Really enjoyed my stay. Everything is straightforward, great attention to detail including having an adaptor, a yoga mat, sweets, tea and nice coffee, a water bottle, USB C plugs and other smaller bits improving one's life. Wish there were more lockers in the luggage room (all were occupied). Sometimes answering the queries took longer but generally everything is available online.

As many of the other reviews pointed out, the photos of the room were not wholly accurate. My room seemed pretty outdated and was quite dark too. Take note: the curtains do not cover the entire length of the windows, so sunlight flooded the room from 6am in April, so I wouldn’t recommend in the Summer months when daylight is longer. The shower curtain does not go all the way down and water easily escapes so the entire bathroom floor will be wet after you shower. I was very creeped out by the dark ominous hallways with huge room number signs and random music playing at certain times of the day. Other than that, the room was clean enough and I was pleasantly surprised to find that there was a mini fridge and that they changed the towels everyday. There is body soap, shampoo, and conditioner, but when I stayed there was no shampoo or conditioner at all and they didn’t top it up either throughout my stay. I accidentally left behind a card in my room after checking out and politely asked if they could help mail it to the neighbouring city I had moved on to, but they asked 20€ for it which I felt was quite unreasonable and they were rude about it too.

Excellent hotel, great location, and friendly staff. I really enjoyed my stay. I was traveling alone.

L'hôtel traditionnel situé dans le quartier ancien de Tallinn est très agréable pour l'atmosphère de l'hôtel. À environ 15 minutes à pied (veille de l'adulte) vous pouvez aller à toutes sortes d'attractions dans le quartier ancien. L'hôtel est proche d'un café, avec deux supermarchés et un McDonald's. Les services de l'hôtel ne sont pas obligés de répondre à mes questions avant d'être en séjour (principalement parce que je ne peux pas arriver avant l'heure de séjour). Il n'y a pas de dents, de dents et autres produits de réserve dans la chambre, mais cela n'affecte pas le confort de l'hébergement. Il n'y a pas d'électricité dans l'hôtel, et les personnes qui portent des bagages doivent se faire prendre.

Ogólnie 10/10. Kontakt z obsługą jest na najwyższym poziomie. Hotel sam w sobie położony w domu gdzie są inny mieszkańcy i parę pokoi na wynajem. Intuicyjne informacje podawane przez obsługę ułatwiają check in, zostawienie bagażu czy też pomagają w jakichkolwiek problemach. Sam pokój bardzo ładny, wyposażony solidnie, z własnym internetem i dostępem przez tv do wszystkich aplikacji. Łazienka bardzo bogato wyposażona we wszystkie kosmetyki. Położenie ok 30 min pieszo od centrum. Pod hotelem jest przystanek autobusowy i tramwajowy. W okolicy są różnego rodzaju fast foody jakby kogoś późnym wieczorem naszedł głód

Il n'y a pas beaucoup d'options mais il offrerait encore de la nourriture pour les vegans, les végétariens, ceux qui sont sur kéto, lactose intolérante et les régimes gluten-intolérants. C'est bien parce que le séjour n'est pas très coûteux. Le salon est très bien situé, mais il est très bon de savoir que notre chambre était prête plus tôt que le check-in officiel, mais si ce n'est pas le cas, ils offrent aussi un stockage gratuit pendant que vous voyagez en ville. La chambre est très propre et très propre. Les fenêtres vous donnent une vue sur l'ancienne architecture Tallinn. Le seul côté de notre famille si l'absence d'une tube bidé/toilet dans la chambre de confort. Nous sommes à 2 minutes de transport public. Nous sommes à quelques minutes de restaurants, bars, la vieille ville. L'emplacement est super. Nous pouvons sauter sur un bus jusqu'au Terminal de croisière, de sorte que c'est très pratique, surtout en voyageant avec des enfants. Je recommanderais certainement cet hôtel aux familles et aux couples.

La climatisation aurait été utile car la chambre était étouffante. Nous avions un ventilateur, mais il faisait toujours aussi chaud. Ouvrir la fenêtre permettait d'entendre le bruit de la rue. L'emplacement est excellent, près de la vieille ville.

Шведский стол, чистота, порядок. Рядом порт, что очень удобно. Номера чистые, вид из окна прекрасный, тихо и спокойно, замечательный санузел и удобный душ. На несколько ночей я очень рекомендую: удобный и хороший отель!

This hotel exceeded my expectations. While it’s small and budget-friendly, it’s packed with character and charm. Great location just a few minutes from the bus station and a short stroll to everything in Tallinn’s Old Town. Staying here felt like stepping into a medieval castle. What it lacks in luxury, it makes up for in atmosphere and history. The winding staircases, uneven floors, richly patterned carpets add to its quirky appeal. There’s a real beauty in its imperfections. The rooms are very small and basic, but they were spotless and suited our needs. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was squeaky clean, and we received fresh towels daily, which was more than I expected at this price point. Overall, it was more than just a place to sleep, it was a memorable experience that made us feel like we’d stepped back in time.
