Stayed at lyf Malate Manila for a night and it exceeded expectations in the heart of Malate’s buzzing scene. The location on Malvar corner Vasquez Street is unbeatable—steps from Robinsons Place Manila mall for food courts, shops, and easy access to Rizal Park, Manila Bay Beach, and the LRT.

I booked this for the location and the free breakfast. The hotel was very nice and clean. We did have to wait to check in for about 15 minutes because they were very busy. The room was nice. They upgraded our room for free. I was disappointed to find only one towel, no hand towel, and no washcloth. According to my friend who also stayed there, you can call and they will bring another towel. Now for the best part...the breakfast was buffet style, with cooked-to-order omelets, and a large variety of entrees. It was awesome! I definitely will stay there again next time I'm in Manila!

J'ai fait une réservation deux fois, mais le personnel de l'Hop Inn Hotel était très gentil et compréhensible. Excellent service clientèle, smooth communication, and very accommodation staff.

Il y a un restaurant attenant au hall, vous pouvez donc facilement prendre le petit-déjeuner. Si vous séjournez ici, vous pouvez l'utiliser à bas prix grâce à une promotion, et c'est bon.

The room was clean and has a big space. But when we checked in, seems like the utensils and mugs were used, they did not replace it or did not wash it. But overall stay was good and the service was good, the breakfast is good but they just offer only 4 menu. And also, outside noise is disturbing specially when midnight and someone is walking outside because of the wood floor.

La plomberie est stupide. Comme la pente n’est pas prise en compte, l’eau ne peut pas être évacuée correctement. Il y a de l'eau chaude mais la quantité est faible. Les trous de douche sont bouchés, donc l'eau éclabousse partout. Eh bien, toujours les Philippines. Cela dit, c'est un hôtel confortable.

I chose this hotel for the location/price. Which were good. If I’m honest it was a bit disappointing. The room was older than the pictures. It was just average. Mostly clean but some dust visible in the corners. Not many plug sockets. The worst part is the large number of homeless people sleeping in the street of the hotel. My partner didn’t feel safe walking at night.

The staff, especially the front desk team, were excellent — always helpful with my queries and accommodating requests like storing luggage before check‑in and after checkout. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the US Embassy, Baywalk, Rizal Park, and nearby restaurants and stores. Rooms include linens, toiletries, and an electric kettle, plus a water refill station outside. However, the wall‑mounted body wash was nearly empty, slippers weren’t provided, and the property could use better cleaning and maintenance, especially in the bathroom and furniture. When I requested room service, the bed was arranged but with the same sheets, though towels and rugs were replaced. A free breakfast for two was provided, and the Estoria restaurant downstairs is a lovely place — cozy ambiance, good food presentation, and warm lighting that makes dining enjoyable. Overall, great staff and location, but cleanliness and upkeep need improvement. With more attention to detail, this hotel could offer a much better guest experience.

J'avais demandé une chambre d'angle avec vue sur la baie de Manille. Grâce à son emplacement, la chambre disposait d'un balcon tout autour. Spacieuse et reposante, elle offrait un confort appréciable. Les serviettes étaient un peu usées, ce qui pourrait déplaire à ceux qui apprécient la propreté. Cependant, l'emplacement, la vue et le rapport qualité-prix étaient excellents.

Donc, je suis venu à Manila seule. J'espère avoir un bon moment. J'ai passé 28 jours dans cet hôtel et explore les environs. À la fin de mon voyage, j'ai rencontré mon babae et nous avons un bon moment. Long story short ... l'hôtel était bien valu l'argent, car la vue était grande et ma fille est enceinte. Alors, il est une salle heureuse aussi je suppose. Vous payez pour toutes les amenities. C'était un point de départ mais autre que que ça va bien et j'ai eu de bonnes nuits/três soirs amusant... venez essayer pour vous.
