Hôtels 3 étoiles à Venise

Mon vol était le matin au départ de MXP, j'ai donc quitté l'hôtel à 4 h. J'ai demandé au moins cinq fois à la réception où se trouvait l'embarcadère du ferry et quels étaient les horaires. Lorenzo m'a donné une réponse très précise, a imprimé les horaires et m'a indiqué l'embarcadère sur le plan. Malheureusement, il s'est trompé d'embarcadère (j'étais arrivée dix minutes à l'avance) et j'ai raté le ferry à 4 h 21. Il n'y avait absolument personne aux alentours de l'embarcadère, alors je suis retournée en courant à l'hôtel avec mes bagages. Un homme plus âgé à la réception m'a dit que c'était l'embarcadère suivant celui indiqué par Lorenzo, ce qui impliquait de traverser un autre pont. Pourtant, je lui avais posé la question avant de partir à 4 h et il en était absolument certain. Quand j'ai douté une deuxième fois, il m'a répondu : « Allez où vous voulez, madame ! » Il n'a montré aucune empathie, comme si cela ne le regardait pas ! J'ai donc couru jusqu'au bon embarcadère et j'ai pris le ferry à 4 h 55, mais j'ai raté mon train pour Milan ! Acheter un autre billet Italo n'a pas posé de problème, mais c'est une question de vie ou de mort ! J'espère simplement que la réception sera plus professionnelle et vérifiera attentivement ses suggestions. J'aurais certainement raté mon vol sans le train Italo, d'autant plus que j'ai dû prendre un taxi dès mon arrivée à la gare centrale de Milan pour l'attraper ! La chambre était petite, je ne pouvais pas ouvrir ma grosse valise, mais elle était propre. La femme de ménage méritait un bon pourboire ! J'ai apprécié qu'ils fournissent de l'eau et des chaussons. La vue depuis ma chambre était magnifique. L'hôtel est pratique si vous êtes près de la place Saint-Marc ou si vous devez aller souvent aux toilettes. Si vous prenez le ferry de nuit pour la gare de Santa Lucia (Ferrovia), n'oubliez pas qu'elle se trouve à droite du terminus de la place Saint-Marc ; il faut traverser un autre pont.

We had a great experience staying at this hotel! Although it's rated as a three-star property, keep in mind that it’s three stars in Venice—which is definitely not the same as a three-star elsewhere. The charm and quality here exceeded our expectations. You won’t find a lot of reviews about this hotel, but I did come across a YouTube vlog by a mother who shared her family stay here. She said it was a really good choice—and she turned out to be absolutely right! We booked a Prestige Room with Canal View and specifically requested Room 101, which we saw on TikTok or YouTube (can't recall exactly where). The photos already impressed us, but the reality was even better. The ceiling was much higher than expected, which gave the room a beautiful, airy feel. The hotel still shows older pictures online, with an outdated TV, but we were happy to find a newer TV already installed. The amenities were excellent—truly some of the best I’ve experienced in a hotel of this category. Breakfast was on the smaller side, but absolutely sufficient. The cakes and pastries were quite decent, and having them in such a beautiful, old-style interior made it feel like we were stepping back in time—in the best way possible. A huge shoutout to the staff, who were all genuinely kind and accommodating. We felt their hospitality in even the smallest gestures, and it was very much appreciated. Lastly, the location is unbeatable—just a short walk from the Rialto Bridge, close to everything. Being so near the heart of Venice made it easy to go out and explore, then return to rest and recharge. It's also conveniently close to shopping areas, which is a nice bonus. All in all, this hotel was a hidden gem. If you're looking for a stay that combines charm, comfort, location, and authentic Venetian vibes, this is a fantastic choice. That mother on YouTube was right—it really is a great choice!

La location est idéale, vous arrivez rapidement à pied de l'aéroport et à pied partout. Il y a des bars autour et c'est une zone tranquille. Ce qui pourrait être amélioré, c'est les instructions de check-in, car j'ai été assez précoce pour vous faire le check-in et j'ai eu des problèmes quand j'arrive. Le bon est que vous répondez et vous résolvez rapidement, je dois souligner cela. La vue de notre chambre était magnifique, il donnait un petit patio. Je recommande sans aucun doute

Très bon camping où nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Le mobil-home était propre, spacieux et confortable. La douche est particulièrement spacieuse et l’eau bien chaude, ce qui est très appréciable. À noter cependant qu’il n’y a pas de micro-ondes ni de kitchenette dans les petits mobil-homes. Nous avons pu demander une bouilloire à l’accueil (selon disponibilité), ce qui nous a bien dépannés pour préparer notre café. Le camping est très bien entretenu, avec des allées agréables et un cadre globalement très soigné. Seul petit point négatif : certains mobil-homes sont situés en bord d’une quatre voies, ce qui peut occasionner un peu de bruit la nuit. L’emplacement est idéal : à environ 10 minutes, on peut rejoindre facilement la ligne 6 ou 6L qui mène directement à Venise pour seulement 1,50€ le trajet. Une navette privée est également disponible depuis le camping, pour environ 3,50€. En résumé, une très bonne expérience, nous recommandons 👍

We’ve stayed in many hotels and apartments around the world, from tiny rooms to beautiful villas, and this was honestly our first experience like this. We arrived around 2:30 PM, right after check-in time. There is no elevator, but that’s completely understandable for an old Venetian building. We carried our luggage to the third floor, and while my wife was speaking with the host, we suddenly found out that the bathroom was shared with another room. This was a huge surprise for us because on Trip.com the booking clearly mentioned private facilities in the room and a shower. Only later did we realize that the bathroom was actually outside the room and shared between two rooms, with separate keys for the wooden bathroom door. The bathroom itself was clean and decent, but for us this completely changed the experience. We have never stayed in a place with a shared bathroom before, and finding this out only at check-in was very disappointing. Another frustrating point was the check-out policy. Check-out was at 10:00 AM, which we already knew from the booking, but honestly this was only the second time in my life I’ve seen such an early check-out time — and I’ve probably booked more than 200 hotels. I think the only earlier one I ever had was 9:30 AM. I genuinely do not understand why there needs to be a 4-hour gap between check-out and check-in for cleaning a room that does not even have a private bathroom. On top of that, the host said it was impossible to leave luggage after check-out because she had “negative experiences” before. So after an already disappointing stay, this just added another layer of inconvenience. Other downsides: * terrible pillows — sleeping felt like your head was at a 90-degree angle; * extremely poor sound insulation, you can hear literally every movement from other guests; * in the shower there was nothing except hand soap near the sink — no shampoo, no conditioner, no basic amenities. Positive points: * very good location; * the room itself was clean; * coffee was available in the room. Unfortunately, the bathroom situation completely overshadowed all the positives for us. Because of that, I would rate this place 2/5.

We found the location quite easily. It’s conveniently situated within a comfortable walking distance from the bus stop where the airport buses arrive, which was a big plus after traveling. The administrator was very welcoming — we would especially like to thank her for the warm reception. We arrived before check-in time and were able to leave our bags, which was very convenient. When we returned at the scheduled time, we were able to access our room without any issues. During our stay, renovation works started in a neighboring apartment (apparently upstairs). Because of this, there was a bit less natural light in our room, and we could hear construction noise in the mornings, which started quite early. It turned out that the host was not aware that the work would begin so early either. We would like to especially highlight how the situation was handled. The host personally spoke with us, apologized, and managed to arrange for the work to start later. It was clear that our comfort truly mattered. For us, the situation was completely resolved. The room itself met our expectations. It was spacious — not one of those layouts where you walk straight into the bed with the bathroom door right there. The room was warm thanks to central heating. The water pressure was excellent, and the bathroom was simple but cozy. There was no breakfast option during our stay, but that did not significantly affect our overall experience. We had a pleasant stay and are grateful for the hospitality. It is clear that guest comfort is a priority here — if you experience any issues or need assistance, don’t hesitate to ask.

L'hôtel n'a laissé que de bons souvenirs ! Je le recommanderais sans hésiter et je l'utiliserais à nouveau moi-même si l'occasion se présentait ! Ambiance très chaleureuse et familiale. Vous avez l'impression de venir rendre visite à des parents éloignés que vous n'avez pas vus depuis l'enfance. La chambre est stylisée comme à l'ancienne, mais ne présente pas la saleté collante typique de certains vieux hôtels. Le linge de lit est incroyable ! Très dense, pas du tout économique ! Tout est parfaitement propre ! Magnifique vue depuis la fenêtre de la chambre sur les toits de Venise et une partie du dôme de San Marco. Un sapin de Noël cosy au premier étage pour maintenir l'esprit de Noël. Personnel poli et sympathique ! Le restaurant c'est un amour particulier ! Malheureusement, ma fille n'a pas voulu dîner et je n'ai pas apprécié les repas du soir, mais les odeurs de la cuisine étaient folles ! La cuisine était animée, les serveurs couraient partout et servaient, comme cela n'arrive que dans les endroits à forte demande ! Le petit déjeuner était incroyable ! Pas de buffet. Une charmante femme a soigneusement dressé pour nous une table confortable avec vue sur le Grand Canal. Expérience incroyable ! Mes remerciements au propriétaire de l'hôtel et au personnel attentionné !

We arrived at the hotel on January 12th at 10:30 PM. The room was absolutely amazing and split over two levels. On the ground floor there was a bathroom and a separate shower. Everything was very beautiful, clean, and in perfect working condition. The shower did not leak at all, and there were no unpleasant smells. On the upper floor there was a bedroom with a large bed and an additional sofa. The room was equipped with a large Smart TV, a spacious wardrobe, a safe, and a hairdryer. We were also provided with two 0.5 L bottles of water. There was both a heater and air conditioning, and everything worked perfectly, so it was not cold at all. The location is excellent. It may look a bit confusing on the map at first, but we figured it out quickly. When you see the shop “Ca’ Macana Atelier”, turn immediately to the right. You will see an old public telephone, and between the buildings there is the hotel entrance (the hotel name is written on the door). All access codes worked without any problems. The interior of the hotel is very beautiful. The owner is a very kind and welcoming lady truly wonderful. She speaks English and cleans the rooms daily. If you prefer not to have your room cleaned, you can simply inform her or hang the sign on the door. The tourist tax is €3 per person per day. We absolutely loved everything. Out of all the places we have stayed in (priced between €20 and €60 per night), this hotel and room are without a doubt our number one favorite. Thank you so much. If we ever return to Venice, we will definitely stay here again. ❤️

We arrived at the most expensive hotel (AU$1600 for 3nts, 2 adults) we had ever stayed at, there was no lift to our room on the 1st floor. I struggled to carry 2 suitcases with no assistance from the gentleman in reception up to the 1st-floor room. This would be very difficult if we were older & unable to carry our cases. The wi-fi didn't work in the bedrooms only in the public areas - even though we were told it would. The bedroom had multiple squashed mosquitos on the walls next to the bed. The lace curtain had a couple of cigarette burns on it. The bedcover had a cigarette burn on it. The telephone handset cable was not connected to the .telephone - I tried to fix it but it wouldn't stay in the socket. The safe was not working. The instructions to use the safe were so old & worn out you couldn't read them. The shower wouldn't work properly, so I had to call the person in reception to assist us in getting it working. You had to get out of the shower cubicle to retrieve shower gel/shampoo/soap. There was nowhere in the shower to put these items. There was no room in the shower at all. I moved the stool in the bathroom to put my shower gel on it & two legs fell off the stool. The toilet roll holder wouldn't hold the toilet roll and it kept falling off. The bathroom bin was broken and filthy The breakfast ran until 10 am, the bread ran out & was not replaced & this was before 9 am. I am a travel agent & book many guests to stay in cities around the world including Venice I was upset that this hotel was an extremely poor standard and felt like it ruined the end of my beautiful holiday in Italy. Belle emplacement et la chambre est serré pour 4 personnes. Petit déjeuner agréable mais pas locale. En tout cas on a passé une séjour agréable avec une vue splendide du coucher du soleil les soir!
