Hôtels 4 étoiles à Chersonissos

À part la réception inamicale, nous étions très satisfaits de l'hôtel. Mangez, plage, piscine, chambres, tout super. Tant un barman amical, que ce soit demain (Marina, Stavros) ou le soir, et toute l'équipe d'animation (Paula, Sebastian...). Vous avez été formidable, merci beaucoup.

Beautiful hotel, right in the city center. I had a suite, but unfortunately, the room’s hygiene was disappointing. The air conditioning blew out strange dust clouds — it turned out to be extremely dirty (see photo). In addition, the shower seals were full of mold, so I didn’t shower. The room faced a derelict building, which also came with a terrible sewage-like smell. Such a shame. With half board, you get a credit to spend — which is actually a clever system — and the food itself was very good and delicious. But having to pay extra for a cappuccino at breakfast is just absurd. That should simply be included 🤷🏼♀️

L'hôtel en lui-même est plutôt bien, propre et propose une cuisine savoureuse. Personnel très gentil et extrêmement sympathique. Un merci spécial à la gérante Christina, sans ses efforts, notre séjour aurait été totalement gâché à cause de l'incompétence partielle de trip.com. La description était incorrecte : 1. « Réservé aux adultes » indique le nom, qui, en fait, ne l'est pas du tout. Il y a eu quelques incidents avec des enfants séjournant à Dionyssos en plus du bébé qui pleurait à notre étage. 2. Trip.com n'a pas réussi à répondre à ma demande concernant la vue, d'après la première chambre qui nous a été proposée et le directeur de l'hôtel. La chambre n'avait pas de vue, comme vous pouvez le voir sur la photo. 3. Des photos ! Pour une raison quelconque, la description contenait des photos extérieures d'un autre hôtel ! Ce qui n'a été découvert qu'après l'enregistrement. 🤦🏼♀️ En réalité, la petite piscine n'est pas isolée, tout étranger de passage peut vous observer, car la clôture transparente est la seule séparation entre vous et la route à côté de l'hôtel.

Room wasn’t ready on arrival. We were offered another hotel for the 1st night however we didn’t accept and decided to stay with my daughter. The staff were extremely apologetic and agreed on our departure we could keep our room on till 6pm . Food was ok and plenty of choice. Ordering drinks from the main bar in the evening was a task and we could be waiting up to 40 mins as only 2-3 staff making drinks.

Hotel is based in quite and peaceful area,to town center is about 10-15min walk, to the beach 20 min .Food in there amazing taste full and price really affordable .Hotel staff helpfull in any matter.We are really happy to guest in there. Big Thank you to the hotel.

Πολύ καλή εξυπηρέτηση! Συγχαρητήρια σε όλους τους εργαζόμενους και κυρίως στην κυρία Ελένη. Πολύ όμορφα δωμάτια. Το πρωινό πλούσιο και νόστιμο, η τοποθεσία καλή, μπροστά στη θάλασσα. Ίσως να ήθελα το γυμναστήριο 24 ώρες γιατί το 8-6 δεν βταν πολύ βολικό για εμάς που ήρθαμε για επαγγελματικό ταξίδι. Κατά τα άλλα όλα υπέροχα.

The room was spacious and the hotel was nice. Cleaning could have been a bit better. There were a few minor issues in the room - nothing big. So close to the beach and there are all kind of shops around.

Great location, friendly stuff.  Nice pools.  So so for the breakfast and dinner, coffee is not tasty- but that’s almost all over Crete :) the cold water are a bit salty.  Room was not enough clean when we entered, some remains in toilet and shower.  They clean the room only once in 2 days, and the cleaners don’t care enough for making it enough clean.  We really liked the room next to the back pool, but before that we got room next to central pool which was very uncomfortable, old bathroom and very noisy (we heard everybody walking up and down the stairs starting 6:30am.  The stuff is quit friendly usually, but over-busy.

Un bon 3 jours avec beaucoup de nourriture!!! Tous les travailleurs sont gentils et utiles, en particulier les garçons au bar de la piscine.

My husband and I had a good stay but maybe next time we visit we can get a ground floor accommodation as my husband has bad knees kind regards Lena Carr
