Hôtels 3 étoiles à Miami

The location was excellent. Only 5 min walk there was access to a big supermarket and many restaurants and bar. The hotel was also very close to a Miami Trolley stop. The bathroom was not very clean though. The corners and under the faucet counters were rather dirty and dusty. The lighting of the room was very poor and insufficient. Even with all the lights on at night, the room was still very dark that I could barely see things clearly.

The hotel was totally renovated. The room is very spacious, nicely decorated with a sofa, small table and a desk. The bed is very comfortable. Coffee and tea are provided. It is located near the airport with shuttle. Very convenient for a.short stay upon arrival or departure

Les chambres n'étaient pas disponibles à l'heure de check-in. Il a fallu longtemps. Le personnel pourrait être un peu ami, il va aller loin. L'hôtel était magnifique, la situation était grande, la chambre était étonnante. J'avais vue sur l'océan et il était si thérapeutique. Je n'ai pas utilisé leur service de navette, bien qu'il soit offert.

Very nice place very friendly and kind, came down for surgery had to call the desk numerous mornings asking to please stop the bagging from the gym I had had surgery and was resting. Please keep in mind room 811 is very noise from the gym. Took very good care of us cleaned my room when asked to, always was promo with towels when needed, the washer and dryer was a huge help for being there 11 days, a lot of choices for the breakfast bar. Very nice stay besides the thump thump, in the mornings. Thank you for sharing your time with us , I think the parking is a little over priced as well,

Les frais de stationnement d'origine du Hampton Inn Suit étaient de 30 $ par nuit. La taxe n'est que de 20$ et c'est le stationnement libre-service. Les installations et les installations de la suite sont correctes. Les toilettes et la salle de bain sont séparées. Les téléviseurs de grande taille ont des téléviseurs Internet gratuits tels que Hulu, et les films à la mode de Netflix peuvent toujours être regardés. Il y a une conception anti-humaine. Une lumière dans la cloison entre le salon et la chambre sera toujours allumée. Je n'ai pas trouvé l'interrupteur lorsque j'ai fouillé la pièce. Il est très mauvais de dormir la nuit. Les fruits ne sont que des bananes et des oranges. Cette orange est une orange sanguine de haute qualité et elle a bon goût.

Very nice they let us check in early and check out at noon with no extra cost, nice pool area , comfortable beds and the area is safe front desk was friendly when we checked in but when we called asking about a late check out extension the person on the phone a little rude, other than that I would say it was a good stay.

Location: The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, but it actually takes a 20-minute detour by car to get there. It's not easy to find because they changed their name to Holiday Inn Express without any clear notification. Breakfast: The breakfast area was under renovation, so breakfast had to be taken in the lobby area between 7:00 AM and 11:00 AM on the first day, then it changed to 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM without any notice. The breakfast options were limited: eggs, steak-like items that resembled cardboard, milk cartons, juice, coffee, and bread. Dining Options: There are no dining options at the hotel. You have to take an Uber or use Uber Eats to get food, as there are no nearby restaurants, just other hotels. The ongoing renovations meant no restaurant or bar was available on-site. Rooms: The rooms are spacious and I loved the sitting area. There are two TVs in the room, and the bathroom is perfect. However, like many American hotels, there were no toothbrush options and no hand showers. Staff: The staff were very professional and kind. I appreciated not having to present a credit card since everything was paid online. Wi-Fi: The Wi-Fi was good, but you have to re-enter the code every day. Overall, the Cambria Hotel (now Holiday Inn Express) has its advantages, especially with room size and staff professionalism, but there are significant inconveniences due to the renovations and lack of dining options.

Un bon hôtel avec un bon environnement, une bonne hygiène et un bon service. Lors de la réservation de l'hôtel, nous avons indiqué que nous pouvons nous enregistrer après 15 heures. Nous sommes arrivés tôt à 11h. Si le magasin n'autorisait pas l'enregistrement anticipé, nous rangerions les bagages et sortirions pour jouer. Ils viennent d'emménager sans un mot. En particulier, je tiens à dire que les matelas de l'hôtel sont moyennement doux et confortables. S'il y a des inconvénients, c'est loin de la ville et de la plage.

Review: I arrived at 7:00 AM and found no staff, no reception, and no check-in instructions. My wife and I had to wait outside until another guest happened to come out and let us in. Inside, I met someone who I thought was staff, but he was just another guest. He tried to help me contact the hotel, but no one — not even other guests — could reach the manager. There is no real lobby, just a yard. I waited three hours outside until someone finally responded. Then I was told I couldn’t check in until 3:00 PM unless I paid $100 extra. That’s way more than most hotels charge for early check-in which is about 20$. I asked for a refund so I could leave — they refused. With no choice, I left my luggage with the housekeeper (the only helpful person) and had to walk around the city with my wife for six hours before coming back. When I finally checked in, I just got a text message with a door code — no person, no welcome. The room had lots of bugs, and both of us got bitten badly overnight. There were even cockroaches in the kitchen. This is not a real hotel. It’s overpriced, poorly managed, and has no customer service. Avoid if you care about basic hospitality.
