Hôtels 4 étoiles à Chersonissos

Beautiful hotel, right in the city center. I had a suite, but unfortunately, the room’s hygiene was disappointing. The air conditioning blew out strange dust clouds — it turned out to be extremely dirty (see photo). In addition, the shower seals were full of mold, so I didn’t shower. The room faced a derelict building, which also came with a terrible sewage-like smell. Such a shame. With half board, you get a credit to spend — which is actually a clever system — and the food itself was very good and delicious. But having to pay extra for a cappuccino at breakfast is just absurd. That should simply be included 🤷🏼♀️

Room wasn’t ready on arrival. We were offered another hotel for the 1st night however we didn’t accept and decided to stay with my daughter. The staff were extremely apologetic and agreed on our departure we could keep our room on till 6pm . Food was ok and plenty of choice. Ordering drinks from the main bar in the evening was a task and we could be waiting up to 40 mins as only 2-3 staff making drinks.

Hotel is based in quite and peaceful area,to town center is about 10-15min walk, to the beach 20 min .Food in there amazing taste full and price really affordable .Hotel staff helpfull in any matter.We are really happy to guest in there. Big Thank you to the hotel.

The room was spacious and the hotel was nice. Cleaning could have been a bit better. There were a few minor issues in the room - nothing big. So close to the beach and there are all kind of shops around.

Grand hôtel, malheureusement pas la chambre comme annoncé. Celle était plus datée et était entre la pression alors que j'avais demandé une chambre tranquille. L'air-conditionné n'a pas été nettoyé depuis des siècles, plein de poussière, jaune de la nudité et donne beaucoup de bruit. Le lit était très bien. Le dîner est très bon et beaucoup de choix à la fois dîner et petit-déjeuner buffet. Le déjeuner était trop tard pour être arrivée, donc je ne peux pas apprécier. De nombreuses piscines, magnifique plage. Le spa est très bon. J'ai réservé le massage scrub et les béliers de cerise. Perfect! Personnel très gentil, rien n'est trop fou. Je voudrais remercier George spécialement pour la bonne soirée et le bon service. Arrêt de bus n° 24 pour la compagnie de location de voiture, à votre gauche depuis l'entrée. Chaque 20 minutes un bus à Heraklion, ou d'autres endroits. Le centre de resonnissement est à 10 minutes de marche.

До 4* думаю этот отель всетаки не тянет. Простенький, маленкий отель. Но расположение отеля просто шикорное - в центре всех событий :). Персонал очень дружелубный и отзывчивый, особенно в ресепшне отеля. Из отеля через столовую есть классный выход на море. Вид на море из столовой отличный (см. фото). Но почемуто в этом отеле берут по 10 евро в виде залога при выдаче полотенец которые вам возвращают при их возврате. Питьевая бутилированная вода только при заселении, больше не обновляют. Комнату ежедневно уберали. Полотенца меняют через день.

Great location, friendly stuff.  Nice pools.  So so for the breakfast and dinner, coffee is not tasty- but that’s almost all over Crete :) the cold water are a bit salty.  Room was not enough clean when we entered, some remains in toilet and shower.  They clean the room only once in 2 days, and the cleaners don’t care enough for making it enough clean.  We really liked the room next to the back pool, but before that we got room next to central pool which was very uncomfortable, old bathroom and very noisy (we heard everybody walking up and down the stairs starting 6:30am.  The stuff is quit friendly usually, but over-busy.

For the price of our stay it was well worth it!! Food was good and the all inclusive drinks were a big hit! There was entertainment on one of the nights we were there aswell! The pool was standard but a great vibe :) our room had a great view -one of the best in the resort 👌

My husband and I had a good stay but maybe next time we visit we can get a ground floor accommodation as my husband has bad knees kind regards Lena Carr

Un bon 3 jours avec beaucoup de nourriture!!! Tous les travailleurs sont gentils et utiles, en particulier les garçons au bar de la piscine.
