelques petites piqûres d'insectes. La réception était très aimable et a proposé de changer de chambre. Le lit était fait et les vêtements pliés quotidiennement. L'emplacement était globalement bon, près de l'Obélisque, du Théâtre Colón et du Tango, mais l'hôtel se trouve dans une petite ruelle, ce qui m'a incité à marcher la nuit. Inconvénients : Le petit-déjeuner était à 18 $ et n'était pas très bon. Pas de gel douche. Pas de gobelet à brosse à dents, de dentifrice et de brosse à dents. Mauvaise insonorisation. Il est clair que le Buli Market était autrefois prospère, mais il s'appuie clairement sur son passé et manque de ressources financières pour le rénover. Le prix était raisonnable. J'ai regardé d'autres hôtels à proximité, mais ils étaient plus vieux, plus délabrés et plus chers.

The hotel is situated in the heart of town - so many fabulous restaurants, cafes and bars on its doorstep. Facilities are basic but the room was very clean and the breakfast more than adequate. The perfect hotel for creating a base in the heart of Buenos Aires. The real plus we’re the excellent staff who were on hand and eager to assist with everything. Very knowledgable helpful and kind - special mention to Danny, Sarah and Gabriel who were excellent, all three went above and beyond, so a huge thanks to the three of you - you made us so very welcome. Хорошие апартаменты, новый свежий ремонт, удобный вход, рядом магазины, и кафе. Вообще это самый лучший и красивый район. Рядом метро и все удобно

The hotel is located in a very good location, very close to the obelisk, one of the famous landmarks of Buenos Aires. It’s also next to a tango show. There are many shops and restaurants nearby, including minimarts. But the staff service is normal. The receptionists were not so friendly. They talked with guests with their ignorance attitudes, not showing any friendliness or welcoming manner at all. I think this should be improved for all who would want to work in this tourism service industry. The worse thing for this hotel is rooms’ dirtiness. It was really dusty and dirty. On the floor, I found many blonde hairs and dust. And no cleaning was done on the second day, although we didn’t hang any sign  at the door. Just only 2 new bottles of water were placed on the table. So that we knew the housekeeper came inside without cleaning or touching anything including making up beds or collecting trash. So I think the service here in general is not good. The rooms are also a bit decent and old.

The hotel doesn’t have a front desk, make sure you book in advance and contact them through the app to get your access keys codes. Their registered phone number on trip doesn’t work and they will send you a message that the number is compromised. The hotel name isn’t reflected on the building name, follow their picture to locate it. The facility is decently maintained, we didn’t see traces of humidity such as fungus or paint peeling. The toilet sink needs to be unclogged. Towels, Shampoo, conditioner, bath gel, toilet paper are provided, but no other toiletries. Kitchen has basic utensils, no microwave. The place is warm with direct sunlight. It has two AC with hot air that work well. It has a nice balcony area. Not much noise from the road at night, at least it didn’t disturb me personally. There is a screen person who reminds everyone to close the door at the main entrance. I didn’t meet the staff in person but exchange communication trough the app and email provided by them for registration and others. I would stay again.

I stayed at this hotel recently and overall I had a comfortable experience. The location is excellent, very convenient for travelers. It was easy to reach nearby attractions and transport, which made my trip smoother. However, I did face some confusion when I first arrived. The name on the building was not the same as the hotel name I booked online. This caused a little worry at the beginning, because I was not sure if I had found the right place. Another challenge was communication. The staff were polite and tried their best to help, but their English was not very strong. Sometimes it was difficult to explain my questions or understand their answers. With patience, things worked out, but it did take extra effort. On the positive side, the room was very spacious and extremely clean. The furniture and facilities were well maintained, and I felt very comfortable staying there. The bed was large, the bathroom was tidy, and everything looked fresh. After a long day of travel, it was nice to relax in such a clean and quiet environment. In summary, the hotel offers a great location and comfortable rooms, but communication and signage could be improved.

La partie sauna et piscines de l'hôtel sont désactivées, elles doivent être retirées de l'annonce. Il n'y a pas de ménage inclus. Il n’y a pas de boissons à vendre et pas de réapprovisionnement en matériel dans les chambres. L'appartement est spacieux et dispose de tout ce qui est décrit, mais les installations de l'hôtel laissent à désirer. Ascenseurs très vieux et réception non préparée à recevoir des invités, j'ai posé des questions sur les options SPA mais rien n'a été expliqué.
