這次帶小朋友入住大連中山廣場諾富特公寓體驗超驚喜！地理位置沒得説，中山廣場旁地鐵出門就到，逛吃出行都便利。房間是公寓式格局，空間寬敞還有完整廚房，帶娃熱輔食特別方便。 最加分的是酒店對小朋友特別貼心，辦理入住主動贈送了兩份積木玩具，孩子拿到愛不釋手，一路哭鬧都少了很多。全屋打掃得乾乾淨淨，落地窗視野開闊，房間隔音效果很好，孩子午睡完全不受打擾。配套健身房、自助洗衣房實用性拉滿，24 小時前台工作人員温柔耐心，有問題響應超快。兼顧酒店服務和居家舒適，親子出遊首選，下次來大連還選這裏！

Cleanest hotel I’ve stayed in! The service was amazing and I’m in awe with how clean my room was. The bed and pillows were also very comfortable. I had a great stay.

The overall room quality and cleanliness at this hotel are okay. The room was comfortable, but the lack of reliable food supply and deceptive scheduling ruined my stay. There is no room service available at this property, which became a nightmare because all outside food delivery apps and takeout services were geographically blocked across the entire region due to a special local event. I went down to the vending machine late at night, starving, and could physically see cup noodles inside. However, because the machine requires a mobile app to operate and the app failed to list the noodles, a tech glitch made it impossible to buy them. There was also no operational backup plan for the staff to just take that vending item out from the machine, forcing me to go to bed completely hungry with zero alternative food options. There's also a problem of deceptive breakfast hours and very limited food options. Prior to booking, I checked their online listings which clearly state that breakfast starts at 07:00. Upon my arrival, the staff simply used a pen to cross out 07:00 on my breakfast voucher and hand-wrote 07:30 instead, without any prior notice. They did it very casually, as if the time change would not affect anything, showing a lack of awareness and respect regarding a guest's time and schedule. This unannounced change ruined my morning business schedule, meaning I could not eat the breakfast I paid for for one of the days. For those days that I could eat the breakfast, I found a large room for improvement in terms of food quality and options.

The hotel is conveniently located about a 3-minute walk from Exit D of 西安路(Xianlu) Station, and it takes less than 30 minutes to get to the airport. Right in front of the hotel, there’s a nightclub and a street lined with food stalls mainly frequented by locals. It gets lively at night. I stayed in a room facing the street, but since it was on the 6th floor, the noise from outside wasn’t too bothersome. However, the soundproofing between rooms isn’t great. I could hear sounds from neighboring rooms. The shower and toilet facilities are basic. Note that in some rooms, the bathroom isn’t fully separated from the rest of the space. Two 500ml bottles of water were provided and replenished daily. Towels were replaced during daily cleaning, but it seemed like the sheets weren’t changed though that might be different for longer stays. There’s no fridge in the room, but you can ask the front desk to store things in their staff refrigerator if needed. Foreigners can stay here without any issues. During my 3-night stay, there was a different staff member at the front desk each day, but everyone was friendly and helpful. They actively assisted me when I had any issues, and I’m really grateful for that. Even if you don’t speak Chinese, using a translation app works fine. For basic things like check-in and check-out, you won’t need Chinese at all.

Location was excellent. Near to russian style street, zhongshan square, and dalian railway station. Staff were friendly. Room and bathroom were both clean.

Avec Dalian voyage de famille, je suis très satisfait de cette Ayahu! La position géographique est unique, manger et boire est un stade de plaisir, aller à la place Star Sea est très proche. La chambre est large et ne est pas congestionnée, deux lits sont confortablement remplis, l'hygiène est très disponible. L'environnement de l'hôtel est calme, ne vous inquiétez pas de l'impact de la pause. L'attitude du personnel est modérée et intime, très adaptée à la famille, fortement recommandée aux amis qui voyagent avec Dalian parents et enfants!

酒店就在星海公園旁邊，地理位置絕佳，出門遊玩十分方便。客房打掃得十分乾淨整潔，沒有異味，床品柔軟睡得很踏實。酒店公共區域裝修優雅大氣，環境安靜雅緻，整體氛圍感很好。工作人員服務熱情周到，辦理入住快捷省心，軟硬件都很在線，性價比超高，出行入住很滿意，強烈推薦。

C'est ma deuxième visite à Dalian après avoir voyageé à Dalian en janvier de cette année, et cette fois-ci j'ai réservé ici comme un logement rentable. C'était propre parce qu'il s'est ouvert l'année dernière. La chambre que j'ai donnée au début était un peu insuffisante pour nettoyer, donc j'ai pris une photo et l'ai montrée au personnel. Le petit déjeuner est servi à la maison de la maison. La salle de meurtre supérieure est un peu étroite pour deux personnes, donc si la différence de prix n'est pas très bonne, je recommande une chambre double 👍 Je n'attendais pas le petit déjeuner, mais il était plus varié que je ne pensais. La salle de bains était spacieuse et agréable, il était bon de téléphoner un taxi DD et d'attendre, et le personnel était ami. 💛 Il y a beaucoup de boutiques de boissons, comme le café Louising, Mireuk Bingcheng, Chapanda et Coco autour de l'hôtel. La prochaine fois, en raison de ce magasin de moutons, je veux manger à cet hôtel. L'emplacement de cet hôtel n'était pas mauvais parce que j'ai pris beaucoup de taxis pour voyager en Chine.

J'ai lu des critiques selon lesquelles il existe un service de prise en charge et de dépose gratuit à l'aéroport. J'étais sur un vol de correspondance et j'ai atterri à 23 heures. J'ai appelé pour faire une réservation et c'était en fait après la prise en charge et le retour. Cependant, ma sœur était très fiable et a quand même fait la réservation pour moi. J'ai été surpris quand on est venu me chercher à l'aéroport. La petite voiture d'affaires était propre, bien rangée et à l'heure. Le chauffeur m'a également aidé avec les bagages. Il était tard quand nous sommes arrivés à l'hôtel. Nous avons eu un surclassement gratuit. La chambre était propre et bien rangée. Le petit déjeuner était assez copieux. Le prix de 100 RMB+ était un excellent rapport qualité/prix. Le service était si bon qu'il a doublé mon prix. impression de Dalian. Je tiens à féliciter ma sœur de nuit à la réception pour sa patience, son attention et sa fiabilité. Merci de m'avoir aidé à préparer des nouilles piquantes et aigres à trois heures du matin. Je vous souhaite que tout aille de mieux en mieux.
