Un hôtel à votre point esthétique, raffiné, fashionable mais chaud, super recommandé! La mère d'hôte nous préparera personnellement le petit déjeuner et nous enverra du champagne. Notre suite dispose de deux chambres, une chambre prépare deux lits et deux beaux bébés, l'autre grande chambre possède un superbe toit après la pluie, deux chambres sont reliées par les escaliers, et le milieu est une chambre romantique. Elle a dit que c'était une grande appréciation, une appréciation de son bon goût et son attitude sérieuse à l'égard des choses (avec ses vêtements et sa coiffure insensibles)

The hotel is conveniently located next to the Reims train station, but reaching it was more challenging than expected. You need to exit the station through a specific platform exit that’s not easy to find, as there is little to no signage. We took the wrong exit, which added an extra 15 minutes to our walk to the hotel. Upon arrival, we were quite surprised by the reception—or rather, the lack of a traditional one. It consists of just a small coffee table with a single computer, where one staff member manages both check-ins and check-outs while constantly running back and forth to assist guests. Initially, I thought this was just a secondary station and that a more formal reception area existed elsewhere, but that wasn't the case. I couldn’t understand how one staff member could handle all the guests with such limited resources, especially during busy periods. I suspect it could easily become chaotic during peak hours. The room itself was quite small, and breakfast was not included in the rate. However, the hotel had an interesting offer: if we opted not to have housekeeping during our stay, they provided two complimentary glasses of champagne. We were happy with this arrangement, as we usually prefer not to have anyone enter our room during a short stay. We did enjoy our two glasses of champagne at the bar after dinner, which was a nice touch. That said, with no breakfast included, there might be better value options available in the area. It's also worth noting that finding a place for breakfast near the hotel wasn’t easy, with limited options within a 5-minute walk.

Le petit déjeuner est simple mais délicieux, très proche de l'église, adapté pour amener des enfants, parking gratuit, piscine intérieure et sauna, il est toujours correct de choisir cet hôtel lorsque vous allez à Reims, il est recommandé

Bon hôtel

Le service est très chaleureux, le petit déjeuner est très bon, le stationnement est pratique et gratuit. Les choses sont très confortables à acheter autour de lui, l'eau est un peu froide quand je vais, la nage est lourde, le tout est très bon. La chambre est propre, séparation sèche!

Location is great, just on the city center of the city. At the time I stayed, there happen to be a Christmas market just outside the hotel, since that is the big market place. Very cute. Totally would recommend for traveller's who are visiting the city. The hotel is chic, and is good value for money.

Great hotel when you are on a short trip. Room are clean and nice, a bit old. There is a restaurant in the lobby, it has quite a warm atmosphere and game area to network or have fun. There is also a shop with all the specialities of the region, like champagne. Totally happy with my stay, can recommend it.
