Hôtels 3 étoiles à Vancouver

The house is very well maintained with beautiful quiet surroundings. The room itself is thoughtfully well kept with comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen amenities. There is a washing machine and dryer in the place but no coffee provided though it has a coffee maker and kettle. A pleasant surprise of complimentary snacks and bottled water were also provided. It is little far to go downtown but the bus stop is just 5 mins away that takes you there directly. 10 mins walk away are some Asian restaurants and a Chinese supermarket and fruit n vegetable shop. Overall, the suite is a very nice and new place to stay at and the owner is very welcoming and responsive. I like to suggest the direction to the apartment can be made more clearer with instruction that says it is at the basement and not just entrance via the back of the house with those lovely wordy signs that we obviously not looking for. Another point to note is the cleaning fee charge that was not mention in the write up which may affect client's decision in renting the place.

Randy and Pam are incredibly attentive hosts. They take great care of everything, from delicious breakfasts to spotlessly clean rooms. Pam cleans the room every day, unlike other places (I liked it, but I also felt a little bad seeing her so tired). Pam is lovely, funny, and talkative, but we didn't see her often because she was always busy cleaning while we were out sightseeing 😁. Randy is a wonderful Butler, like someone preparing breakfast for his children before they go out to play🥰. He's kind, warm, and always provides us with useful tourist information throughout our stay. We're using this written description to express how wonderful they are.(so sorry for my bad English) If I ever get the chance to come back Vancouver, I'd definitely stay with Pam and Randy again, probably in a different season.🥰🥰

Réception, très amicale  Le clown très utile  La pression de l'eau de douche n'est pas assez forte La location est fantastique. Le petit déjeuner est normal ne s'attend pas beaucoup. Je vais certainement rester encore si je reviens à Vancouver 

Nous avons une mauvaise expérience avec St. Regis. Nous avons dit au bureau de front pour nous aider à réserver un taxi pour 4 personnes pour nous emmener à l'aéroport demain matin, mais le personnel ne l'a pas signalé correctement, quand nous avons double vérifié la 2e fois, l'ordre n'était pas là et il a déchiré un petit taxi venait et ils ont besoin de Réordonnez un grand pour nous. Ils ont mis en mix le tarif de la chambre, il a été remarqué de payer à l'hôtel, la première fois que le personnel nous a donné les mauvaises informations que les deux chambres étaient déjà facturées à ma carte. Le lendemain, ils ont dit qu'il n'était pas encore facturé, nous leur avons dit que nous avons payé par différentes cartes de crédit, mais quand nous avons vérifié, ils ont facturé les deux chambres sur ma carte sans ma permission. Ils ont annulé un paiement de chambre et le remboursé sur la carte de mon ami.

Le restaurant est un hôtel de qualité, et il est très bon pour le prix. Il y avait aussi des canards de café, du miel et du shampooing/shampooing et conditionneur qui étaient un bon touche. Le terrain de la base signifie que la chambre va très chaude la nuit, nous avons trouvé un petit fan d'eau pour essayer et atténuer le chauffage. Les portes du réservoir n'étaient pas entièrement ouvertes sur le côté gauche, car elles étaient assez petites et le terminal bloquait l'ouverture. La cuisine était également nouvellement équipée mais manquait certains composants clés pour plus d'une nuit (sans laver les éponges ou les échantillons liquides). Globalement, je dirais que le lieu est un 4/5 en hiver, mais un 3/5 en été.

The room is big and spacious . Bed and pillows are comfortable. The kitchen is a big plus for us since we stayed for 3 nights. It is in a good location, near the bus stop and within walking distance to all good restaurants. The only downside is it’s near the hospital so ambulance sirens can be bothersome. Otherwise, it was a good and pleasant stay.

Nous recevions des amis pour un séjour de huit nuits et avions réservé un hôtel en centre-ville. Les installations étaient un peu vieillottes, mais les chambres disposaient d'une kitchenette où nous pouvions préparer des repas simples. L'hôtel était idéalement situé : à sept ou huit minutes à pied de la station de SkyTrain et à cinq minutes à pied de la plage, d'où partait le ferry pour Granville Island. Le mois de mars est également la plus belle période pour admirer les cerisiers en fleurs à Vancouver…

Upside: très pratique. Ligne de métro directe à partir de l'aéroport. 5 minutes à pied à la place du Canada pour tous les transbordeurs. Près du grand centre-ville. sDownside: Petit déjeuner seulement pain et céréales, donc ne prenez pas trop d'attente. Pas de salle de bains ou de pantalon. l

The staff were very helpful and welcoming upon arrival, always willing to assist with anything we needed. However, when we first entered our room, there was a very strong smell of paint. We were told it had just been painted, but the odor was so intense that staying there would likely have caused discomfort, so we requested a room change. They accommodated our request, although the only available option was a smaller unit. Another point worth noting is that Trip.com indicates the hotel accepts a cash deposit, but at check-in we were informed that only card payments were allowed, which was inconvenient. Additionally, the room had some constant noises throughout the day and night — I couldn’t identify the source, and they continued even with the air conditioning turned off. There is also a vending machine right at the hotel entrance, but it was not working properly. I inserted money and did not receive the products; however, the front desk staff promptly assisted me and helped resolve the situation, which I appreciated. Aside from these issues, the hotel offers good value for the price, and the location is excellent, making it easy to get around and access nearby attractions.

Facilities was good but not really because the amenities are not complete they dont have slippers, toiletries need to be requested at the front desk and get by your own. Bottled water also you need to request. To the coffee lovers they have many choices you can get it to their lobby. Inside the room has a coffee also and tea. Front desk was so helpful especially to Ms. ALOKA who such a good service and willingly helped me. To get my ride from the hotel to the BC ferry. Thank you so much her service is beyond expectations.
