Hôtels 4 étoiles à Canberra

Great hotel, only objective was other who used spa and sauna would stay to long waited over one hour and could not use these facility one evening as to crowded for me to go in, I think signs should go up saying if other are waiting you should time to a limit of 30 mins unless no one waiting. Other wise staff were great and friendly.

La plus grande douleur était l'alarme à feu qui a échappé le matin de l'hiver froid à 7h30. C'est une réaction régulière et non corrigée, apparemment désactivée par un gars fumant, 20 minutes d'annonces ******** avant que nous ne découvrions d'un autre voyageur que c'était un faux alarme.  La gestion a fait des bêtises et a tout déchiré. La salle de bains de notre chambre était petite et les toilettes devaient être recueillies du bureau de front. 🙄 Il a fallu installer des valises et des bagages à l'entrée frontale. Le petit-déjeuner était un peu de diamant. Après un commentaire « bizarre » il a dû noter que j'étais imprégné de l'alarme au feu ******** et s'est échappé de sa façon. Une bouteille de bulle de naissance était un touche classique de lui. Je resterais là encore pour lui.

Lovely historical hotel in excellent location a few minutes walk to the galleries. Great breakfast options and excellent meals. Friendly and accommodating staff. Relaxing and welcoming atmosphere.

L'hôtel est situé au nord-ouest du centre-ville. Bien qu'il soit un peu loin de la ville il est assez pratique, il y a un supermarché (woolies) à proximité. L'hôtel est propre, calme, confortable et suffisant pour notre voyage à un événement à proximité. J'aimerais que leurs lits doubles soient plus grands et qu'ils aient une option de salle de bains régulière avec baignoire.

The room was spacious and bed big and comfortable. The view was right to the pool area. The pool was heated nice and warm, big gym with great selection of equipment . The breakfast was good, but the coffee included was nothing special no barista coffee.

My wife and I spent 3 days at the Ramada-Diplomat while celebrating our 42yr anniversary We could not fault anything about the whole experience. The information desk staff were friendly and pleasant and all our requests ( meals, extra pillows,etc) were promptly actioned.

Overall, our stay at Madison Apartments was pleasant once we finally got into the room. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed — from toiletries to kitchen essentials. The A/C wasn’t working properly at the time, but it wasn’t a big issue since the weather was cool. However, the check-in process was extremely disappointing and frustrating. I had called ahead to ask if we could check in just 30 minutes early as I wasn’t feeling well and needed to rest. Upon arriving around 1:35 pm, we were told the room wasn’t ready, which I completely understood since the official check-in time was 2 pm. But when we came back at 2:40 pm, the room was ”still not ready”. The receptionist asked us to wait another 30 minutes to an hour — we ended up waiting until almost 3:30 pm, and it was still not prepared. It was honestly a terrible start to our stay — being sick, exhausted, and having nowhere to rest while continuously being told “just a little longer.” The receptionist was kind and apologetic, but it was clear she wasn’t getting any real updates from housekeeping. It felt disorganised and unprofessional for an apartment of this standard. Breakfast was another letdown for $25 per person — very basic, with no hot food. Just bread, cereal, fruit in syrup, and some bakery items. The pancakes were the only saving grace. Coffee mix wasn’t good either. Once inside, though, the apartment itself made up for it — spacious, comfortable, and had everything you could need. It’s a nice place overall, but the check-in process seriously needs improvement.

Service was great! Place was clean, bed was very comfortable. It's easy to find with parking on-site. Good breakfast provided is an added bonus!

Reception refused to provide tax invoice as this was a business trip. They advised I needed to go through trip.com but trip.com doesnt offer tax invoices.... otherwise, my room was all the way in the other side of the reception. Would have liked if there was another entrance on the other side of the reception. EVERYTHING ELSE IS JUST PERFECT!

This is the second time I've stayed at Ibis Styles & and unfortunately, my first impression was confirmed. The reception thoughtfully offered me an upgrade from a deluxe queen room to a deluxe king room. To be blunt, I'm not sure where the 'deluxe' came into it. And I was glad not to have booked a standard room. The room was basic beyond description, apart from a king bed. No bedside lamp, opened milk in the fridge, doors hanging off their hinges, bathroom still had hair on the floor, not even a tea spoon. Such a shame as the location is great.
