Hôtels 3 étoiles à Vancouver

We were in Vancouver to accompany our daughter as she is going to UBC for her freshman year. Being unfamiliar with the city, we were looking for a place that would be accessible to both UBC and downtown. Boy, did we hit the jackpot. The location of this place is unbelievable, its both a bus ride away from UBC (#25 bus) and downtown (#7) as we were able ro shuttle both to UBC on the weekdays to help her move in and allowed us to enjoy the sights of downtown dyring the weekend when we had a free time. As for the property itself, the place was clean, accessible, quiet and had almost all basic amenities. Had a kitchen with complete items like a kettle, microwave, cups, utenisils, etc. The hosts, particularly Carol, was sooo accomodating and responsive. When we needed fresh towels, she provided them even with a full laundry area available. Bag storage was very useful too as our flight wasnt till midnight but Carol allowed us to store our luggage with as much time as we needed after the noon checkout. As for the area, there's a supermarket about 2 blocks away, a bank, a few drugstores/ convenient stores and a few eateries nearby. Overall, this was an 11 of 10 for us and would both recommemd this to others and will consider coming back here if we visit our daughter in Vancouver again. Just an amazing stay😀👍

The house is very well maintained with beautiful quiet surroundings. The room itself is thoughtfully well kept with comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen amenities. There is a washing machine and dryer in the place but no coffee provided though it has a coffee maker and kettle. A pleasant surprise of complimentary snacks and bottled water were also provided. It is little far to go downtown but the bus stop is just 5 mins away that takes you there directly. 10 mins walk away are some Asian restaurants and a Chinese supermarket and fruit n vegetable shop. Overall, the suite is a very nice and new place to stay at and the owner is very welcoming and responsive. I like to suggest the direction to the apartment can be made more clearer with instruction that says it is at the basement and not just entrance via the back of the house with those lovely wordy signs that we obviously not looking for. Another point to note is the cleaning fee charge that was not mention in the write up which may affect client's decision in renting the place.

Réception, très amicale  Le clown très utile  La pression de l'eau de douche n'est pas assez forte La location est fantastique. Le petit déjeuner est normal ne s'attend pas beaucoup. Je vais certainement rester encore si je reviens à Vancouver 

The room is big and spacious . Bed and pillows are comfortable. The kitchen is a big plus for us since we stayed for 3 nights. It is in a good location, near the bus stop and within walking distance to all good restaurants. The only downside is it’s near the hospital so ambulance sirens can be bothersome. Otherwise, it was a good and pleasant stay.

Le service était bon, la chambre propre et bien équipée, malgré un manque de dosettes de café. La décoration était vieillotte, tout comme les appareils électroménagers et les équipements. Les chaises et le canapé étaient bas (déconseillé pour les personnes souffrant de maux de dos), et les toilettes étaient également anciennes et basses. Le principal atout de l'hôtel était sa proximité avec le Queen Elizabeth Theatre. Le point négatif était qu'on nous avait annoncé un lit king-size alors qu'il n'y avait qu'un lit queen-size. Cet hôtel n'est pas le seul à mentir sur la taille de ses lits, une pratique vraiment agaçante. Le restaurant-pub de l'hôtel est très moyen. Les frites étaient grasses, mais mon wrap au poulet Buffalo et la soupe bacon-tomates de ma femme étaient corrects. Le service au restaurant était excellent, la serveuse était très serviable.

Il y a de nombreux restaurants en bas de l'hôtel, qui sont également très bons. La maison est propre et grande, mais le matelas est un peu mou et j'ai mal au dos quand je dors dessus. Dans l'ensemble, ça va Cependant, un dépôt de 200 $ sera déduit de la carte de crédit physique lors de l'enregistrement. Comme j'utilise toujours Apple Pay, je dois attendre un peu avant de pouvoir m'enregistrer dans la chambre. Ils n'acceptent pas non plus les espèces ou les cartes de débit

While there are fewer amenities, I was travelling with a friend and the hotel gave us a connecting room (two rooms with a shared door). It was clean, and provided enough space and privacy for both of us. It wasn’t luxurious, but it offered good value for the price and met our needs for a short stay.

The staff were very helpful and welcoming upon arrival, always willing to assist with anything we needed. However, when we first entered our room, there was a very strong smell of paint. We were told it had just been painted, but the odor was so intense that staying there would likely have caused discomfort, so we requested a room change. They accommodated our request, although the only available option was a smaller unit. Another point worth noting is that Trip.com indicates the hotel accepts a cash deposit, but at check-in we were informed that only card payments were allowed, which was inconvenient. Additionally, the room had some constant noises throughout the day and night — I couldn’t identify the source, and they continued even with the air conditioning turned off. There is also a vending machine right at the hotel entrance, but it was not working properly. I inserted money and did not receive the products; however, the front desk staff promptly assisted me and helped resolve the situation, which I appreciated. Aside from these issues, the hotel offers good value for the price, and the location is excellent, making it easy to get around and access nearby attractions.

Warm home is the highlight of our trip in Vancouver! It was very clean, tidy and well organized and I can get info from the host whenever I need it, we felt like home when I stepped into the house! Me and my friend stayed in two separate rooms in the guest house and we shared bath together, for our convenience the host even arranged us to share same bath together and we were the only two guests in the house!!! Thanks for the flexibility kindness:) the kitchen is also very cozy and they have basically everything we need to have a simple breakfast at home and even we can also make something fancy too bc the set up is pretty good. Other than that, the host did our a big favor to let us storage our 3 giant suitcase in the house for almost a month bc we had a trip to another city, what a lovely stay there, I miss everything already. I highly recommend everyone to stay in the warm home! It is close to everything and easy to take bus to visit the city:) also we enjoyed privacy and quietness in a very nice neighborhood:) I didn’t take many pictures but it’s the one of my room in the loft, cozyyyyy, I love it a lot:) I will definitely choose here for my next trip to Vancouver:)

Facilities was good but not really because the amenities are not complete they dont have slippers, toiletries need to be requested at the front desk and get by your own. Bottled water also you need to request. To the coffee lovers they have many choices you can get it to their lobby. Inside the room has a coffee also and tea. Front desk was so helpful especially to Ms. ALOKA who such a good service and willingly helped me. To get my ride from the hotel to the BC ferry. Thank you so much her service is beyond expectations.
