Hôtels 3 étoiles à Bacolod

From booking to check-in, throughout our stay, and all the way to checkout—everything was seamless. It was by far the smoothest booking experience we’ve ever had. But the real highlight was the place itself: packed with amenities and thoughtful extra touches that made us feel like we were staying in a five-star hotel, yet at a very affordable price. We’ve officially found our go-to spot whenever we have an event. Kudos to the owners for such an outstanding experience!

1000% great staff ! Little bit of a logistical nightmare but overall the rooms very nice but if you require a smart tv book the highest room available and if not kind of out of luck . The staff did eventually make things right but the bedroom still did not have smart tv to be viewed from the bed . Overall good hotel just check rooms befor booking .

This hotel was ok. No real problems other than the location was not so good in my opinion. 10 to 5 walk to Jolliebee and McDonalds. Close enough to La Salle University. There is a laundry downstairs that seemed to me a bit pricey.

I had a pleasant stay at L’Fisher Ecotel Bacolod. The room was a bit old, but it was clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable stay. The hotel is very affordable and offers great value for its location. One of its biggest advantages is its excellent location right in the heart of the city center. Restaurants, malls, and other attractions are all easily accessible, making it convenient to get around. The reception staff were also friendly and welcoming, providing good customer service throughout my stay. Overall, L’Fisher Ecotel is a great choice for travelers looking for a clean, budget-friendly hotel in a prime location.

L'hôtel est situé dans le centre-ville, ce qui le rend très accessible aux différents endroits de la ville, comme les magasins, les restaurants, les magasins vendant des produits alimentaires locaux, même les parcs où on peut se promener et profiter des délicieux locaux. Les transports sont disponibles avec des tricyclettes, des jeeps et des minibus modernes. L'hôtel est de 35 ans, l'intérieur est attendu mais est surprenant bien entretenu. Les activités de fin de semaine sont à la piscine, à savoir la nuit acoustique vendredi et un DJ jouant des préférés de musique de différentes époques samedi.

La situation est excellente, un peu obsolète, service excellent, je resterai à nouveau dans l'avenir

Hmm... where do I start? First, I'd like to give credit where it's due—the staff were friendly, helpful, and very accommodating. They definitely deserve 5 stars for their service. Unfortunately, the accommodations are in need of a major renovation. I had to pay extra for a blanket, and the one I received wasn't even in good condition—it had a tear. I also requested a hair dryer, but I was told I could only use it for one hour. As you can see from the photos, many of the furniture pieces need repainting, and the room itself looks quite worn. My air conditioner had ice building up on it, which made me think it probably needs cleaning or maintenance. The bathroom also had several issues. The toilet wouldn't flush properly, and there was no shower curtain, so water ended up all over the bathroom floor. I actually apologized to the housekeeping staff when I checked out because of the mess, even though it wasn't really my fault. Overall, this hotel just wasn't for me. It may suit other travelers, but I hope management takes reviews like this into consideration, especially since the location is actually excellent—it's only about an 8-minute walk to SM. Oh, and one last thing... I was a bit surprised to see a large poster in the lobby promoting HIV testing and screening. It caught me off guard and made the atmosphere feel a little unsettling. 😅

The  hotel was located near to the mall. The staff service is excellent

The place was good. However, accomodation wise, it was stressful. The owner of the unit did not provide us the room number so the front desk personnel had to scour all sources to find the right unit. It was not organized properly and owner did not communicate prior to our arrival. We had to get the keys from a locked mailbox. So imagine the hassle and difficulty of reaching out those keys and keycard which were not inside the pouch. It was stressful. The first thing that greeted us upon entering the unit is a broken mirror on the table, incorrect wifi password and complicated door locks. We had to ask the receptionists downstairs for the owner's contact number so that we can have a wifi access. Lastly, we hate it that the pool is only open from 6am-9pm. I mean, can't you make it accessible until 11pm at least for some guests prefer to swim late in the night. Overall, it was an okay experience. Will come back but will not rent tge same unit because the owner is irresponsible and inconsiderate. We wanted to de stress but checking in was not smooth sailing given the fact that it was expensive but paid beforehand. P.S. Please tell the owner to be give extra care to the guests and not be a burden.

Le service est louable, le personnel est juste un appel à la distance pour tout support de séjour ou demande nécessaire. Les installations sont de base, mais l'eau chaude est disponible. La cuisine est accessible au restaurant de café sur le sol, il y a beaucoup de boutiques de nourriture à proximité. L'hôtel est un peu opd mais le séjour est juste un bon environnement tranquille.
